I was very disappointed yesterday. It was raining pretty hard yesterday and I had a box of cable equipment and an umbrella with no hands free. There was a representative inside leaning on the counter and he was watching me. I had no hands free so I had to set my stuff down on the ground to open the door myself - WOW! THEN, he had the nerve to ask me when I got in there how can I help you?
Ordered the equipment online and the service was very quick and friendly. They have to give you the xfinity mobile sales pitch but that was the longest part of the transaction. I have always preferred xfinity compared to spectrum and all the others and happy to be back living in a place that offers it. Much more reliable and way way way better customer service.
Alyssa helped us tonight. We are currently Xfinity customers, but wanted to add cellular coverage. She was amazing! I couldnt believe how quick and efficient she was. We left in less than 30 minutes and had two phones changed out.
Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I went to pick up my equipment for home internet, and I was out in less than 5 minutes.
Had a really good experience here. Super efficient return of broken box - no appointment, no calls in advance. Out within 5 minutes with excellent customer service (and 4 other customers in store). This was my 3rd visit in the past 3 years - each positive experiences with this visit being the quickest.
Went in due to an issue with my internet and phone account. Carlos was able to get everything back right abd made sure it was done correctly before I left the store. I was very happy with my experience and will recommend to everyone!
The device was wonderful. Fabiola helped me and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great service and friendly service. Highly recommend.
Was present at store right at opening. Only two people were in front of me and were being assisted by the reps. 20 minutes later and no one acknowledged me nor my spouse who were standing there waiting in line. We even called another location while we were waiting to be helped and was able to get it done over the phone. Meanwhile even as we’re leaving, they still never acknowledged our presence. Poor customer service.
I been trying to call about getting service and the online app that you have to text keep kicking me out. No reason why?

Store says open until 8:00pm. Drive all the way there, doors are locked at 2:10pm. No sign saying they will be back, nothing. Call xfinity to see if they could call the store to see if maybe they were at lunch. Xfinity suggested I wait until another 15 mins or so, “maybe” someone will be back. At this point I already waited 40 mins after all the prompts to get a rep on the phone. I stated, I was over and asked if I could get a shipping label emailed to me so I could mail the package which I was told to Google how to return their product! What a waste of time.
We arrived at our appointment at the Xfinity store at 6625 Spring Stuebner Road Suite 200 Spring TX. We met with Xfinity representative Alyssa. I guess we were unprepared, because we lacked passwords and codes that were necessary to switch cell phone carriers. Alyssa was patient and understanding. She called our previous carrier and put me in contact with an agent who was able to help us. After asking me every question under the sun to verify my identity, she agreed to help us and provide codes and pins. Alyssa helped us select phones and plans, and then ported our numbers and activated and set up our phones. This entire process was complicated and time consuming. Alyssa even installed our cases and screen protectors, which in itself was very confusing to me. (There is no doubt that I would have screwed it up!). She tested our phones and made sure everything worked before we left.All I can say is wow! I don’t know what we have done if it were not for Alyssa. She is a true professional. This is by far the best service we have ever received from a phone carrier. Thank you Alyssa!

It seems that Xfinity thrives in Bad customer service, I had a technician come out and he just did everything I did, reset the modem, unplugged, plugged it back in, then he said all the modems that are regular given always have issues. He said that he could upgrade my modem for the price starting off at $100 a month and that would solve my internet issue..if I’m paying for internet I should have a working modem without paying more which I am already paying for a modem that was already supposed to be working. Well he switched me to a regular modem which didn’t work and I called customer service and they said they can give me a free upgraded modem and they can have a technician come out to install it or have me pick it up at the store, but I told them a technician was already here but he said he couldn’t give me the upgraded modem because he already did one swap, although wasn’t working. When I went to this store, I told them what happened it seemed they didn’t really care, like this happens often and told me call customer service for your issues, I did and they told me to come here, it seems they were hesitant to give me a working modem. Unfortunately Xfinity is the only option and I think they take advantage of that and treat their customers horrible, if you have other options, chose them Xfinity is the worst.

They cut off my TV 2weeks.they keep adding ridulous charges on my bill so its in the high $300s .Last week I got a lot of credit because TV cuts off daily.This week they Dont let you talk to customer servicesThe system hangs up on me.Do employees realize they should start looking for jobs ELSEWhere

Pleasantly surprised! The store looked very nice, and guess what... NO LINE! Also, Ashley was very friendly helping me save money. Some guests were a bit rude at having to wait arriving after me. I was in&out in 5 mins.!

I waited patiently with my 3 year old just to see 2 people walk in and get taken care of before I was. They asked what I needed and I told them I wanted to buy a new phone and he said ok and that was the last I heard from him. I was standing in the front of the line as 2 people came in and got serviced and when the second one was on his way out, I picked up my son and we left.. only at that time did he try to ask me for my name... as I was walking out. There was no conversation about why I was being skipped. If there was a genuine reason, it was never communicated... There was no communication except the initial conversation on what I wanted. He was a big black man who was nice when he did speak to me. Being skipped wasnt so nice though.

I was transferred to a call center in Mexico (so the guy said). The agent tried to be responsive, but didnt know a lot about the service I was requesting. We finally got it done, but it took a long time. If posible, Comcast should develop an explanation initially to be sure everybody is on the same page. As a final comment, the charges for DVR service should not be extra, but part of the regular service.
Need more training in customer satisfaction. Be informative to the customer but be also aware of how much time, you can spend on one happy customer and five angry customers waiting in line (to return an old internet router). 20 minutes!!!!!
This company used to be decent when they were smaller now that growth went to their billionaire executivess greedy heads they act like total F***g A**holes. I had enough of them taking all my money and switched. Do not do business with these greedy M Fs and see if they ever come down to their senses !! They create monopolies and think theyre gods!!

I am very disappointed in the sales staff at the store here in spring,tx. I feel like I was bamboozled into purchasing a cell phone plan, the manager set up my entire plan and told me I was going to receive the promotion for the Visa $250 card and when I checked today the reward center told me I was not going to receive it. I have been with xfinity for years and never have I been taking we advantage of like I feel I am now. This is not ok and action should be taken to rectify the situation. I’ll information and not being detailed oriented should not fall ok the customer as a Oh well situation... I was given false information as well as a dry horrible conversation with the manager of the store.

The young lady who helped me was excellent. She showed me how to set up my equipment when I took it home. The only complaint I have is the manager made me very uncomfortable he was extremely rude! He kept interrupting her telling her to hurry up with me that if I had any questions to call the 1-800 number I guess after they make the sale theyre supposed to treat the customer Horrible I wouldnt recommend this location just because of that!
My experience with xfinity has been terrible so I canceled them months ago. Now I’m being harassed with advertisements in the mail literally on a daily basis, and now they’re hanging flyers on my door in a no soliciting neighborhood. I can’t wait until this company is obsolete!
My bill went up after one year from signing a two year contract, I called costumer care and they told me that ‘my DVR’ service expired (on a two year contract, one of the services on a bundle expired!!!!...WTH, anyway I never used that service nor I thought that I would ever need it, I decided to cancel it and bring my bill to a previous amount...costumer service representative said that I need to Physically send my ‘dvr box’ and exchange for a different one.....After a long phone conversation, I got the box in my car and drove to the store In Spring were I met store manager (Carlos Patterson), he said that if I exchange my box I will loose most of the features like voice control, HD...(something that representative on the phone did not disclose with me) at that point I got confused and frustrated, thanked a guy and left the store because my kids love voice controls and didn’t want to lose that convenient feature for 10-11 dollars.....on my way home I really was steaming and decided to call the costumer service again and escalated the case to a supervisor (named Tony) which btw was a super guy, he was surprised from what the store manager (Carlos Patterson) told me! He said that that is not the case but I will take care of this issue if he can....it took him 5min and solved the problem...thanks Tony!Overall, I think that Xfinity needs to train better (specially store representatives, face of Xfinity) and have better presenting people, because that guy today almost lost a costumer if costumer didn’t do a extra effort to run across a better person like Tony....

Terrible customer service in this store. It was 3 employees working in there but when it was my turn to be helped, the man spent most of the time still trying to help a previous customer. They need customer service training in there.
Bad service, wouldn’t accept old equipment one day and the next they would, only one of the three service station will print receipts!!! Crazy, spend almost 30 to 45 minutes to return my old modem...
