I ordered 2 Unication pagers off of Ebay from Command Communications and had zero problems. They were shipped either the same day or next day. USPS tracking wasn’t the best but that’s not their fault. I had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Can’t speak to the other reviews, but in my experience these guys are on it.

Purchased a new power cable for a Kenwood radio. listing was on eBay and item listed as new with picture being of new item. Received a very used item with the wires cut short and copper oxidized in the ends where it was cut. Connector is loose. When I questioned them, they stated It is possible that someone picked the wrong item, BUT, how does this item not do its function?? Because it has a scratch on the plastic make it not perform its job of carrying electricity??? REALLY???. Very unprofessional and will not be using this company again.

No CUSTOMER Service skills. Just look at the recent reviews and you can see this company is struggling to stay afloat. I wanted a new digital scanner and was treated rudely for asking questions. Obviously a Yankee Transplant that couldnt hack it up there so has relocated here to rip off people. Avoid this place at all costs!!! You have been warned!!

I Purchased a used Kenwood 2 Way radio from Command Communications 2 months ago. The radio was shipped quickly and arrived in acceptable conditions. I did find an issue with the Mic cable connector when un-plugging it from the radio. The shell would separate from the plug. I learned that they have replacement Mic cables in stock and got no response when I made an email inquiry to their customer service department. I called asking for an advance swap on a replacement cable with the subsequent return of the faulty one, I was told that Id need to return the entire Mic for repair rendering the radio unusable. I was told that they wouldnt supply a turn around time on the repair. I feel that this is very poor customer service and cannot recommend doing business with this supplier for this reason.

Great service called to order a unication G5 and Kevin got the order pulled and packed in about 15 minutes just so it would be ready for the USPS and not wait an extra day. Great price and great customer service. i will definitely be doing business with these guys again. the reviews were right

Not sure what these bad reviews are about I had an amazingly good experience with Kevin. I had called about a Whistler scanner and live nearly 2 hours from the store. When I arrived the scanner had been sold. Rather than sending me on my way pissed off Kevin asked me what I was planning to listen to and offered me a few alternatives. We decided on a Unication G4 and I’ve been blown away by the sound quality and range. He told me if I had any problems or questions programming it to give him a call.Their office is still in shambles from Hurricane Harvey. It’s apparent that their commitment to public safety professionals has been way more important than creature comforts at their office/warehouse.He also compensated me for my time and said next time I drive up for something let them know and they’ll hold it.

Do not use this company. My department ordered 7 brand new minitor 5 pagers. They arrived and were not new but were very used. Two of them even had broken belt clips! Customer service has been absolutely deplorable and we are still waiting on our refund. This is not the way to run a business and is not the way things should be done in the public safety sector. This has been an ongoing ordeal for over two months of back and forth.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Started out promising, they said they had what I needed (radio, battery, microphone & charger) and could get it out right away, so I ordered on 01-09-19. Even received an e-mail that it was on the way the next day. Now it is 2 days shy of 1 month later and all I have is the radio, microphone and an incorrect charger they sent, which arrived 3 weeks after I ordered them and only after several phone calls trying to find out what happened. Inquired 02-04 about wrong charger via voicemail & e-mail and have yet to receive a reply. Was asked via e-mail on 02-06-19 to confirm my shipping address because the battery company said it was returned undeliverable which is strange since Command Comm. is the one who ordered it and had my correct address where the other items had been delivered. They wasted no time charging my credit card when I ordered though! This has been an absolute nightmare! Looks like I am going to have to find my own correct remaining parts and have my CC company back charge the items I havent received.

Watch out for this company, they are Scammers. This company purchased an item from me and returned it stating it didnt work. The item returned had a different serial number than the one I sold them. No communication from them once I contacted them and addressed the issue with them. This company can not be trusted. Do not do business with them.

Deceptive business online. Never shipped my item. When I called him out, he said he’d “look into it”. Waste of time.

Dont buy from here! Wants to charge a restocking fee on a defective scanner and I came here to buy local and not on the internet!! Not doing that again! BEWARE!!
