Okay so I believe this will be the 1st review I write on a gas station and this store has been one of the most understanding and keep it real and tell you how it is type of store. Mr Neal and this new employee Alex were so nice and very professional.. People like to talk about their professionalism being intolerable and the employees acting like camels and spitting on everybody, (doubt it)but then again it’s those customers that have the worst attitude, no inception of mannerisms, and have no idea what respect is. I forget that it’s Spring and most people in this middle working class town feel privileged. But what they fail to realize is that they will wait in line just like everyone else DUH

Cashier refused to assist me at end of counter. She said I was yelling I was not. I tried to apologize if she thought I was, but she was admonishing me in front of other customers. I walked out. Will contact corporate office. Customer is always right even when they are wrong.

Reason Im giving 3star rate because your gas always cheaper than other gas station2 star pending because your customers service, 2/21/2021 3:48 pm I try to use my card outside on pump #1 that keypad didnt work then I went to inside the store and told her keypad doesnt work she dont want to check outside she just said you did something wrong,if customers said something wrong on your pump please check.

Horrible customer service 2/7/21! I feel like the customer service is getting worse and worse at this location. Staff is down right rude!

Horrible service I got food that was bad I asked to exchange and they say no they cant exchange open packages I didnt even make it out the parking lot abd I cant get an exchange bad service I usually go here now on I will avoid at all cost! Do yourself a favor do not buy any food here!

A big bright oasis on short dark stretch just west of I-45 on Louetta, affordable quality gas and a decent sized food mart. I find the attendants to be courteous and the store is clean. The lot is spacious with many pumps,rarely are any out of order. The only issue I would remedy if I could is the confusing entrance and exit at night, if heading eastbound on Louetta it is hard to see where to enter, although I am certain that the station is not authorized to put up street lights or markers outside of their property line. I prefer to buy my gas here.

This is my on the way to work stop every M-F. All but one of the workers are really nice and personable. They have the best cigarette prices & generally the best gas prices in the area!

Every single employee has a very bad attitude except for one male, I had to sit through all the employees arguing at Dennys during a meeting while I was trying to enjoy a meal. The employees have a very unprofessional attitude. I did however go to the gas station after the their meeting and found nothing wrong with the building just the employees.

Great for a quick in and out. Theyre open 24/7. Clean restrooms and plenty of snacks. The gas prices are reasonable.

Are you 24 hours? If so you have a lazy b. That works 3rds. Had the doors lock and ignored my 7 year old son. Didnt even have the decsinty to let us know you were closed. I didnt see any store hours. So I assume you are open 24 hours. I would give you a 0 if possible.

Gas price was supposed to be $1.87 a gallon for regular. I put in 11.5 gallons but was charges $25.94. At that price per gallon, I should have been charged $21.60. Almost a $5 difference. Didnt realize until I left and pump didnt even give option for a receipt.
