These guys truly are an amazing company! From the initial phone call to the purchase transaction these guys were easy to work with! Honesty, integrity and folks with morals are the best words to sum up my overall experience. I worked directly with Ahmad and from the first phone call he was honest and prompt on sending me photos right away. he described the condition of the car and even sent me pics and videos of the vehicle. This was really important to me because I was purchasing this vehicle from out of state. From my experience, most car dealers do not really take the time immediately to help someone who is out of state: however, this was not the scenario with Autoplus. I trust Ahmad and put down a deposit on the car and flew out next day to pick up the vehicle. This vehicle turned out to be even better than what was described. Even-though Ahmad gave me huge discount. The overall transaction and paperwork took about 20 minutes and I was on my way back to Utah. We drove an hour and a half to come here to look at a specific car. I called to see where to park, guy was super rude. Saying the car we were there to look at was sold. I asked if they updated their website and he says yes, and I said well obviously not since the car is still on there. He said “because of coronavirus we take appts only” and I said well you need to put that on your website. We will not be coming back because of their rudeness and awful customer service

The owner is a very nice man, whose pretty honest about his cars history. He keeps a small selection of cars, that all look pretty kept up and he knows their history very well. Hes super open to test drives and going over a cars history in person, to confirm facts. Its a nice little lot. However, it would be nice if there was more parking spots for visitors, but with such a small selection of cars at a time, I can imagine theres not always a bunch of visitors all at once. Good service! Great owner!

I bought an Audi A4 2016, last year. I visited them this year to see if he could fix my remote control because it stopped working about a week ago. I thought there was something wrong with the remote but when I weent there he (Omar) told me I just have to change the battery and it would be perfectly fine. He then called his mechanic and his mechanic had a battery so he replaced it for me right there at no charge:) He saved me a hassle going to Audi dealership. Thank you Autoplus and I appreciate the honesty and being upfront with us for everything. I would 💯 recommend anyone and everyone.

When my husband and I called and asked if the truck we were looking at had a salvage titel and they said no all the cars are clean. We drive 30 mins to go down and try to look at a truck they had. When we arrived, we were never greated by anyone. Then after 20 min of waiting, an late teen, early 20s boy comes out and says that we should come back the next day bc no one is here to help us. So after driving 30 mins to get there and look at the truck we had to come back the next day. The truck we were looking at was okay it had a salvaged title, after all of that! UGH! Soo we didnt get the truck. Nothing special about this place. it also seemed a little scetchy so after all that we left and never looked back!

Please do not buy a car from this place . Sold us a total loss vehicle and failed to mention that it was a total loss . Then when we asked for the paperwork they wrote in pen that the vehicle was a total and have a dear title. That information was not there until we request for the paperwork and then like magic someone had scratched out the type info and wrote in pen. I would never buy and I warn others to not buy here. If I could give a half a star I would .
