I also go to this location and Anna is an awesome associate but i left my phone and my number on Friday june 25 and no one called me the following day and i had to go in and was treated rudely but still spent my money and waited 45 minutes got my son number activated for an extra amount and when i got home it was still not working. Im getting my money back tomorrow veronica is rude and whoever fixes those phones will smile in your face and wont fix a THING

3 years paying $270 at Sprint. Happy to switch to Metro for $100 4 lines. Thanks Metro and great customer service at this location

Simple, quick and positive experience with this location. I was switching from Cricket Wireless to Metro by T-Mobile. I came into this location with my paid off, unlocked cellphone and was able to get my service changed to Metro in just 15 minutes! I even got to keep my same phone number!

My Samsung J3 was taken at Richs downtown by some black girl. So I went back to the same store that sold me the J3 and asked the Hispanic guy working there to deactivate my stolen phone and he didnt do it. Another day passed and I came back to buy the same model phone that was stolen and soon after it was dropping calls, freezing up, apps were taking forever to load. I took it back to the store to exchange it within my 7 days (1hr talking minimum)….yeah thats right if you talk over 1 hour you cant get a refund or an exchange. They wanted to trouble shoot the phone and I refused and told them that the policy does not state that I need a troubleshoot for a refund/ exchange. I even read the policy to the store manager which made him angry and he gave me back my phone and said he didnt want to deal with my issue. I even went to the 1960 store location and got the same run around. First of all even if my phone was working properly I would still have a right to return it within 7 days but the one hour talk time is cheap and crooked. I had a J3 before and I N E V E R had an issue with it. They definitely resold me somebodys lemon phone. I wish I could give Metro PCS in Spring zero stars they are ghetto.
