My battery went out on me early this morning.A nice young man there looked up the battery I needed, came outside and installed it in my car. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. You can’t ask for better service than that!!!! Highly recommend this Spring Hill store.

The man at the counter was incredibly rude, when my friend asked if they had something in stock his reply was, Im not looking for it so I dont know. Im betting his reaction was due to my friend being Black... I will never shop at this chain again. Unbelievable.

Online order for Spring Hill Drive, but when I arrived they didnt have the car battery so asked me to go to another store to pick it up. Went to County Line Road location to pick it up because their inventory indicated they had 2 in stock. Guess what? They didnt have one there either. Went to Northcliffe location where they did finally have the battery. Not worth the hassle!

Stopped by to buy some lights because my tag lights were out. The store Associate helped me by removing and installing them for me. I very much appreciate this as I dont have the necessary tools to remove and I wouldnt know how to replace them. So I really appreciate that he was willing to go above and beyond his duties. Thanks and I wish I remembered his name

I went here to buy a replacement bulb for a brake light. I knew it was a simple repair but I asked if they could do it for me. They responded that they couldnt, so I asked if they could assist me while I did it, and he agreed. Within a few minutes I was done and on my way. Thanks guys!

Monday morning started with a dead battery. The friendly staff tested my old battery and verified it was dead and made sure I chose the right replacement, suggested an online order to save 25% and processed my core refund. Monday got better, thanks guys!!

My alternator went bad and truck was also running hot had my 2year old i had an online 20 percent off they didint say i could not use only on line ok after i said before i had them look up parts.that was one thing and then when i paid for parts and need just a 13 and 14 15mm and 38ths rachet thry gave me the run around o hes the guy u ask for tools and he totaly igmored me for like 20 intill i said enuff my kid getting in everything so i went out to my truck and found some tools that worked and fixed it this day i spet over 300 bucks and im not happy eith how they where careless and didint even say we will give me anything off if it was not an emergency the manager would of heard more from me stay away

The super store for auto parts if you are looking for super service. The employee that served me was a Valentin Alverio and was unbelievable knowledgeable about parts and mechanical problems I was very much impressed with his knowledge and his unselfish service and went out of his way to help me.

Unprofessional management, manager said that he cant sell me the part because i want to pay with a $100 bill and he had no change, so he let me go, really he let go a client, i am pretty sure the owner of the store would find the change for me, but he is just a employee, to bad i never go back to thay store.
