Recommend this place, stars based on a single event....Ok we go here about every other week with the kids, nice staff, good ice cream and of course good 🍪 cookies great place to go...However I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ how I feel about tonight’s visit...This is not about mask 😷, they do have signs up and neon in fact I was scavaging my car for a mask as I didn’t bring my normal ones, found some disposables in the back the kids use so... thank goodness 😅 I understand and respect your feeling the need to protect y’all’s employees only recently with school out did we start to stop wearing mask because CISD stopped all mask as June 1st even for Summer school. Plus we are all vaccinated... Thank you for being opened and still in business trying to make it.Tonight we ordered ice cream cones and banana split and as we were leaving thought to treat ourselves to a cookie cake, it’ll take 20 min, great as we had to pick up food somewhere else and would pick up on the way home...I got a call from the decorator saying that we ordered a cake with full icing and I said yes and she said well it will be $5 more as I was miss ringed up, I said ok I will pay when I pick upI went in picked up my cake and paid $5 cashAlthough that was their price and I understand a mistake happened and I’d still order at the original price, Why would I pay $5 for a mistake, it’s $5 that you are sacrificing your service rating, this felt wrong 😑... are you really calling over $5, just bad Customer Service I think 🤔....

The staff at this location are very kind and understanding! They allowed my daughter to try several ice creams and even suggested a few because she can be indecisive. Thank you so much for such a great experience! We will be returning soon!

I went in to make a large cookie order and was yelled at before I entered the door to get my mask on. I don’t have one with me and I was told to get one from Kroger. It’s pouring raining outside. I asked to just put my shirt over my mouth and nose but I was yelled at repeatedly still.After discussing how the owner has strict policies I asked for a number to call so I could make my order and my face was covered now. I was told NO!!I am happy to take my business to the mall where they breathe freely and appreciate my business. I will be telling everyone I know not to give any business to this location. It was ridiculous and so unprofessional.

We have grabbed cakes several times for different occasions and each time for pick up the staff has been extremely friendly and the cakes were great!

So clean and such great staff! Aizak was friendly and gave amazing service. I highly recommend the banana pudding ice cream with graham crackers add in and the limoncello.There’s also a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy some socially-distanced dining!

The customer service (or lack there of) here is horrible. The only reason we continue to go is because my baby boy does not understand why we shouldnt.

I go to this location 3 to 5 times a week. I stopped by last week and when I went in the employee asked me if I had a mask, I said no. (he didnt have his on by the way). He said I needed to leave the premises since I didnt have a mask. Even though he didnt put his on till he asked me, plus no one in the store.Texas has a no mask mandate so I shouldnt have to wear a mask. You can go to the mall and get a cookie at The Great American Cookie company there and you dont have to wear one. Lots of people are unhappy about this. I will not be going there again till they change with the times.You guys need to wake up, the mask mandate has been lifted months ago. Plus CDC says you dont have to wear a mask. I shouldnt have to wear a mask just to go in a store, no other store has this issue.

Great experience at this location. There was an issue with an online order and staff Amber made sure that the order was completed on time AND looked great. I will absolutely order from this location for future celebration cake needs!

The staff has a big listening issue. I understand that they are mostly if not all teenagers. But please listen to what the customer says. The cake was requested as Happy Birthday only. When picked up, it had “Victory Happy Birthday”. This was because of a misunderstanding on the phone call but it was supposedly clearly understood that this was not desired. When picked up, we told them it was wrong and they offered to scrap it off and put some dots of icing. We said “just put #1 in yellow if you can”. You can see where they added #1. In white! We said, “we just asked for yellow.” She said “oh”. No apologies. No trying to make it right. No discount or anything. We didn’t ask for a discount but take care of your customer. Our next cookie cake will not be from here.

Ordered a milkshake and it literally was like a glass of milk. It wasnt even cold

Horrible customer service!!!Today I went to pick up an order that we placed at this location 3779 Riley Fuzzel suite#600 as it was requested by my son for his 14th birthday. So when I got home my wife noticed that my sons name was misspelledHis name is Alessio and they spelled Aleffio. I called the location and a manager got in the phone her name Simone or somone and was extremely rude!!! Arguing with me that I should had checked this myself and didn’t allow me to speak!!! Talking over me the whole time. When I asked to provide me with a corporate number she rudely said that I could get it myself!!As a managing director of a major company myself I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of customer satisfaction training and I will never again shop at that location! Thank you Great American cookie for making my sons experience an embarrassing one!!!

Not allowed to enter without a mask! CDC guidelines is not being respected! Ridiculous! Long waits!

Wife ordered a cookie cake and realized she could get one for a third of the price at the neighboring grocery store a few minutes later. She was kind enough to leave a tip when she ordered the cookie cake. She went back to cancel the order and they said they could not refund the tip. Spoke to the manager and was told the same. So don’t tip until you pickup your order since cancelling won’t get all your money back. Poor customer service if you ask me. Just check your local grocery store for cookie cakes and save yourself the money and no tip required.

Customer service at this place is awful....always someone complaining and received bad service and overcharged! Avoid this place!

Turned in my order online, which was fairly easy. Order was ready when promised, and made as requested. Good experience.

I stopped by around 8pm to get a cookie cake (1 slice) and it tasted cold and stale. Could be a leftover? Hopefully not too old.

Just want to give a shout out to Zach who was awesome and helped my daughter! After picking her up from school she begged to stop for a cookie. Her little brother was sleeping in the car and she is 100% always glued to my side and shy. I told her if she went in and ordered on her own (because the 1st parking spot at the door was available and I could watch her the entire time) she could get one. I have been trying to get her to overcome being shy and being more assertive (she is 7). When we arrived I realized I had no cash and sent her in with instructions on how to order and use my card to swipe and sign. He went above and beyond to helped her!! She felt so proud when she left and ate her delicious cookie! Thank you Zach!!

Quick service. The store was fairly busy, but there was no wait and the girl giving samples and serving ice cream was very patient. I had dark chochlate mixed with sweet cream. My wife had strawberry shortcake. Our son thought mine was the best. They were both very good.

My boys both had birthdays within the last week and received a coupon for a free cookie slice with purchase of a drink from a Great American Cookie. We went this evening and was told this is a dual store and the systems are not integrated and they would not honor the coupon. This is absolutely ridiculous when I ordered both of them a large cookie cake from this location within the last week to the tune of close to $80. The first one I requested a golf decoration-I picked up the cake at a quick glance and went home as I was running late for party. I opened to show my son and the golf ball was not even round and it had dots of icing making it look like a LEGO or something! I saw was furious and son extremely disappointed so I scraped the icing off and took my decorating tools out and turned it into a baseball to save the cookie cake. I didn’t even mention either thing to the store or manager because I felt as if they didn’t really care anyway!We use cookie cakes often and it’s a shame I will have to drive back to the mall to get great service and decorating again!!Only gave 1 Star because there was no negative choices. Very disappointed!!!

Their version of the pecan supreme cookie is surprisingly different than other stores. Ordered a couple of them, got home and they had almost no pecan (maybe 1/4 teaspoon) but a tremendous amount of chocolate chips (2 tablespoons worth).

I would give it zero stars but I cant leave comments if I do. This has to be the worst service I have ever seen or received. I walked in when its empty to purchase an ice cream cake. I dont get service and am unable to pay until the place is full and only after they fix icecreem for another customer. Only reason I was able to pay was because they couldnt charge the person or persons who came in after me.

Ridiculous... I called and placed an order and was so happy I was able to make it over the phone. I specifically asked for the cake at 10 because I was to be at my location by 11. I pulled up and sign says open 11. I called and theyre like no, we open at 11. And then she lets me in and says well maam, your order says 12. Were going to make an exception and they gave me my cake. Right! First and last time here. The first girl didnt ecen acknowledge me at the door.

I bought an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday from the Marble Slab at this location and it is AMAZING, we can’t stop eating it! Plus I love being able to get a double doozie from Great American Cookie Co without having to go to the mall.

Expensive and slow, but they always have every flavor and all the mix-ins. I do love they have GAC... delicious cookies and fast custom cookie cakes.

First time at GAC/Marbleslab. Staff was friendly and was good at explaining options for ice cream desserts.

Do not go to this location. They do not honor cupons like all other locations and have certain cookies only available on the weekends. If your not going to operate like other locations why operate at all?

I cannot explain to you how great this place is, theyre designs and the cookie itself are amazing. I am active duty Navy, just got to take leave for the first time after a long deployment out on the ocean and I thought about this place all the time. So the first thing I did when I got back to Texas was eat this cookie. Deployments arent so bad, whenever I know I can come home to Texas for a bit and have some Great American Cookies. Thank you guys so much, I am and was so happy with everything yall did!!! Highly recommend!!
