Carlos was a great help today! We opened up a new line and got a new phone set up and ready to go the same day. Made everything super simple for my grandfather and I! Definitely happy with the excellence service we received!

I went in last week in to T-mobile to get some information about switching from AT&T because they’re just too expensive, anyways as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a happy hello from Carlos, he was very very informative funny & handsome and understand of my situation he got me on an amazing plan & I came out of the store with a new line! And a new phone! Way cheaper than AT&T and a free screen protector ! for my new iPhone thanks to Carlos I will definitely come back this T-Mobile keep up the good work.#Happycustomer!

Weve been with T-Mobile for years, and had horrible service, until yesterday. Miss Shannon renewed our faith in T-mobile. She worked with us for at least an hour, if not an hour and a 1/2. My husband lost all of his iCloud passwords & she was able to help us get restarted. She was sweet and gracious and SOOOOO helpful.We will not ever go to another store. If shes not there, I dont wanna go.THANK YOU MISS SHANNON

I have been to this location multiple times and my experience there has been phenomenal. Ms. Shannon is there everytime I visit this location and she is caring and understanding. She always give me great customer service. I recommend that everyone visit this location and ask for Ms Shannon to assist you. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. If i could leave no stars i would. I been here twice in the same month. Every time i go in there i be waiting for someone to help me and ill be there just waiting in someone for over 20 min. When there only 1 customer in the store. Never returning to this store again. I only been with t-moblie less then a year.

This t-mobile retailer is horrible. We have been there 2 times and the service was a joke. This time around there were literally no customers and they were just gossiping and didnt bother to help us out. Luckily there was another location down the freeway that we went to. Wouldnt recommend going here.

I went into this T-mobile store with a phone Ive been having for 3 years. Im not up on technology, but Shannon the sales associate worked with me and made everything good. She was polite, professional and very detailed! I will always come to this store as long as she works there!!!

I understand they can only help one customer at a time and getting a new phone situated is sometimes a long process but I was standing in there no lie 20 minutes and didnt get not one Ill be with you in a moment its only a 3 star because I ended striking a conversation with the security guard and loss track of time but he was nice. Still ended up leaving after waiting so long though

Why put there people to work If they dont want to work nor help the customers . I went In, there were no customers just to workers, I they both went to the back after I told them I needed to my a return on a cellphone and left me there waiting for 20minutes !!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

We just left this store and received excellent service from Kevin & Jesus. I have been needing to replace my phone for a long time & really dreaded it because I was told my information would not transfer. They were both very professional & patient with us. They made what I thought was going to be an unpleasant experience very pleasant. If you want good customer service, go here.

January 01, 2020.At about 11:23am.When I pulled up to the location the associate **Ms. Shannon lowered the gates to suggest that they are not yet open. I walked up to the window and saw the hours posted by corporate displaying 11-6. **Ms. Shannon opens the door and says we are not open, when I bring up the hours on the paper she shrugs and says the store isn’t ready. she simply refused service to me.What we needed was to have our numbers ported from At&t to activate our new lines with T-mobile. Ms. Shannon saved us a great deal of trouble, because of her lack of empathy, code of conduct and unprofessional behavior we will continue business with our previous carrier. She is a very poor reflection of T-mobile.

After years of being overcharged by Verizon, I decided to go with T-Mobile. Michael was great and took care of switching my cellular service over. He was very nice, knowledgeable and exemplifies what excellent customer service is. He explained everything in detail, and I am so happy with my new service. This is an awesome store -- both Michael and Carl are very helpful.

Darian H. Had great customer service. He was very informative and was able to get me my phone very quickly.

Ricardo was working there Sunday 03/17/19 at around 4pm. He was really cool and very helpful. You can tell he knows what hes talking about because he talks from personal experience. I got the feeling that he was actually trying to help the people before us and us too, not just because he had to.

Darian H. helped me out at this location replacing my SIM card quick, fast and he is very professional he is why T Mobile is my number one service!

It is 8:17 and they are supposed to be closed but both representatives are working super hard to help us get our phones sorted out. David A. and Cheyenne are doing everything in their ability to help us. There is a computer error and David had to call in to get it sorted. Its past their close time but both employees are being super helpful. I completely recommend this store and tmobile!

Darian and Jakera were very attentive and worked diligently to get My family and I set up with new phone. They made sure were were completely content with our phones. I love their energy and never felt rushed in the process.

June was very helpful! We drove 7 mins down the road to this one cause the other stores employee’s were NOT helpful one bit. We got sidetracked just by having a good conversation after the transaction,haven’t talked with a down to earth employee in a long time! New favorite t-mobile store :)

I just got thanked with T-Mobile Tuesdays. I picked up my free tmoble umbrella.. The sales people were friendly and took the time to get us our Tmobile loot right away. They also still have some of the T-Mobile cooking aprons..

If I told the long story this would look fake because if how ridiculous it is. Basically the manager as well as an employee lied about more than one promotion to us, lied about how they would fix the situation after we signed up, and doesnt come through on the promises they did actually make. TMobile is a great carrier with great service. But this store makes a habit of outright lies. Do not go to this store. There are plenty of others around.

Saved the day after an issue with a 5 day old phone, another t mobile told me I had to do an insurance claim, it was untrue, I was up and running in no time, very happy. Sorry I didnt catch the name of the girl who helped me, but it started with a K 🖒🖒
