Love these guys! Came in for a 6s Screen Repair and the service wast fast, with great customer service. Had some screen glitching and i brought it in to be replaced and they gave me no issues. I even cracked the screen they were originally gonna replace for free until i cracked it of course voiding the warranty. AND EVEN THEN! They still gave me a great deal because of the circumstances and they gave me awesome service yet AGAIN!! Also while i was in there, i was curious if they carried RAM for my new LAPTOP and they DID! They gave it to me at a very competitive price that i couldnt refuse. Also he let me use his tools to install it (only because i am knowledgeable enough to do it on my own) and ON TOP OF IT ALL. He noticed my computer was a little dusty and let me use the Cleaner they use on customers product. I am VERY satisfied with my visit, and no doubt WILL be coming back! Clearly understood process. Took a few days to get our screen in stock and less than an hour for repair. I wish it was a little less because we were right on the verge if just buying a new phone over repairing this older model but we went ahead and did it anyway. They fix other things like tablets and the staff is really nice. The store is in a group of stores and you have to be looking closely or you may pass it.

I just stopped in after visiting my insurance company and ask them to put on a screen protector and they were much obliged to do it for no charge just any tip I wanted to give them and I thought that was so nice of them. I had no cash on me so they gladly took a tip from me on a credit card. Very knowledgeable and helpful with electronics.

Was recommended to try this place for a charging port repair. Walked in and was greeted promptly and the staff was friendly. They had the part in stock and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. I have an IPad that is a few years old and Apple wouldn’t help me when it started to stop working correctly!!! They said it was too old !! So I found this shop and they knew of the problem and was able to fix it!! I brought it in the staff was knowledgeable and friendly!!! They fixed it within two days and now it is working great again!!! Like new!! I haven’t been able to use my IPad for almost 2 years prior to the repair!! Fixed my brothers google pixel, was acting weird when we got it and it cracked pretty soon after.

I’ve never heard good things about other places like this but my brother raves about idroid so I brought my phone to them 2x in about 3 weeks. On both occasions they were extremely helpful and fixed my phone and I couldn’t believe the cost! Their prices are great! They get the job done quickly. They check to make sure all functions are working properly when you pick up the phone. These guys know their stuff and I will always go to them with any phone/computer/tablet issues first from now on.

I will be glad to go back here again. It was a difficult repair and even the weather played a part. It was longer than I thought to get it fixed but their were good reasons for the delays. The crew at idriod kept me informed as the job progressed instead of leaving wondering what was happening. They had to replace the battery which they did at no extra charge. The price was very good and they stuck to their word and loaned me a nice phone along the way. I will definitely use them in the future.

Im very accident prone, and have been to iDroid more than once with a cracked screen on my iPhone 4. The first two times were great -- they fixed my phone in less than an hour, for about half of the price of what the kiosk at the mall told me it would cost. I would have recommended them to anyone at that point, but they really exceeded my expectations the third time I went in. When I dropped my phone, I cracked the screen and broke the parts inside of the phone. Not only did iDroid fix my screens (front and back) for less than half of what the other people were charging, but they bended over backwards to replace every single component on my phone -- microphone, speakers, boards, software, charging port. The fact that they went so above and beyond my expectations to fix something that they had nothing to do with breaking really showed that beyond being part of a great company that really knows what theyre doing and charges less, they are really genuinely great people. Thank you so much! I would really recommend this store to anyone!

I called about a cracked glass on my Wifes iPad, the store rep said bring it in and we can repair it.Since they are a local company, I took it in and, viola! They replaced the broken glass, and as a precaution I had them install a shield over the new glass. Brought in my LG G2 D800 because parts of my screen were not working. I looked up all the problems these phones were having and how to change the screens out myself but decided to let the pros handle it. $100.00 bucks and a couple of hours later....like a new phone and looks like the original gorilla glass back in.Very quick and professional.
