Store manager is rude to her customers. Her name starts with an L I think. I’ve been in customer service retail for over 15 years and she doesn’t give any good service to her customers. Always giving me an attitude when I go in. But I keep going in because all other employees are cool. How is she manager?

The worst 7 Eleven Ive ever been to!! No app promo. ALL sales signs are false. They just never take them down and charge whatever they want for items. Customer service is terrible! Its always the customers fault for mislabeled items!! And, the bathroom was out of toilet paper. I wish I could rate this place a zero!!!! NEVER come here again.

This Taco just broke my tooth off I was treated rudely by the manager because I had a I cant breathe George Flory mask on and I was pretty sure its a spying more than a taco and getting Pico when I did not want Pico cheese or beans on my taco if you are black I would not suggest you stop here for anything because the manager is very rude if she sees that you have anything on representing the struggle

No ice, waited 10 min for no clerk, nice appearance/location but poorly managed

Very nice store, very cleanWide selection of food and drink options...I travel all over Houston and do not get the grief I get there about proper change, or get shortchanged over not having change??If I spend $ 3.87?You dont round it up to four dollars?Any other retailer I go to has dealt with it.

Tried to load my Chime bank card here as it says you can do that at 7-11s. Employee had no idea how to do it and manager didnt either
