Went here and received the worst customer service experience ever. I was at the shop at 9am (store opens at 9am) the Clerk was already running 20 mins. late when she drove up I waited at the door for her to come in, she sat in her car talking on the phone so long I literally walked to her car as she was parked beside me and I motioned the time can you please come in. She then got off the phone and came to open up once she got in she all of a sudden forgotten all the rules of the company because she refused to refund me on a device I purchased 3 DAYS AGO FROM HER. I asked for the number to her manager spoke with him. He was confused about the situation (NOT) called her and called me back and still refused my refund. I ended up calling corporate and got my refund. Sad that this happens when the rules are clear when returning devices.

I would like to give the highest rating possible during my first visit to this location.Sandra was extremely helpful to me in dealing with an account issue. I have rarely experienced a friendlier or a better attitude from an employee. In addition, she was knowledgeable and straightforward in answering other questions I had.I will recommend this location to others needing cell phones.
I came in close to closing time and the young woman was still more than helpful with helping me pick out a new phone and accessories for it. She took her time with me to make sure I was completely satisfied when leaving.
This guy actually made a bad mistake. I was first one in store and Im looking to buy a new phone. Two heavy set ladies came in and were inquiring about power cable. He dropped me to help them and I was out of there. I went to another MetroPCS and ill wait on that location to pop up to give that review. But insult to injury, not sure of pay structure bit would such to be those guys and loss the sell of Samsung Galaxy A51 5G which I think was their most expensive phone. Oh and I wasnt bringing a phone number, it was for a new second line. Next ti.e say to the next guest, Ill be right with you and let the second guest chose to stay or leave.
My husband and I left another store location because of a terrible experience and came to this location and Hasan and Sandra quickly turned our bad experience into something great! Their customer service was out of this world! They were both so helpful and knowledgeable and were able to get us the best deal possible! They even took the time to transfer everything from our old phones to our new ones! Exceptional customer service I will only come to this location from now on because of the impression both Sandra and Hasan made on us! Highly recommend this location for any and all Metro PCS needs !

The guy that work behind the counter with the hair on his head... his energy is very dark... he lacked all customer service needs, when he talked he talked and a very low tone and you can tell he doesnt enjoy this job. They were charging 30gb of hotspot for their portable device for $75 time two which is $150. Thats crazy and sounded weird.....

I came to metro pcs to buy the exhibit and was really pleased by the customer service. Both employees showed knowledge and were very friendly. I will be recommending this store to family and friends.
My husband and I was told that the 2 free phones, we didnt qualify for because of the company we was transferring from. 2 phones plus plans plus service came out to 336.94 paid cash. Received papers but when we got home, i noticed none of the papers was a receipt. The guy prolonged for a week before i got my hands on our receipt after constantly contacting the salesman. The receipt look like it came from and adding machine with no details listed. I was not offered insurance for the phone. He kept stopping assisting people that walked through the doors and i end up being there way longer than i should have. Paying cash to this location may not be a good idea.

Called repeatedly, to check on a phone. Girl that answered finally said they had it but kept giving a run around on price. Said I had to come in person to see. Dont want to make the trip almost 30 minutes out if price was too high. Then I asked what cash price was and was put on hold for ten minuets, accounting to timer on my phone, when I finally hung up. Very unprofessional, absolutely no knowledge about anything. Worthless employees
