The cashier checked out the lady in front of me, and went to blow ballons. After I had waited for a couple of minutes, I asked if she wasnt coming back. She said she didnt see me, and I told her Id been standing there. She proceeded to tell me shell ring up my items after she helps someone from another line with batteries. The lady told her I was there before her, and she didnt care.I wonder if my African accent was the problem, seeing that the cashier named Waver is also black.No apology, just cantankerous.Waver should not have a customer facing job with her current disposition. She sees long queues, ignores them and goes to blow ballons.

Loved this store!!! Entire store was SPOTLESS. Everything was organized very well, and not thrown everywhere like Ive seen other stores. I was greeted kindly as soon as I walked in. The male sales associate this evening was extremely sweet, respectful, and very helpful. He wrapped all of my glasses VERY well, and made me forget I was buying $1 ones. Best dollar tree Ive been to & I will be back!!!!

Amazing! I love dollar tree, and come here regularly. But tonight I realized just a few minutes before they closed that I had forgotten to buy balloons that I needed in the morning. I called on the way and they had the balloons ready, they were lifesavers! Amazing customer service, they saved me, and they made my daughter’s birthday tradition perfect. Thank you!

There are 3 registers but only 1 cashier and 11 customers waiting to be checked out. I like Dollar Tree but this is one of the main reasons why I end up going shopping elsewhere.

Dollar Tree store on Kuykendahl and Louetta. Easy to see from the main Highway. Large paved parking lot clean and a lot of spaces. Its a typical Dollar Tree store. The floors are clean and the stores well-stocked. The people that work here are very helpful. It appears to be a busy store with a lot of people coming and going. It was my first time at this location and I will be back again. I highly recommend this to anyone. Everything is $1
