Tire Discounters in my opinion is the best place to buy tires anywhere. I bought tires three years ago. I had a bad tire from a road hazard. Tires were discontinued. Lee called many places until he could find a matching tire. He said he was worried I might have an accident driving with the damaged tire. Hard to find people who really care about people these days. I won’t buy tires anywhere else.

Every time I go into Tire Discounters, I am greeted with a smile and excellent service. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make your experience outstanding. Lee knows my vehicle history and always asks about my family and how things are going. Charlie doesnt hesitate to jump in the truck and go for a ride with you to hear a noise that you need fixed. Always a great experience, clean waiting room, and good people.

I really enjoyed my first experience with this establishment. I went in to price some new tires, and the price they quoted was less expensive than a couple of other places. Tire Discounters were able to put the tires on at that moment and they performed an efficient job. The lobby/waiting area was nice and the coffee was good. All and all, it was a nice experience and believe I will be coming back for other maintenance needs.

Usually I like going here and they help me out. Today I called them for an appointment and they told me no and I said oh okay and was about to hang up. Then the guy said wait! We have a 4pm and I said oh okay and then asked my name and I gave it and then they hung up. I assumed my appointment was all good. I showed up and they said they could not help me. I’m not sure who answered the phone or what happened but I don’t really like driving 20 minutes for nothing. Luckily there’s a drive thru oil change place instead nearby.

Lee is amazing and this was the second time that I got tires there. It is amazing to me how a single person can be the difference in customer service. The others are great too there, but I love the customer service that makes this place THE place to get tires for me.

My previous review was negative, but if I’m being honest it was two people having a bad day. I should not have left a negative review based on that single interaction.Bottom line is that these guys have always been fair & honest with me on every occasion over the last 4 years. Great staff, very helpful. Brought my car in to get a tire leak repaired. They repaired the leak and told me there was no charge. I even asked if I could pay them something but they said there was no charge. Very nice people and obviously very honest business.Since I didnt get to pay them anything for the leak repair, I let the person on the phone know I would definitely be bringing my other car there for a set of new tires in the near future.

Fiancé got work done on his truck, took a little longer than expected, but prices were fair and Tech communicated with him the entire time.

Great service, last minute drop in and they took care of me in an hour on the weekend. Prices are good, but it’s the little service details that go a long way. Had a spare on and they put it back - not the easiest process on my car, and I saw they greased up my portable jack for me which is good cause it needed it.

I came late in the day for an oil change and headlight bulb was out in my Equinox, which was no easy feat to change. The department manager Dave disasembled things to make it happen, and he made sure to change my oil as I am heading out of town, initially it was not going to happen because they were definitely short on help from call outs. These awesome guys moved Heaven and Earth to take care of me. I was content to wait until the next day to pick up my car but they stepped up to take great care of me and my vehicle. They are the definitive friendly neighborhood car shop. Thanks again guys.

Ive been a customer for discount tire for years and decided to give tire discounters a try...well in one word to describe the service that I received is EXCELLENCE. Charlie, Mario and Lee were very helpful and quick. Were very careful with my vehicle. I will be doing business with these guys from now on. They were not the absolute cheapest but Id say they were the best in quality and service which when you are dealing with tires and safety you dont want substandard. Keep up the good work!

Service is good and staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but very slow. 1.5 hours to change and balance 4 tires.

Perfect experience for everything!! Made a appointment online, got a nice guy who even ordered the tires I wanted for me so they would be ready for me within 2 days which is very nice considering they were some pretty un-used tires. Walked in to drop off and took less than 3 minutes at the counter. Came back with the car ready with new tires and everything. Checkout was very fast as well! Took the car for a little fun test drive to check everything because I got a free alignment for buying 4 tires. Alignment was by near perfect. Steering reacted to my every touch. Just have to rotate the tires every once and while now to see if they aligned the tires perfectly. They were also balanced perfectly. No vibrations from 1-100. I will definetely come back here to get new tires again. Price was reasonable for the mounting and what. A little more expensive than some competitors, but well worth the price since they did so well!

Prices are decent.Service is solid. Example: I had a small leak in my tire. They patched it for free as a courtesy even though I hadn’t purchased Road Hazard. It was a considerate and unexpected “ perk “ of coming back for service when I had every expectation to pay. And that service was delivered very timely, and with a smile.

Lee and Charlie and rest of folks as always courteous, friendly, and professional. My wife’s car needed an alignment badly and I asked for two of the tires to be checked. They appeared fine tread wise but had some uneven wear, hence need for alignment. Got call couple of hours later and they took time to explain what wear, issues they found on those tires. No sense of let’s just sell you two tires but the safer, better ride solution is tires. And the two tires and alignment were less than two tires alone from a big bale repair and tire shop. Was in quite a bind Friday night, truck tire blew out on the way to a gig...had to switch cars with wife and she had the truck towed to Lee at Tire Discounters shortly before they closed. The team there took care of her super fast and got her on her way in a super friendly manor and we will all definitely be back for any tire needs!

Charlie is fantastic! They have the best price on full synthetic oil changes. I love that I can drop my car off and they do everything I need done at one time so I’m not going multiple places.

I have always had a great experience when I’ve needed to take our truck in.

As of today months later, no response to this issue. They say they care, but they dont. Very poor service.I would avoid letting them touch your car. I had a new set of tires put on and while they were working on it they said I needed new ball joints. I have an older vehicle, so I agreed to let them replace them. While they were in there they broke a sensor. They replaced it, but when I got the vehicle back the antiskid would go off everytime I took off from a stop and the car would stall almost causing several accidents on my way to work. The vehicle also shook very bad and was very hard to control. I took it back the next day. They looked at it and had it for several days. They replaced one of the tires that was defective, and the service manager David said the antiskid was fixed and the control issue was fixed. I picked it up again, and from the first stop sign the anti-skid went off again. I took it on the intestate and the shaking and control issues were still present. I took it back again, but they could not fix it. I was told to take it to Toyota and they would comp me. Toyota found they used an aftermarket sensor and fixed the problem. I then took it back to TD and they said they fixed the shaking and control, but I almost lost control next to a semi truck. I took it back again and they said take to Toyota and they would comp me. Toyota fixed the control issue and found that three of the four tires need a road force balance that finally fixed the shaking. It has cost me over a $1000.00 to get my vehicle fixed from their work. I did not have a working vehicle for over one and a half months. I have been in contact with Charlie who promised me they would comp me for almost two months and I have not been comped yet. I have even reached out to corporate who has not addressed this either. So, I would recommend going somewhere else for any service including tires. And just to top it off, I had replaced all tires on another vehicle several months before this incident and when I got my car back after replacing the tires the alignment was so out of line that I had to take it back to get fixed.

Very direct pricing, prompt service, and realistic expectations. They understand the value of time and money, and just take care of business without making you feeling hustled or should find a better deal elsewhere.

I have used this place for tires since I moved to Spring Hill in 2017. A few months ago I decided to let them do the oil change in addition to my normal tire rotation since I didn’t have time and it was getting pretty warm outside.In the past, I loved this place. But it seems like over the years the quality has gone down. Lee is about the only thing that makes me want to come back because he is a stand up guy and usually takes care of things. But my car was due for another oil change this past week. I decided to handle it on my own as I normally do. Well, my oil drain plug was torqued down so hard that I had to go out and buy an 18” breaker bar and apply a ton of force to get my drain plug loose. I tried my 1/2” ratchet, a wrench for added leverage, even went about bought a 3/8” air wrench that was rated for 50lbs. All of these things failed until I finally needed up using the breaker bar. The torque spec for the oil drain plug is 20lbs. This thing was on there. Thank God my pan wasn’t stripped out. But I will definitely not be allowing them to touch another car of mine.

Even though they were busy that day they still worked me in to fix a flat and rotate my tires. in less then two hours.

I walked in at 10am ct on 6/20/2019 they said they wouldnt even look at my vehicle until 7pm ct. The bays were half full, and there was one other customer in the lobby. I had come in to look at a staple in the tire and a cost for 4 new tires. The associate did not even ask any questions, just that I could not be seen. I ran down the road to Discount Tire (near WalMart) and with 12 people in the lobby and every bay full, I got 4 new tires on a 2018 Chrysler in 2 hours flat.

Every time I bring my familys cars here, I have had a great experience. They never pressure you to buy things you dont need and do a quality job quickly to get you back on the road again.

I cant say enough about my excellent experience with tire discounters today. I was in and out with four new tires and an allignment for the price i was quoted in about the same time it would have taken for an oil change.The manager Lee expressed concern that so many of his employees had been furloughed as a result of this vile illness, but given the speed and quality of their work, that went unnoticed.Lee, Melody, and all the technicians ....you all far exceeded my expections. You have a customer for life.

The service was excellent, friendly, and understanding. I initially dropped off the car to have four tires replaced. Got a call about 15 minutes later while at dinner alerting me the tires I requested werent available so they would upgrade me to the next step up tire for the original price. Instead of creating problems, the guys at Tire Discounters provided solutions and I was very pleased with the experience. Definitely consider using them if youre in the Spring Hill area.

My husband took our camper tires here to get balanced b/c honestly he figured that Discount Tires would be slammed.It was his first time here. He said the guy who checked him out was super nice and didnt even charge him! Something about it being such an easy job or something.Well definitely be back, and absolutely not because it was free though. Were not those kinds of people who expect free things. Definitely give these guys a chance!

I spent almost 700 here on new tires. 2 weeks later I realized they didnt put the air caps on. I returned and noticed a screw in one of my brand new tires. Then they informed me that they will not pay to replace it or give any sort of credit towards a new tire. They also wanted me to wait 2 1/2 hours to replace one tire. After I already spent 3 hours there two weeks before. They are never fully staffed At the front I always wait way too long. They also never print an oil sticker for my window or clear my lights on my dash when I am serviced here. It seems they are careless. And not interested in customer loyalty. I went down the street where the same tire was $40 cheaper and they had me in and out in 35 mins. They also insure their work for 30 days so if I had purchased my tires at dicount tire instead they would of replaced it for free. Or after the 30 days they give you a credit based on the tread toward a new tire. Without having to purchase road hazard. Which is standard for most places. Except you all. I will be sure to tell everyone about my poor experience. I will never give you all my business again.

Had a wear problem with my Michelin tires (Premier A/S). The tires lasted half of the warranty distance. We were told that Michelin would not cover prorating a new set of because the were on our current tires was not an even wear. I was really disappointed by this. I have never had a problem with any other Michelin Tires and I have only bought Michelin tires exclusively for my cars for over 16 years. I did not want to get another set of the same Tire but I also didnt want to have to pay out the full amount because we had done everything in our power to make sure the tires were maintained correctly. Over the life of the tires, we had a camber kit installed on the vehicle and two alignments. To top it off, Tire Discounters said that my alignment was barely off and definitely not enough to cause the wear. Fortunately, Lee at Tire Discounters worked us up a great deal on a new set of Cooper tires. Michelin really needs to investigate the Premier tire line. They seem like a great tire (great riding and quiet) but in a short time online I found lots of treadwear complaints for that model... And was also told that I was the third one the had come back to the store in the last couple of weeks with treadwear issues on that tire. Thanks Tire Discounters for stepping up and making things right. Ill be back in soon for new tires on one of my other cars!

The experience at Tire Discounters was great. I do not often give five stars and this is one of those exceptions. From the moment I called, then entered the store, Lee provided exceptional customer service. His demeanor was light, jovial, yet professional. I was provided an estimated time to complete of 1.5 hours...it was ready shortly after this. While this seems like a negative, there are many places which will tell you what they think you want to hear then get it completed when they get it done. The price was competitive, the delivery was above expectations, and the customer experience was phenomenal. I recommend Tire Discounters if your are in the market.

My First Experience with Tire Discounters was this morning as I seemed to have picked up a screw that wanted to hitch a ride with me. Their customer service was courteous and prompt. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. In less than an hour they had me back on the road and refused to let me pay for plugging the tire. Ill definitely be back when it comes time to make a purchase.

I had the BEST experience here. I came in with a nail in my tire and 3 little girls in the car (3 kids -4 and under). Lee at the register treated me like his own. Payton in the service department was so kind and did a great job plugging my tire. I cannot say enough kind things. Normally these places try and nickel and dime you but these guys treated me with so much respect and really took care of my family. Highly recommend!!!

I am posting this under my husband’s name because I don’t have a Gmail account. I have been going to this location for over a year. I have an older vehicle so repairs can become costly and can lead to other issues. Last year, I needed new tires and Lee got me in and out with 2 hours. I lost a hub cap cover the next week. Lee had me come in so he could take some pictures and found me a new one within a week. He searched up and down. Since my vehicle is 15 plus years old, this was not an easy task. Last week, my car started making a roaring sound so I took it in to get checked out. Within 3 hours, I had new rear rotors and brake pads (on a Saturday). As I left work tonight, my car started roaring again. I dropped in on my drive home. They got it all figured and fixed at NO CHARGE. They own any fault they may have and fix it! Charlie and Lee saved my evening by getting me back on the road so I can drive to work tomorrow! I am a loyal customer and love that I can count on these guys to take care of my vehicle! If there were 10 stars for this place I would give all ten!! I rolled in about 20 minutes before closing with a destroyed tire in my trunk, knowing I likely needed new tires all the way around. Initially they were going to replace the one tire and I would come back for the other three, so they wouldnt be kept late, but Lee & Dawn (and the service guys) are the PINNACLE of customer service. They stayed late so that they could replace all four tires and save me a trip back to Spring Hill the next day. Amazing!! Theyve gained a loyal customer for sure!!!

They earned a lifetime customer. Came in with our 6 kids. They got my tire repaired, put back on, and out in a jiffy! The level of customer service at the Spring Hill location exceeded ALL my expectations. When in a tire crisis or just need new tires they’re there! Would recommend every time.
