My salesman was Jose Estrada. I emailed him about a vehicle that I was interested in and sadly it had been sold before I got to view it. We still decided to go to the dealership to check out why they had. I was interested in a vehicle but it was out of my price range so I decided not to follow through. He literally helped me for three days to find a vehicle because they have different stores around the area with different inventory. I ended up finding my ford fusion at their dealership in Pasadena. He told me that it was still available and that he’d be willing to pick it up for me. He was very patient and he tried to help me as much as possible. If you’re looking for a vehicle and you go to this location ask for JOSE ESTRADA. I couldn’t be any more appreciative. I’m going to come back to this review in about a month to make an update on the car!

Last year I drove 4 hours to look at a car and put the car on hold. The next day I was headed back down there to finalize everything until they told me they sold the car I had on hold. I definitely do not recommend buying a car from here.

Id rather keep driving my POS car than buying a used car from these people. if youre looking to finance a car they will not sell you a car unless youre financing it through them. dont come to these people.

The place to shop for a car. From the moment you arrive there is someone to greet you. I worked with Harshil Patel and with Alex Mata. They have a running oiled machine to have a great car experience. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. Leave it to the people that have the work experience in selling cars in these times. We are so pleased with the car and all the effort that Alex’s team does for each client. Surely a lifetime customer.

If I could give Ashley 5 stars separately I would. She’s a good sales woman and she got me a decent deal. The reason I give it 3 stars is the “full detail” that they said I would get was awful. I sent it back twice and the door jams were still not wiped, nor the windows or dash. I could have drove it through a car wash and got better service. No effort was given to the interior at all. I blame that on management. Both times I was in their sales office I was the only customer and the manager never once greeted me, not even after I bought the car. Poor service. Thanks Ashley, but you deserve better support.

I have never had a better experience doing anything let alone buying a vehicle. Everyone that was involved from my awesome salesman to the incredible finance manager made me feel at home. Zero pressure and explained everything perfectly. They helped me work with a budget I can afford and gave me amazing advice. I now consider them family. They sold me a used car with no headlights so i’ve been using high beam and now that im noticing to put light bulbs in there...THERE ARE MANY PEICES MISSING SO ITS JUST WIRE.

Spent 5 days going back and forth with unresponsive salesmen and managers finally got the deal done and they had sold the vehicle. Wish I could give zero stars.

Once is a mistake, two times a pattern, three times in a row is negligence. I drove in to look at a used Ford Transit and was left on my own to look over the evaluate the vehicle. I assumed it was because of COVID, but now I realize it very well could have been that the salesman was not interested in moving this vehicle.Once I was satisfied with the test drive I walked into the building and its clear no one there had any concern for the customer. The gentleman to the left of the soft drinks had his feet up on his desk, phone in hand. The music in the back had to be sushed by my salesman so they would turn it off. The boss must have been out that day as I felt no enthusiasm for a sale.The deal fell through, and I can live with that at any other place as negotiations fall through, and you move on... However, the hidden dealer fee of $1250 was non-negotiable as the vehicle comes with a tracking package pre installed so they can track test drive vehicles due to COVID. This comes with a phone app to let you see your cars location. I asked for it to be removed so the cost could be nixed. No dice, it was in the vehicle and the added $1250 is not negotiable. Assume that each and every car in 2020 will have an extra $1250 tacked on to the price above the advertised price. I assumed we would start discussing prices around the advertised price plus taxes, tag, and title... but that messy $1250 added to everything really started the negotiation higher than I wanted.Finally, we neglected to check for my keys when our salesman took my trade in for a test drive. He forgot to check for them, and I forgot to check for them before leaving. It was a mutual error. My wife had her keys and we realized we left them behind. Since we are out of town, we called in and they said they would send the keys in the mail on Monday which was absolutely satisfactory. Needless to say, they did not accomplish this task on Monday. Ok a mistake. I asked every day and it was always the next day. A pattern. Finally, I spoke with Tucker the GM of the used lot and he assured me they would be in the mail.It is now 12 days out and no keys have made it to my house in the mail. The pattern is negligence.They simply dont care. No follow through. Not men of their word. Lazy atmosphere in the office. Avoid this establishment.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mchaik Spring exceeded my expectations. Alex Mata, the manager at Mchaik Spring runs a first class operation. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. Not only does he know the business, he understands customers needs. The staff is very friendly and professional.I highly recommend Mchaik Spring.

They did a bait and switch. I called at 4 pm asking about a pre owned vehicle in their inventory and was told that they had that vehicle and it was available. I drove over an hour in traffic and arrived at 6:30 pm and was told that the vehicle was sold yesterday and I was told by a different associate that it was transferred to another facility. I called the other locations to locate the car and no one knew what I was talking about. And when I called them out on their lack of transparency and professionalism, they were rude. And had the audacity to call my phone number 30 minutes later to follow up and consider them for my pre owned vehicle needs. While I was at the location, they offered to have me look at other vehicles which were not the vehicle I was looking for. I will never visit this place again and highly recommend that you dont either.

The worst thing after two months of seeing the business closed they asked me for the car and they did not want to give me the 5000 dollars that I gave in cash the attention of their manager Alex very bad call the police and told me that I was going to collect 500 dollars no I know for what reason as really blackmailing anyones money is safe with these people I do not recommend them they took me to another location and they gave me a check of 4000 you to wait for me to do another one then I asked them to take me to my house because they took my car away and told me not really unprofessional
