This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL store.! I will never shop here or give my business to them Ever again.. I called Wednesday to confirm my appointment that I had to get my hair done they said yes everything is good. TWO DAYS before my Wedding they call to tell me they have to cancel the appointment due to the stylist being sick... that is not the customers problem that is your job to make sure you have a backup to be able to use. I cant express how frustrating it is to deal with ignorant, inconsiderate, unprofessional people. Everyone at this store SUPER SUCKS.!! I dont wish anything good for any of you.!!!! I hope what goes around comes around for sure.!!!!!! If I were able to give you negative stars it still wouldnt be good enough... It makes me sick to know that this is how businesses treat their customers. Very poor customer service for sure..! Definitely a bunch of Amateurs..!

I’ve never had a bad experience in this store. The staff is always so incredibly helpful and sweet! I can’t remember the name of the girl that helped me yesterday, but she was awesome! Listened to all of my concerns with my face and helped me find the perfect products! Every time I’ve ever needed help finding something specific or advice on which products to use, they always help me find the perfect thing. And if it’s not perfect, you can always return it. Absolutely love this store, partly for the makeup, mostly for the service. It is UNMATCHED!!!!

I love Ulta, but am not in love with the people working there. However I went in to get my usual stuff and wanted to try new things, so I went in plain faced. Was wearing normal clothes. I was trying to find stuff and I noticed two employees following me from a distance. I didn’t think much of it, I thought maybe they were just working around where I was or possibly had social anxiety and didn’t know how to approach someone and ask if they needed help. Well, soon it turned out not to be the case. I heard one of them say to the other “if I was her size honestly I would kms” and they giggled. I turned and they were looking straight at me, then when they saw me turn they stopped laughing and tried to act like they were looking the other way. I’m kind of used to this behavior, but coming from a company that prides itself on diversity and acceptance, I did not expect this. Put the products back and went home. Just kind of upset about this, but I will give Ulta another shot because maybe they just needed to make themselves feel better, I just wish they wouldn’t degrade people to do it.

Ann was great she knew just exactly what she was doing and what she was doing was great Im very pleased with my hair.

In store pickup today. Easy free parking lot in front of the store. Walked in and the pickup is literally on the left side of the front door so no need to go more than one step in. Service was immediately Don. Show the email notification and my ID and handed the product with no problem. One step out the door and a short walk to the car. They have curbside too if you prefer not to go into the store.

Greeted promptly and was very happy to be asked if I needed help because I was there to purchase a very specific product of which I had no knowledge. The friendly employee took me directly to the product, told me about it and asked if I needed anything else. Great service. The cashier even asked if the person I was buying it for had an account there and she would use that persons phone number to ensure they got points for the purchase. That....is great service!

Just got my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Jordan. I didnt have an appointment so I didnt expect to be seen but she squeezed me in. Shes very kind and she did a great job on my eyebrows. I would definitely go back.

The staff was super friendly, however when I proceeded to check out, the pin pad wouldn’t read my chip (this was to be expected as my chip has been broken for a few days, as I need to get a new card) but every place I have shopped will let me swipe my card after a few tries, ulta’s pin pads will not let me and it was super frustrating and I little awkward while everyone else was waiting In line. I literally could not pay as there was no solution, so I walked out of there empty handed. Just upset.

I was racially profiled by the staff on 03/26. Julia especially, the two ladies there that day would not stop following me and everytime I touched anything they’d go back behind me and see if anything was missing. I know they weren’t following me to do their job Because I placed a nyx lip liner with the essence ones and she didn’t even fix it, but for some reason she was exactly where I was at the whole time I shopped. I work a full time job from home making $16 an hour, I don’t have to steal anything! I wanted to get out the house yesterday to enjoy myself since I never get out much. I was embarrassed and it honestly hurt my feelings. It’s 2021 this should not be happening. I will be calling corporate Monday morning.

$245 to get my hair done!! Unbelievable!! I never imagined it would cost this much! Still had roots that weren’t covered and my hair is straighter and less frizzy when I style at home. Very disappointed!

I just had an incredible experience at this Ulta location today. First, everyone in there was SO KIND and helpful. I also got my hair cut last minute today, and they fit me right in because it wasn’t busy. I had Rachel. I was super nervous because I wanted a big chop. She did an incredible job and was so nice! Miranda also helped me with hair care products. There was a another girl who also helped me with my appointment scheduling, but I don’t remember her name. She had glasses though. The girl at the cashier with rose gold colored glasses was also so kind and helpful. I just had a baby two months ago, so it was important for me to have a good experience taking care of myself. I left there feeling beautiful!

I was here today, full brow bar experience and Salon for highlights, toner, cut and blow out style. I also went shopping for products before and after my two services. Im a Platinum Rewards member, Ive lived all over the Country and Ive shopped at many Ulta stores and other big box make up stores/department stores. Ive been going to this location for three years after finding nothing else I liked in the area. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They listen to your requests but also use their skill and education to make the best look for your shape. Their continued education also helps along with their willingness to share tips and tricks amongst each other. They truly are there for the customer. As it is now I wouldnt book anywhere else. Im always able to get right in and highly recommend this Salon and Store for all of your beauty needs. No, I do not work here, or work for the company in any capacity.

Great experience! All the women here are very helpful and patient. I now have a foundation, concealer and powder that works for my aging skin thanks to Lanas help. This is now the only place I shop for makeup. I love that I can return products, if they dont work for me, without being made to feel guilty. They have high end, budget friendly and even sample size products.

Poor customer service. I went in for mascara, shampoo and conditioner. I was cut off mid-sentence while asking where to find a particular brand of mascara. I was told abruptly that she didnt have time to help me as she was expecting a customer. I asked another associate who told me that she had a customer. She was on her cellphone and barely looked at me. I looked around for a few minutes and she was on her phone still....no customer in sight. I left the store and drove to Ulta in Cool Springs. I was in and out of there with everything I needed in around 10 minutes. They were very gracious and helped me immediately and made me feel so welcomed.

I am somewhat new to Tennessee and have been scared to get my hair done here. I have my hairdresser back in PA and have always been scared to have someone else do my hair. I went to Rachel on Thursday and she did NOT disappoint! I found my new hair girl, finally! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.

I have a love / hate relationship with Ulta Beauty. I love going there but hate how much I end up spending. Its a great place for gifts.

Their employees need to be trained better on items that are being discontinued. For over a month I have been told my make up was coming in and even earlier in the week a younger employee promised me to order it. I have wasted three trips. Even buying the other powders and my face is breaking out. Not a happy shopper right now!

Its okay, its not bad by any means its just the displays make the store feel really crowded and everything feels super close and cluttered when they have tons of room in the back. Really nice and clean just wish had more people up front and helping people in the back. Only two complaints it 1 feels cluttered 2 more staff

I absolutely love Spring Hill Ulta. I buy all of my makeup and skincare products here, drugstore and high end. I feel like Ive always had extremely personal and amazing customer service! I also get my eyebrows done at the Benefit brow bar, and I SWEAR by it. Ill never go anywhere else for my brows! Jessica & Sidney both do so good you cant go wrong. I also get hair cuts at the salon, which always turn out amazing. So glad Spring Hill got an Ulta!

Super unimpressed with the help and customer service of the staff. I went in today to get my mom a foundation. I grabbed a bottle and someone hadnt screwed the lid on so the foundation flew everywhere, including my shirt. I was aggravated-- obviously my top is now ruined. But I wasnt annoyed with the staff until I went to tell them to let them know there was a spill and literally was greeted with one of the RUDEST responses from one of the ladies up front. This girl never said Im sorry, let me help you clean up the spill, here is a tide-to-go pen for your top-- nothing. Just a really irritated facial response and a where did YOU spill it? As if spilling it were my fault in the first place. Seriously people? Customer service is a thing and you are severely lacking. Ive been a loyal customer for years and was excited when this location opened up. This isnt the first lacking experience Ive had here, but it is definitely the last. I will never visit this location again.

I had no idea that this place sells cologne. They had all the great brands Gucci, Calvin Klein, etc. The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasing.

So disappointing. I went in with almost sixty dollars I was prepared to blow on cosmetics and hair products. First, it took ten minutes of me walking around, lost, before anyone approached me. When I asked about one product, they said that brand was unavailable. I continued to look for the other item I wanted to purchase, and it was out of stock. My fiance and I wound up walking back to Target and getting what I wanted - and for much cheaper!

Went in trying to spend some money I was dressed in casual clothes. Why does every girl here have a stank attitude? Every time I come in and try to give them the opportunity to do better they dont. Its not like theyre anything special, they all always look busted and sloppy. Make up look a mess and a frown on their face 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The designer brand selection was limited. There were a lot of drug store items..and that cool and all but i can go to walgreens or walmart for that. It was clean and well organized. Friendly staff and they did have what i was looking for but not the whole collection so that was disappointing (Morphe x Jeffree Star).

I will NEVER shop here again. I bought a few things for a wedding i was going to in October and the girl at the counter told me if I SIGNED UP for their MasterCard I would get 20% off my order, I said why not and went for it and paid for my order in cash. Well today I get a call saying I owe $58 on the MasterCard, and I thought that was impossible because I used my cash to pay for my order, some thinking later it domed on me that the girl pocketed my cash and charged the MasterCard I signed up for so instead of paying 58 I ended up paying double and I can’t even prove it because I don’t have my receipt from October. Save your time and money and go to sephora or shop online anywhere else but here.

I know Im a guy but this place has great hair products for guys.

From the 1st day they opened when I come in, no one speaks or ask can I help you. I always have to seek out a salesperson. One time, the manager was in there...tall blonde, Never looked my way or ask someone to help me. She was personally chatting with 3 non shoppers. Last month was my 5th time going in there.. same thing! I went over to the cashier and explained my dilemma about the staff not speaking and getting any service. Then we put our products back and left. Ive only bought products 2 times because most times I just leave....no one says bye either. Need to hire nicer people

Had an awful experience with their salon. Made an appointment but the stylist called to say they scheduled the appt too close to her previous customer. I got it, no problem. Changed time...that wasnt the problem. When I showed up for the rescheduled appt, i waited for 45 minutes with not a word from stylist that I am sorry still running behind...nothing. She totally ignored me. Rude

Made a appt. with Ann. When I arrived I was met and told it was Abby. I thought I had made a mistake in the name. The website said 32.00 for a hair cut and I paid 42.00 and left. I checked my email and it was in fact Ann and 32.00. I called and spoike with two people and am waiting for the manager to call me. It seems Ann was ill and I was moved to Abby with no call and no one discussing it with me. I was also told I should have been given a first time customer discount which I did not get. I asked for my hair to be cut shoulder length so it could be pulled back. It is cut so short it’s well above my shoulers and not what I expected. It won’t be able to be pulled back for several months. I will have to see how the manger of the beauty salon handles this before I can say I would go back but as of right now I would not. I can go to a Aveda salon for that kind of price.

So, I decided to go to Ulta back in July of this year to go from my blue hair to blonde. I had never dyed it blue before and I didnt honestly thing the process would be that hard. When I got to the appointment, the stylist did a consultation and said it would cost about $200 and be a 3 hour visit. I didnt have the time that day so I instead got turqoise put in my hair and made a visit 10 weeks out to last Saturday.Saturday rolls around and in the consultation I tell the stylist I wanted to go blonde from the blue and she tells me that it would be hard and that it will look somewhat gray. Its fine, I say, thinking that it would be all over gray and the next visit well get it lighter. So my hair goes from a faded turquoise to this gray-green color, barley lightened at all. She used bleach, did foils, a gloss treatment and let me tell you, it was the worst $200 hot mess Ive ever seen. The first photo below is what my hair looked like after my visit. Because this is only a front picture, you cant tell but the stylist did not work on the hair on the back of my head at all, only the front. Thats why the color varies so much and isnt consistent throughout.After thinking about how to handle it, I thought best to call the salon back to talk to them about it. I prefaced that I was not a cosmetologist so I understand that I dont know much about hair color but that I had an expectation that was clearly not met. The salon manager was very nice, in explaining to me that vivid colors like blue are very hard to get out of hair. She told me that it would take SIX TO EIGHT VISITS to get my hair blonde from blue and that it was a very expensive process and that if they knew a better way to remove hair color, they would do it. She spoke to my stylist to find out what methods she used and said that she didnt feel comfortable lightening my hair more because it would be damaging to my hair. She did offer a clarifying shampoo treatment to compensate ($20 service) which I did not end up doing. I honestly wanted my money back.So, after my disappointing phone conversation I felt pretty frustrated. I had spent 3 hours, $200 and now my hair has looked the worst Ive ever had it and Im told itll be 6 or 8 more session to fix it. I dont think so. I did some research online trying to find some other solution besides bleaching my hair every 6 weeks. I found a product called a Color Lifter that is made especially for lifting vivid hair color out of your hair and it DOESNT INVOLVE BLEACH AND ISNT $200. I went to Sallys Beauty Supply in Franklin and bought a color lifter by Beyond The Zone for $4 and a cream developer for $6. For $10 I lightened my hair without bleach, without ammonia and it took 45 minutes instead of 3 hours and was not damaging to my hair. The color lifter worked so much better than bleach because guess what? My hair is already blonde underneath and all Im doing is removing the blue.I will never go back to this salon. Ive been trimming my hair for 2 years before I went back to a salon and Im just going to go back to doing that again. While I was at Sallys I also purchased some bleach so in 5 weeks Ill do that too. I honestly feel like their mistake was a way to get me to be a repeat customer so that they could keep fixing my hair. I love their products but the customer service response to this was just unacceptable.

I did not feel welcome into the store at all. The last two times ive came in the staff was very rude and stuck up. im tired of having bad experiences here. so ill definitely go somewhere else next time instead
