Walked in unknowing what to do as it was our first time setting up a shared phone plan, was greeted by several employees, but was approached by Sandy. She helped us efficiently and effectively, ended up leaving with an upgraded phone after she stated how much credit I’d get for trading in my old phone. She wasn’t over the top or underwhelming as well when it came to conversing about our prices or contract, probably the chillest sales rep I have run into in a long time. 10/10 recommend going here cause the vibes were also Immaculate

Amazing customer service. After visiting 3 other locations we finally called this one to see if they had the phone my husband wanted the galaxy z fold. They did, and they held it for us until after we managed to pick up our son and make our way over there. They were then super helpful at getting his previous phones information fully transfered over.

Several are behind the counter not doing anything and most of them go to the back and never returned with at least 15 customers waiting. They are not engaging or even apologetic about the wait. I would think ATT would screen these employees better.

Worst customer service ever. Guy did not want to answer our questions and disparagingly called me a β€œcharacter”. Plus they had an inexplicably long wait time (barely any customers). Obviously they don’t need business. I left and headed to a different ATT store, where I was immediately helped in a friendly manner. If you have to do business with ATT, avoid this location like the plague.

I came into this location after spending 2+ hours on my laptop trying to switch over my number and order my phone unsuccessfully. Tiffany was so helpful and professional and stayed with us to help every step of the way. It took over an hour and even another call with her the next day to finish setting everything up. We had so many obstacles and setbacks trying to switch from t-mobile but Tiffany was excellent and fixed everything for us until we finally had our phones and lines set up. Will definitely be going to this store in the future for anything. Great service!

I came into this location looking to upgrade my phone. The sales associate who helped me was Thelma. She was very knowledgeable and patient as she explained the differences in the phones I was deciding on. A very charismatic person who was able to turn my poor mood around and improve my overall day. After choosing a phone, she helped and guided me through all of its features and settings, explaining all the features, how they worked and a general overview of the capabilities. She helped me pick out a new case that would stand up to day to day needs in order to protect my phone, flawlessly installed a glass screen protector and was able to transfer all of my memory off of my old phone. Her good mood, customer service, extensive knowledge and overall helpfulness turned my errand into a pleasant experience. I am very satisfied with her support and my overall time being assisted. If my grandmother needed a phone I wouldn’t bring her to any sales rep other than Thelma.

I went into this location because I was needing to retrieve my voicemail. The sales associate (I didn’t see a name tag on his shirt) was a bit rude when I asked for assistance. He said that I would have to go up to my voicemail box and listen to each one by one instead of pressing on the number 1 to retrieve my messages. I had called the 611 number earlier in the day and a rep said in order to retrieve my voicemail I would have to go inside the store to get assistance. I switched carriers cause I wasn’t happy that T-Mobile and Sprint had merged together and I was told by AT&T I would be saving quite a bit of money due to several reasons. Can you please direct me in a kind manner on how to retrieve my voicemail? Also, I would like to know if there is an app to avoid scam phone calls. As well as scam text messages.Thank you!

This is going to be a lengthy review but its worth the read, your business and your time. I must say that I am a loyal person especially when the loyalty is returned when investing my hard earned money. Coming from a Customer Service background, making sure a customer is satisfied is extremely important to me. Recently there has been one AT&T Service Representative that has been patient and added a personal touch in doing his job in working with me to resolve & provide. Within these last 6 months in dealing with issues and service satisfaction from my cellular device to TV to the Internet, billing, rewards & savings he has gone over and beyond yet to mention a pleasure to work with. Thank you AT&T you deafinately have a Person who is passionate about what he does. Its folks like him that keep customers like me. LUIGI thank you! At&t has a customer for life! Wow! I just left and I’m beyond happy with my experience. I was assisted by Alexis. I came in for an IPad. The one I wanted was unavailable for MILES!! She showed there was one in her store that she searched HIGH and LOW for. I so appreciated she didn’t give up. I would have had to wait until August to get the one I wanted. The store had plenty of hand sanitizer and social distancing dots around the store. Great experience.

Alexander.. was a very good and helpful employee.. we went in asking a few questions about a hot spot device and a upgrade on of our lines.. he went Into details about the hot spot.. not just trying to sell a device and service which we really appreciated.. then on the upgrade he really helped us out on that.. we will recommend him all day.. Alexander is Awesome.. also when we left the store one of the new phones didnt work.. we took it back and he immediately took care of the situation and we where on our way.. I had the absolute worst experience at this store yesterday. I ordered 2 new iPhones online and elected to pick them up in the store. Unfortunately for me the closest store that had them in stock was this customer service nightmare. I got to the store and the sales rep, Miguel, proceeded to tell me that he needed to run my card again to pay for the phones. I advised him that I had already paid for them online and showed him my bank transaction as proof. He rudely tried to explain to me how banking works. I told him that I wasnt giving him my card to be run again and he again, rudely told me that I couldnt take the phones. Ok...no problem. I asked him to give me my drivers license back and he threw it at me. After a few choice words, I left. Found out my daughters phone had already been transferred to the new sim card so her phone wasnt working. Went back to the store and spoke to the so called manager Christopher and I quickly understood how Miguel felt comfortable handling a customer the way he did. Christopher was just as rude, never apologized for his employees actions and had the nerve to try to get loud with me in front of other customers. Needless to say, I will never return to this store and would advise anyone who expects the slightest ounce of customer service to stay away.

I went in because I was unable to call my mother. We tried numernumerous was to fix it my own. Josh and Chaelene Went far above and beyond trying to get it fixed so that I could call my mom. A lot of people would have just tried a couple of things and sent me on my merry way to call the 800 number but they did not do that they stayed with me in till they knew for sure they had exhausted all efforts in even went beyond that to the let me know that I did have a warranty on my phone in could exchange it. Coming from a background of customer service I cant tell you how much I appreciate these 2!

WOW, this ATT location have some of the best employees that I have ever worked with dealing with wireless communications. About 6months back I spoke with Matt who was phenomenal in getting my service switched. We also had a personal conversation that lead me to making one of the best decisions of my life. On today, 10/18/19 I spoke with Thelma and Josh/Manager on text messages from AT&T an later confirmed it was spam. While there, I requested an upgrade for my daughter an Thelma took care of me in less than 20mins I purchaseda new iPhone. Josh also provided me with a beautiful phone case to match. This store has amazing employees it feel like home...... These guys are GREAT!!!

I’m only giving one star because it won’t allow me to give zero stars. The head manager is very rude and disrespectful. The customer service is horrible! The assistant manager was helpful but couldn’t get a word in because of the head manager. I had to go to another AT&T on Kuykendahl and Louetta and speak with their manager who was EXTREMELY helpful!

I’ve already spent almost 2 weeks dealing with this system error from transferring of billing responsibility, putting my phone on its own post pay account, all so that I could keep my number. I was told that it’s a process but all I had to do was go into a store to convert to the number from post-paid to a Pre-paid plan.Look I’ve had this number for 20 years, it’s tied to every debt, every asset I have... my kids know the number by heart. I was told by multiple different AT&T reps that I could keep my number.I’ve been on the phone for hours, visited now 4 AT&T locations trying to find someone who cares enough to help me. I recognize your associates didn’t create the system error, but they do control how they respond to me as the customer with an issue. I was told by other locations: β€œwe can’t help you”, β€œnothing can be done”, even (& this was appalling) β€œyou have to fly to Georgia if you want to keep your number”.Today, I arrive to corporate store on I-45 & Cypresswood in Spring. Feeling hopeless & defeated at this point I entered and was greeted by the very sweet Anna. She was kind & patient as I explained everything from the importance of keeping my number, to the pre-paid plan I wanted, & basically there’s a million notes on the account.Anna sat with me, and patiently listened to everything I had to say. Obviously I was frustrated but at no point did she get annoyed or bored with me, she focused on listening to me & helping me find a solution.Anna tried multiple things to fix the problem. She was willing to try anything to help but after over an hour she had to recruit Luigi ASM to help think outside of the box to fix this problem.Luigi tried everything he could & even got on the phone with another back office number to try to fix the issue to no avail. Luigi would up calling his bosses boss and creating an escalation ticket with a 24 hr SLA to try to fix the issue.After over 2 hours my issue wasn’t resolved today, but I am deeply thankful for Anna & Luigi’s efforts today... they never got annoyed or gave up on helping me find a solution.
