The dealership also accommodated my time frame to pickup the vehicle. The only issue is that I had to replace the battery 3 days after purchase but I consider that a very minor issue

I decided to buy the car but needed time before the bank would release my loan, and with a deposit he was willing to hold the car for me. Then we went to actually get the car signed off and picked up, and it was ready, super clean and shiny and polished. It was in excellent condition and I am so happy with my purchase. The car I looked at was not what was advertised. Body damaged more than what is in the pictures. I test drove the car (a 2010 wrx) for 10 mintues before it was smoking. the shifter was loose, the clutch was squeaky and sticky, a light nut was twisted off. No record of service. No idea when the last service was. I called in advance and ask if there was anything about the car I needed to know before making the 8 hour drive to Houston. He told me the car was fine and that is not the case. Please thing twice before buying a car here and if you still want to you should being a mechanic with you.

Drove 8 hours from across texas to look at a car. The person didnt tell us everything that was wrong with the car and had no idea when it last got serviced or anything about the history of the car. Drove the car around and when we got back to the dealership it started smoking. Too many red flags and owner had no idea what was going on. Would not recommend.

To Whom it May Concern,I am writing this letter to recommend Claudio and Spring Motors as a great place to buy a used car. I bought a 2007 Toyota 4Runner from Spring Motors. I had been searching for the right 4Runner at the right price for 6 months when I saw the one Caudio advertised on the web. After a short test drive, and meeting Claudio and seeing his very neat and tidy office and shop I agreed to buy the truck. I had a payment issue which Claudio very generously worked with me on so that I could get the truck home quickly.Unfortunately on the third day I had the truck, the AC went out. When I called Claudio to tell him about it, he did not hesitate to tell me he would fix it. I brought it to him the next day. He replaced the part I thought was bad and called me to come pick it up. His shop is an hour away from my home. I got an UBER to take me to pick up the truck. Just as I was arriving, Claudio gave the truck one last check and realized that there was still a problem. He told me he had an AC guy that could change the condenser and get the proper amount of refrigerant in. He then loaned me a car so I wouldn’t have to eat two more hourlong UBER rides to finally get my truck. The next time he called, the truck was fixed, there was a brand new condenser under the hood and the AC blows very cold. I am extremely happy right now.When I made the initial purchase, part of our agreement was a document I signed that said the truck was an As-Is purchase and Spring Motors would not be liable for anything wrong with it. With this contract, Claudio was free to not lift a finger to help me.But that is not what he did. Claudio went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the purchase.I plan to buy my next car from Claudio. He is a solid dude.Sincerely,Christian H. Seger
