The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure that I got a phone that would more than meet my needs. They helped me choose an affordable plan as well as an affordable phone. I will recommendMy friends and family switch to Verizon if theyre not already on it.
Ms Angela, aka Angie was simply superb. She was the only rep in the store on Rayford road in Houston. Her professionalism and her cool, calm demeanor under what I felt was a somewhat pressure moments was exemplary. She gave eye contact and greeted every customer that came into the store. Moreover, she gave each and every customer the attention they deserved and/or needed. I salute you for hiring Ms. Angie because she was awesome. Gencey was great and helpfull. Only issue was we had to order and wait for our phones because the store had no phones. Other than that great experience.
Place was nice and clean but the cashier/representative had another customer in the store that had purchased the exact same phone as my husband. My husband had picked up a case for his phone she walked over asked him could she see it and then asked him if he really needed the case because the other guy had actually purchased the case. How in the hell did he purchase a case we got off the shelf? What it was he got the wrong case and it was only one left that was cheaper and my husband got that case she actually wanted my husband to give this guy the case.. the customer had to tell her no he wasnt doing that and she said are you sure what the world.. let me say this we are black she and the customer were white.. we smiled and my husband said yes I want the case.. we will never visit this store again.

My daughter had a virtual energy camp that shes been looking forward to for a while. The morning of the first day of camp my laptop crashed. I went into my neighborhood Verizon store and Lauren took great care of me. My daughter was up and running in no time.

First of all, Diana is not human! She multi-tasks like no one I’ve ever seen before! Great customer service, always smiling! The two wonderful associates assisting her were very warm and welcoming! We had some technical difficulties with payments but they were calm and nurturing as I waited! This team is amazing and I am already loving my 12 pro Max I purchased with them! Way to example the true definition of teamwork!
They only had the iPhone 12 pro in pacific blue and it took an hour to transfer stuff from my old phone. But I didn’t mind. I have patience and didn’t have anywhere I had to be. I was just glad that I got a new phone. Thank you Gencey for helping me get a new phone.

I went in to upgrade my phone. Lauren was so friendly and helpful. There were a few technical issues on Verizon’s side that she said she would work out and call me when we could proceed with the upgrade. A few hours later, she called and we got everything worked out. Lauren had to order my phone and said she would call me as soon as it was in. I went in today to get my new phone. Dianna was there to help finalize the deal. She was just as amazing as Lauren. My 3 year old was with me, running around, asking to use the bathroom every 3 minutes. The woman were so patient and understanding and never seemed bothered by us. The customer service at this location exceeds all expectations. I will be using this location for all of my in store needs.

Beware of promotional rebates. I was granted a $500 credit to upgrade my iPhoneX for the new iPhone 12 Pro back on Oct 2020. It is now March 2021 with absolutely no resolution. The lady at this store will not give me a timeframe, a phone number, a superior contact person, or anyone to get any helpful information. I was supposed to have received this credit 2-3 billing cycles following the purchase. We are now 5 months into this with no resolution whatsoever! Very very unprofessional and potentially fraudulent.
Mine was a particularly difficult case, being that it was a business phone that we’re having to get taken care of and Lauren kept getting past person to person to person and was very frustrated however she maintain recall. And then Original she struggled with it not because of her skills his ruin else’s and she got the job done she persevered. Lauren was extremely helpful with all my questions. I had a very bad experience with another provider and Lauren made sure I was 100% taken care of before I walked out the door.
My experience was rocky at first with not being able to become a customer with getting phones online and through calling the sales department because of a payment link error that kept happening. I was told I had to go in a store and purchase the phones. Even had to pay $20 more per activation because it wasn’t done online. Buuuuutttt, Erica helped me the first day and she was great and then Diana finished helping me the second day and she was amazing. From the warm welcoming to me leaving with new phones and an iPad, they made the whole process very smooth and Grancey I believe her name was and the gentleman training helped get the phones protective covers on while we finished with the details. I had brought my 3 children and even they were warmly welcomed. Very enjoyable experience at the Rayford location in spring. Highly recommend that place!!!!

Last Monday (4/13) I purchased a new IPhone 11 Pro Max. On Saturday of that same week my brand new screen protector cracked when my phone fell on carpet. I was not happy at all. I called the store that I bought it from because in order to register my screen protector and obtain a replacement I needed my receipt for proof of purchase. I spoke with Van Scott and he immediately emailed me my original receipt. I called back to see if by any chance they could replace it for free without me having to pay shipping but he said unfortunately he wouldn’t be able to help. I then asked if they could put the new one back on my phone and he said of course they would be glad to take care of me. This location is very much out of my way but in the two times I’ve dealt with this store they have been extremely helpful and accommodating. I will visit this store in the future for any Verizon needs I might have.Skylar was the sales associate who originally sold me my phone and was also very helpful and patient with me while we looked for the perfect phone case for my new IPhone.Both employees showed impeccable customer service skills and I’m glad I chose their store.

I went to 3 other cellular retailers where the employees did not know the basic cellular technology of the carriers for which they worked. I purchased a new iPad Air independently and wanted certain security features and settings available to me for sensitive tasks I plan for its use as well as being able to utilize the functionalities it has for my personal enjoyment and entertainment with an “always available” accessibility to all the communication features. I was very pleased with his frank suggestions for the plan I chose, and he was knowledgeable and confident in assisting me in the setup and specific settings from the carrier side I was looking for to help me get started in enjoying and getting the most from my investment.

This company Mobile destination is a Premium retailer who is authorized to sell Verizon Products. They have been getting over on their customers and employees for many years!Shop at a Corporate store if you can because they charge an additional fee for literally everything. A service that would be free of charge at a corporate location can range anywhere from $20- $40.They sell refurbished devices as new and charge you higher than the retail value. Not only will you have a $40 Activation/Upgrade fee per device purchased on the following bill, but you’re also required to pay a $40 Program and Setup per device upfront.They heavily overcharge customer and under pay their employees for the work performed.Everyone comes off extremely polite but they talk about customers like it’s nobody’s business. They’re always hiring, because not many people stick around long enough to get a first full checkManagement constantly runs off employees with a difference in opinion. An open door policy is non existent and most employees who speak up about being underpaid faces retaliation and are eventually pushed to quit by intentionally having hours cut and even fired without cause.This company holds a 4.2 review on google, but a 2.3 review on indeed and that says a lot. The first line of insight is your employees, and a company is only as good as how they treat the people on the front lines of making their profit.Be very Weary! Ask questions! When getting a new device if they don’t have to break a plastic seal on the box the leave immediately because chances are you’re about to purchase a defective device that you may end up stuck with.

Service at this location is horrible . Order 2 new device and waited for almost 5 days which is ok and we understand the process then went to pick up the phone . Sales Representative Gencey told us it will be $140 fees on each device to transfer the career which we have 3 which is a False Advertisement since we went to location in woodlands Verizon and get set up everything bought 2 new device with only $40 transfer fees . I wouldn’t recommend this location specially waste our time, poor communication and not even attempt to make a business and company like this waste of so much money to even hire this sales representative which can’t provide the customer with correct information.
I cannot say enough about Elizabeth who certainly deserves the title of Manager & Sierra who is fabulous! Got off my Sisters account & was approved for my own account, the process was smooth as silk because of Elizabeth & Sierra. Love my new phone & I was on the fence about getting an iPhone but, Elizabeth knew my exact concern & addressed it in a way my non technological self could understand, couldn’t be happier!! Give those ladies a try, they won’t let you down ✌️

Sadly, I can not in good faith give this store a good review.A couple of a weeks ago, I came here to get off my parents cell phone plan and start a new one with my wife. A seemingly simple process on paper, but turned out to be a huge ordeal.When I first arrived, there was only one person working, and they were already helping another young couple out, so I sat in a chair. After about 20 minutes or so, I was informed someone was coming into help. I was then helped by the manager (or at least, assumed thats what they were, based on their name tag), who then had to call someone at corporate on their lan line, while I had to call my parents on the other.So picture this: I have two phones in my hand. One hand is my baby boomer parents, who are clueless as to what is going on, the other is a Verizon rep who I have to repeat every word my parents say to them, then I have the manager who I had to keep flagging down from her side conversation to try and get this process done.I was also informed of extra fees I was going to be charged, because they werent a corporate store. On top of that, no one took a moment to explain what the different plans were, which one works for me, nothing. I was so confused throughout the whole process, while I had two phones talking to me at the same time.It all came to a halt when my parents couldnt remember their pin number. They couldnt even reset it. So I gave up and went home.This weekend I went to a corporate store in The Woodlands and got the process done in 30 minutes. No one need to call my parents, or my wife parents, no extra fees were charged, no PIN number was needed, and I went home well informed on the billing process and charges.Your milage may very, but I personally found this store to be unhelpful and unprofessional. Go to a corporate store for less headache.
I spent my Friday evening dreading the fact I had to replace my cell phone. To my surprise I pulled into Verizon and was greeted immediately by Stacie and her amazing super twin trainee’s “Skylar & Lauren,” (boy and girl) and not to exclude another trainee Beautiful Anisa. All of these Verizon employees assisted me with respect and listened compassionately to my needs and were more than knowledgeable of not only my new IPhone 11 but also Made sure I left with the necessary accessories to protect my new investment.Thank VerizonThis was late Friday evening and they all acted as if I was the only thing they had to on a Friday evening.
