Im new to wigs. I stopped by to get some tape and had a few questions. I walked in, I was the only customer in the store. I walked by a couple of ladies, they didnt even say hi. I looked around, finally someone said if you need anything let us know. I walked up to one of the ladies, who was putting supplies away and asked if they had tape. She stated its over there. Sorry to have bothered you guys. Im going to drive an hour away to the place where I purchased my wig from. They know how to treat people.

The young lady named Elizabeth is amazing. She goes over and beyond and no matter what she’s doing she stops to help. Great customer service from all of the ladies that works there. Thanks everyone for making me feel wanted and at home at the beauty supply.

One of my faves! Mainly because of all the black women who work here. The ladies are very knowledgeable of the products and are very helpful whenever I come in. They dont hover over you while you shop and check out is a breeze. Well stocked and easy to shop. I wish they had a better selection of premium bundles but they have an extensive wig collection that kind of makes up for it.

The clerk there was super helpful she showed me i could get twice as much for my buck and a better quality as well then what i had originally intended on purchasing...would for sure recommend this spot.

The manager here don’t speak and she doesn’t show no customer. No one in this store helps you find anything and if you ask they have an attitude. It’s sad it comes from my kind of folks. I been coming here a while and I see a lot of new faces with a lot of new attitudes. I feel they are disgusted when they have to actually do work and help people. NEW MANAGEMENT PLEASE!!!!

Nice convenient beauty supply. Large selection.

I wish I was able to give 0 stars! My daughter bought a wig for a costume she was trying to put together. At the end decided to change the costume to something different and tried to take her wig back! Owner/MGR came opened the box according to her to inspect the wig to see if it had been worn. Which was totally understandable. My daughter had not opened more less wore the wig and the Mgr/Owner still did not allow her to return it. She told her she could not return it and could not resell to another customer opened. But my daughter personally never took the wig out it was her with the excuse of Inspecting it. I am very upset and wish I had went with her this is absolutely very disappointing to know how shady this owner/Mgr is.!

Decent place to find your hair products.

I feel sorry for staff, people are jammed in store.Some walking in without mask ....then putting it on walking through store. Totally full during pandemic,not social distanced. Will have to take pics another time, definitely NOT touching my Cam, while in there.... definitely NOT going bk, Amazon Prime until Summer when covid down .I felt Ridiculously at risk after doing that..Sick of F covid

MY FAVE BEAUTY SUPPLY ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN!!I am a licensed stylist and I come to this supply at LEAST 3 days a week. The staff has my heart. Customer service on 1000. I have 0 complaints. I see ppl talking about its packed.... but they are enforcing the masks. I have went in without and they made me get one. They have a good variety of brands and styles. Staff is RUDE. The hair is overpriced, it is cheaper to drive a few more miles to 1960 to Beauty Galaxy or somewhere else. You will save money on products, have a better selection, and customer service skills are EXCELLENT ...MOST of the other stores offer discounts after purchasing so much. Cant afford to be OVERPRICED and RUDE

I spent $100 just 2days ago & almost $150 today. Asked for samples and she gave me 3 I asked if she could give me a few more she said she can only give 3 per customer. ??? Lol. I can imagine how much money the black community spends here I bet the don’t give back a dime to our community..

This store was a diamond in the rough! I used to drive to Houston from The Woodlands to find a beauty supply store. Full of supplies and everything you need, the store is clean and very organized. The customer service is awesome. Me and my family will definitely be back here!

This place has a lot of wigs, human hair and braid styles but not a lot of crochet styles. Some of their hair is around $1-2 more expensive then other stores.

Poor customer service!!! Very rude.. I wasnt greeted when I entered the building. That was a sign for me to turn around but I didn’t! After processing my order the clerk didn’t say thank you for your business, even though I purchased two wigs and I had to ask her for my receipt! Really! This will be my last time giving them my business!!

I called this beauty supply, after I had already been to 6 different ones in the area!! Looking for a pack of braiding hair, I described what I needed the owner, Im assuming she was the owner she wasnt sure if they had what I was looking for, as I was about to hang up, she told me to hold on and she looked for it, she got back on, to let me know they had it, this was a big deal to me, I was beyond Grateful because I was already frustrated! Im not from that area and I was tired of looking, the small things mean a lot So I would definitely reccomend this store, very nice,clean,big variety to choose from and great customer service.

My wife needed a quality wig for her Halloween costume. I was sent to retrieve said item without the slightest bit of knowledge regarding proper wig selection. The staff were very friendly and helped me find exactly what she was after. They answered all of my questions and waited while I sent my wife some pictures for her to choose from. Highly recommend this business if you need a wig for any occasion.

Very very RUDE black woman came over to me and exclaimed WE DONT PICK UP THE MANNEQUIN HEADS.! If I cannot hold the wig next to my head to get an idea about the length of it then I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY THERE! When I go wig shopping I ALWAYS purchase a minimum of 2 so they just lost a great customer. I am black and its a shame that she couldnt speak to me in a professional manner.... instead of like a criminal. I hold bachelors and a masters degree, have worked in customer service for over 20 yrs, so I do how to handle customers . That was NOT correct. Take my advice and travel another mile to FM1960 where customers are treated with dignity!

I used to love coming here, but the quality of service has gone down significantly. The employees are more concerned with carrying on conversations with each other than assisting the customers. The owners/management seem like they go out of their way to avoid interacting with the customers, hiding in the back, or prentending to be too busy with stock to acknowledge us...I guess they figure thats the employees job, but lets face it theyve clearly dropped the ball. That was evident when the employees are on the floor taking personal phone calls on their cell phones, but the number linked to this google account isnt even in service, so if you had a question/comment about the service, the only way to get it out there is to put it in a google review.Also, the store is a mess. Theres no clear organization of anything anywhere and while I understand they are reorganizing their floor, they should have an associate on the floor to help assist customers.Lets be real, the only reason this store has over 4 stars is because its the only beauty supply that caters to blacks in the general area. The owners should pray that no competitors (that actually value their customers) move in down the street and puts them out of business.
