I went to the store - asking for a new connection, there were several issues with the service1) tried to claim cricket and AT&T are the same - the probably use the same networks and towers but saying “ cricket and AT&T” are the same is false claim2) There was a flyer mentioning that the most economical plan was $30/month - but the associate there ( a male) mentioned it costs $55 - and he did not explain that the 55 dollar charge is only for the first month - made me think there were hidden charges - which is 553) then the male associate said - I can do it for 50 ? I paused and started thinking a bit, then he said I can do it for 45 - this totally made me think the price drops but I don’t actually know how I can negotiate the lowest priceI left the store and went to another cricket storeThe experience was different-at this other cricket store1) it was explained to me clearly that the 55 dollar charge was only for the first month, there on it would be 30/month2) when asked about “ is cricket and AT&T the same” - the answer was clear that it is not the same company but May use the same towers3) gave me a $25 discount for new enrollment4) informed me of a new federal discount planHappy with cricket - but not happy with this particular store location! And their terrible customer service

I went in the store hoping to upgrade and purchase a new phone. The man who helped me was rude and curt and acted like he didnt want to help me. No problem. Ill go to another Cricket store who wants my business. Would not recommend this store.

The young man I worked with was so very quick and professional, I believe his name was Sarang. I told him what I wanted: a new phone that had good camera quality and the most storage I could get. He gave me three good options but didnt necessarily try to sell me the most expensive- Also, I didnt have time to stay while he transferred all of my contacts (I have a lot) but he showed me step by step how to do it myself- I appreciate that kind of customer service. If I wasnt moving out of state this would be my go-to shop. Thanks!

This guy is great. He turn my unlock pixel on. Couple of year ago he turned my Nexus 6 on I didnt think it easy little did I know. They use it like a racket now.not this guy all he wants to do is have fun working. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable.

I bought a phone from the Cricket store on Sawdust Rd next door to Ace cash express and I kept having trouble with tbe new phone that I had just bought. I got the stores phone number from the internet.I called the number over and over and over. It rang once went straight to a busy signal. So I phoned my son and asked him and his friend to go to the cricket store to see if in fact my suspicions regarding the phone number were accurate...there had to be a reason as to why of all places would a phone store have a non working phone especially when the other businesses in the same strips phones were working just fine.They dialed the same number once inside the store. The phone never rang. Once I arrived at the store to meet up with my son I walked to the counter where I picked up a business card with the same number I had been trying to call for hours for help with this awful phone. I then realized upon looking at the card there was not a single store reps name nor anything other than a non working number and Sawdust addressThe man in the store could have cared less that I called him out on what appeared to be a fraudulent phone sale to me because it appears its a refurbished phone with a virus..I asked for a refund to return the phone since it was only 3 days old. There wasnt a single word posted anywhere regarding no return policies.. I should have followed my gut instincts about the sale when I bought it because the rep was way too aggressive and at one point I even told the rep I didnt want to purchase that phone because it didnt feel right and he just kept pushing the sale. To say the least Im contacting the Better Business Bureau so they can look into it as well as contacting Cricket Corporation about franchise owner .Lucky for me somen9e videod it all I have it available for review..Do your research...Call the store number...look at the business card..take someone with you..Im sure not all cricket franchise arent all bad but I am speaking from experience first hand about the Sawdust store.The store rep said he couldnt contact anyone however when the customer in front of me was having payment issues I watched the same man pull a cell phone out of his pocket and called someone and low n behold her payment went thru.

Horrible customer service from the male, assuming the manager. Okay service from the younger female. The male will talk on the phone all the time, yelling at whoever he is talking to. He is rude and will talk over you when you explain your situation. He will turn the blame on you/your phone and will not take responsibility for anything. I recommend you visit a different location.

Cricket customer service is very unhelpful. My wife bought a phone from the for $300 that did not work from day one. She took it in every day, and they told her to do different things every day. After week of this, she was told that they could not replace it because it was been over a week. We are switching to Metro PCS
