The associate greeted as you walked in. The store was nicely maintained, products on shelves were stocked and, more product was being stocked in key areas of store. There was a medium amount if people in store shopping, and the line had 4 in line, it was moving in a timely fashion.

The cashier acted as if killed her dog, she was not polite to me at all, not sure why. They need to get better staffing. Why be unfriendly to somebody you dont know. Bad customer experience.If you dont like your job do something else.

The employees are always friendly. They have drinks, houseware, kitchenware, school supplies, toys, seasonal goods and more. They do not have a freezer for frozen goods because its a smaller store. This should be your first stop before heading to Walmart. Awesome!!!

My go to spot for office supplies, gift wrapping, cleaning supplies licorice!This location never runs out of parking no matter how busy they are but there is often long lines and few cashiers. Still, the lines move quick enough for me to go back knowing this is expected.

This dollar tree has the most nicest, considerate employees ever!I had to drive to this location due to the dollar tree near me was out of helium.The staff greeted me and told me whenever I could find the selection I was looking for. And a huge plus upon check out was a employee opened another line to check me out and with a smile and light conversation.Well done staff ! Bathrooms stink so bad.... NASTY..... store is lacking, unfriendly, unhelpful employees. Always out of what I am looking for. Just wrong dont ask for help with anything it is a waste of time and breath.

Doesnt always have the things like the other dollar tree of of I-45 but the employees are always courteous.

There was no Halloween or Thanksgiving anything on that store and I went there 1 week prior to Halloween night. very disappointed 😂 only Christmas stuff. But overall nice staff

Besides good customer service, I did not like this location. Everything was unkept, boxes everywhere, not much in stock compared to other dollar trees in the area. They are probably understaffed. I dont think Ill come back to this location.

Cashier was on a personal call with bluetooth device the entire time i was in line. She was very rude and was speaking to me like a child. I was so upset I almost walked out but had to get items for crafts for the elderly and being so upset I almost left half my order trying to get out of there. IT WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I spent 71.00 and was treated like DIRT!

The manager Jerica was rushing people to leave at 7:45 p.m., even though they close at 8:00 p.m. She made us feel like we were getting kicked out. As I was checking out, there were other customers wanting to come in at 7:50 p.m., but she had locked the door and wouldn’t let them in. After a minute of arguing, she let them in when they said they were going to be quick.

The manager at this location is trash, I tried getting a ballon with a bigger string for my baby cause I have big ceilings and told me that the balloons come with a strings and I need it to buy one. Lack of customer service!

9.2.2020 Terrible customer service. Associates walking around looking at an extremely long line and no one was put on another register. One associate just continued to look at the long line of customers and looks as if she went to stock items on the shelf. This is totally disrespectful to the customers in the store. Youd think management would care more about its customers.

Ive had bad experiences here in the past with employees being rude, but I was pleasantly surprised today. An employee named Tim (I believe) helped me with an exchange and was so very nice the whole time. More employees like this please!

WOW. Worst customer service EVER!!! Do not buy from this store. Jerica, the Assistant manager was useless. I was told by a store associate that I could exchange my glassware purchased for equal value. I asked before I brought 4 boxes in the store with my 3 year old. At that time Ms. Jerica rejected my exchange and refused to even help me load the boxes back into my car with a crying toddler. The receipt states exchanges are welcome. She needs to be fired and Ill be putting the complaint in with corporate as well. ZERO stars.

The store had an unpleasant odor when entering store. II was assisted with an exchange, on not needed items. So that worked out, to get items we needed.

Yesterday I went in the store to get a few things and there were no shopping baskets ...never really are ..I ask an employee if they had more and she said if there arent any in the front the must be in the parking lot and they just needed to got round them up ...waited but she and the other employee never stop their conversation with each to go get them by the time I got to the register I was carrying 2 handbaskets and the line had about 8 ppl. The two employees tht were chatting never stopped to come help check ppl out .really disappointed in their customer service. Only reason I gave them a 2 was because of the wide range of pet products

Its a standard Dollar Tree. It is easy to see from the highway it has a large clean parking lot. Handicap access but it is off to the side the store is very busy and has lots of customers inside. As a standard things that I would want from the Dollar Tree. I found everything I wanted. The checkout was a little slow but the employees were very friendly. Ive been here once before and will come back again. I recommend this to anyone

Decent selection of items at $1, but bring cash, and dont expect the best quality items. I always come here for cards and gift packaging, since there is no point in spending $5 for a gift bag when you can get a nice one for $1.

Its pretty much what all dollar trees are. Simple. Busy often, merchandise always in the way, unstocked shelves or maybe they dont have it so it leaves empty spaces.

This store was so clean amd organized. We were welcomed in to the store it was a pleasure shopping

I but all my household cleaning supplies here. Also the Sunday paper is a $1, great for bundling coupons. FYI Sunday paper limit is 3.

Its always a mess. I feel bad for the workers because it always looks like a tornado came and went. I see them trying but it never looks good in there. Plus the lines are always long. Walmart is in the same parking lot. You might as well just go there.

Everything was great. I spent about $20 or more than intended 2 and that was with refraining myself by not going up n down each aisle, but that is my MO in that store. Great stuff, Love it. The only problem was in checking out. There was only 1 cashier n the line was back to the aisle or further. Guess the stress of so many people in line got 2 the cashier cuz she wasnt very responsive and was conversing with someone about when they were going to come in 2 relieve her. Im not saying she was rude or disrespectful, just that not attentive as a question I asked had 2b answered by the customer behind me. I still will frequent the store. It certainly hasnt given me negative feelings cuz as Bob Barkers show was called The Price is Rights and the products r definitely of good quality 4 the price. So as my grandson always says Its All Good.

Its bad enough their restroom looks safety but dirty no paper towels and then telling you it wasnt earlier is unacceptable coming from a manager
