Truly the nicest / sweetest pharmacy staff. They always help me out when I have questions or concerns. Amazing staff.

Customer service is not this stores strong suit. Youd better pray one of the self checkouts is working because there is never anyone at the counter, and if you get the dreaded please wait for an attendant message at a self checkout you might as well leave your stuff there and drive to the neighborhood walmart across the street. Sure, youll stand in line for 20 minutes at the neighborhood walmart to buy one tube of toothpaste (or whatever), but I think thats better than confusedly stumbling around looking for an employee to clear a message on the self checkout screen so you pay for your items. Garbage place. Zombie employees. I only go here if its a weird hour and I need medicine or chocolate.
For some reason, the manager, Robert, had the brand new 2021 calendars removed from merchandise floor at this location. None of the other CVS stores have done this. Why are you? Please put them back on the floor. Will follow up with your corporate office.
Shoddy service. I had an appt and received a few texts right before reminding me and giving instructions. I waited 40 min and went into the store to be told oops no appts, will have to reschedule. And passed the buck.

Was the last time! The worse experience ever I pay and at the last minute I noticed! Buy one get second 75 percent off. I Told my daughter get the second one! And the cashier told me I have to go all the way to the end of the line ! That was rude even the lady behind told him no is ok.I cancel my purchase never again! I just need to take a minute to talk about Taylor. She is just the kindest, most attentive, considerate cashier I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is always willing and ready to answer any questions and help in any way she can. She is truly one of those unique souls that puts you at ease and wants to make your day brighter! If ever there is a mistake made (she makes almost none), she will do whatever it takes to make it right and ensure that your experience at CVS was a pleasant one. Taylor is a bright and industrious person whom you will never catch shirking work doing anything other than her best. Taylor is charming, funny, and thoughtful. She engages children reflecting the same wonder and curiosity they inspire in us all. I expect I am not the only one to recognize these lovely qualities in her! She is truly a pleasure to be around. I have positive experiences at other CVS locations, but not this one. This specific location has a lot of room for improvement. Ive asked a question here before and an associate informed me, I dont know how to answer that, and proceed to ignore me. Although this location is closest to home, I will not be returning here.
Have you experienced a local store which operated years and years by one family, they are kind and always care about people. Tonight I felt CVS on Aldine Westfield is one of them. One/two guy took/helped the password photo for my son, for the whole time, they were kind and nice to my boy. They tried to help me with my endless question about photo, price and photocopy with incredible patience. Thank you!
My review is for the Minute Clinic. When I need it, say for a minor illness, I just use the CVS app to make an appointment, come in and then have any prescription filled while I wait. Perfect. I don think I have ever been dissatisfied with it. We always all get our flu shots here as well. Its pretty effortless.
Walked In this store on 4/24/2020 and bought a humidifier that was behind the price tag for 29.99. The old guy at the register rung up the item and not paying attention I swiped my card for $51.34. I then Proceeded to tell him that the item should have been $29.99 . I said no worries I will go back and grab the right one. When I walked back up to the register he proceeded to yell at me and tell me because of the pandemic he can’t return anything. Even though I HAD NOT left the store with the item. He had not even put it in a bag. I called cooperate and a lady by the name of Sharmain Syeda proceeded to tell me she’s is not going to give me a refund and to just come get the item . Unbelievable!! I’m calling corporate AGAIN ! and I will call EVERYDAY until I get my money back !!
The lady at the front counter was very rude. There was a guy in front of me she gave him respect but when she asked me how I was paying, I told her by card. Her reply was oh no I can’t take your transaction. Mind you the guy in front of me paid by card. I put my items back and left. I wouldn’t give any stars.
This is my go-to CVS store now for almost 9 years. The staff is friendly, and the shelfs are always well stocked. I do like the fact that since Ive been going now for a long time, they address me by my last name, or by my nickname. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this store, or its Pharmacy, but for you to check it out, and see for yourself.
I had good experiences going to this location. Especially today! There was friendly staff who even talked to my one year old. I really liked that.

Went in yesterday around 12:15 pm to grab a few items. There are two older ladies that work at the cashiers counter. The very old lady is very sweet always and the other older lady is rude. I was shopping on the clearance aisle and there were a few items that were on the aisle that were not supposed to be. I grabbed a fortnite monopoly game and the mickey mouse waffle maker. I went up to the counter and before even setting my stuff on the counter the rude lady pointed at the monopoly game and said thats not 50%off and I said okay I dont want it. I handed it to her and she wouldnt take it as if I was supposed to put it back on the aisle myself. Then she said that waffle maker isnt half off either and I said okay I still want the waffle maker. She proceeded to scan my items and I was trying to make polite conversation but she did not say anything else. Anyway that was by far the worst experience I have had there and I probably will not go back because of that womans attitude. Also, if something is not meant for the CLEARANCE AISLE then it needs to be put somewhere else!!
After an hour wait for an appointment, est wait time still reads 50 mins— comical!
Quite happy with the pharmacy. Always greeted when I enter the doors. Shelves are always stocked. But they are not a full grocery store
This pharmacy is horrible. They have LOST multiple call in prescriptions from our doctors, several times. They even lost a paper prescription that was turned in with several other paper prescriptions. They would not let me pay cash for my medicine today because I have insurance. Insurance only lets me get a 7 day supply with no refills so I would have to go to the dr every 7 days....

I would provide a zero (0) If I could! Rx called in by our Physician before noon. Still not ready by 7:15pm. Meds were in stock but i was advised that they did not have time to fill. Use another store for prescriptions. Customers are obviously not valued here!
The pharmacy workers are severely incompetent and always so rude. I always dread having to get my prescriptions refilled because I already know the service Im about to get is going to be awful. Thank goodness Ive moved to a nicer part of town and will be taking my prescriptions (that always total to around $100) to the Walgreens near me. Never have any problems there and its much cleaner and nicer!
This pharmacy continues to fail me and my family. I am extremely disappointed and concerned. We had originally switched because of some very big problems. First, we have twins a boy and girl. Almost every time our pediatrician would call in a prescription, they would fill it under the wrong child. If that wasnt bad enough we tried to get a prescription filled 3 times and it was formulated incorrectly each time. This was a medicine that was supposed to be mixed with a suspension and 3 times they gave it to us not mixed. Thank God my wife is a nurse and advocated for my children. If she hadnt checked that, our child would have been going to the hospital. Because of all this we switched to another CVS that is twice as far from our house and is open half as long. As a result, it makes it much less convenient to get prescriptions filled. I am writing this tonight because I was in need of a very important medication. If I didnt get this filled tonight I would suffer extreme side effects as a result. The CVS that we normally use closed earlier and I tried to get my prescription transferred to this location. A very rude young woman answered the phone and tried to find my prescription. She found it but once she couldnt figure out what dosage it was by looking at the computer, she refused to fill it because the other location was closed. I explained my concerns and need and she was COMPLETELY without empathy. I pray that someone from CVS reads this and cleans house in that pharmacy before they get a lawsuit due to incompetence. I will be taking my business elsewhere even if I have to pay full price on my medications. Please, please address this as this atrocious customer service has been occurring for at a minimum of the 3 years I have lived in the area.
Absolutely pathetic.Was told to pic up pictures at 2 it is now 4 and they “haven’t received” them. The lady was rude. And said to just wait. It’s not a fast photo process
This CVS store is open 24 hours, however the pharmacy is open 8 am to 10 pm Monday thru Friday and 8am - 6pm on Saturday and 9 am - 6 pm on Sunday .. Fairly okay Neighborhood after dark ..
I coupon and since this location is only 3 miles away and open 24 hours Ill go weekly and Kevin is the epitomy of the image CVS desires its employees to display. Great location. Professional crew.
Love this CVS. Always friendly & helpful! It doesnt matter that they only have one cashier open, when they see the line getting long they always call for back up. Ive never had any issues. Ive been going there for years 👍🏻
Good Customer Service
The retail staff and majority of pharmacy staff are friendly and polite. Lately, Ive encountered a young woman who works in the pharmacy and has the worst attitude and customer service ever. I dread going bc I dont want to keep getting her. She is the least helpful and just plain rude.
I came to buy some medicine for my kids and they close at 11:10 in the schedule shows they supposed to close at 12 midnightThey don’t respect they schedule

This pharmacy never have medication in stock. I get text messages that says my medication is ready for pick up and when I go to get it, its not ready. There customer service is rude, and careless to help you find another location or how to resolve them not having your medication
Hi if i could i would rate this a 0 i star would because me and my mom checked in at 8:30 and this other lady checked in at 10 and the other lady got to go before us. Also the doctor lady was just diddling around over taking patients, and when i tried to talk to her about the situation she had a really bad attitude

Nice products and even the store brand is as good as the name brand.
I agree with Lindsey, they used to not be this bad. They had my prescription for 5 hours and didnt have it filled when i arrived. So i had to wait longer and the woman expected me to get back in the line i had already waited through. On a sidenote the mens room smelled horribly of vomit.
