Cootimaa, what planet do you live on?I am the customer who came in just before you did and you stepped up in a hurry. I am in this location 4 times a week. With my shipping label and often without. You didn’t have a shipping label AND you needed your shipment taped up. You demanded the employee (Linda) to print your shipping label after she explained to you she could not scan it off of your phone. I heard her explain a dozen times why she needed the paper label and why she could not scan it off of your cell phone and I heard you demanding loudly for her to do it anyways. I expected her to ask you to step out of the line while she waiting for your shipping label or ask that you return when you are prepared to ship your item. When the FEDEX computer systems shut down and needed to be restarted you were impatient and demanded she only wait on you and not find out what the customers behind you were in need of. I listened to you yell and complain for the 20 minutes you say you were there. I have never heard a customer so unreasonable as it is not fault of the employee that the computer system shut down. I come to this location because this employee can multi-task and take care of my shipments correctly and expeditiously. I would not have tolerated the rudeness spewing from your mouth and would have asked that you step out of the line until you printed out your own label at the self-service computer. I watched as she assisted someone completing a passport, someone in self-service, people who had post office only shipments, and the 2 drivers who were picking up packages. You received an applause when you left the store and promised to not return. Every time I thought you were going to apologize for your outbursts you continued to berate this employee, very disappointing. Do you not realize it is a courtesy to have someone print out your label and tape your packages at no charge.

FedEx - What a poor customer service! The lady name LINDA at this location (one and only) was very inefficient, talks a lot and with PTSD symptoms. It was around 4:45 pm and busy hour with long queue seeking service. The lady was unable to focus on one customer at a time. She talks alot while there was a long queue front and behind of me. I have to wait more than 20 mins for my turn and she keeps chatting with the FedEx delivery guy and other customers who were standing behind me. I needed to tell her that she needed to be focused and provide better service. This lady Linda needs to trained and or someone more matured and experience need to be in her place. I am NOT planning to go back to this location again!!

This was a great experience, had no clue how to do what i needed done 😖 But luckily the woman working was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for that FedEx 👌🏻

Following is my opinion, based on my experience.Went to this location for passport photos as it was convenient and seemed to have reasonable prices (plus coupon on FedEX website). First exploratory visit went well with the person behind the counter being friendly and helpful. However a subsequent visit to actually have photos taken did not go well at all.The different person behind the counter this time seemed irritated that my teenager son and I had showed up for a service the storefront board declared FedEx was “excited to offer”!! She was most unhelpful and downright rude (poor body language, irritated look on her face, rude/smart-alecky responses to my questions) and obviously did not believe in customer service - I asked to speak to the manager, but was rebuffed and told to come back later (even though the manager was on the phone with the person at the store). Overall, one of the worst customer service (or utter lack thereof) experiences I have had...never returning to that location. Was informed by a FedEx customer service Rep whom I subsequently contacted over the phone that a manager would call me back to discuss my experience...sadly, no one has bothered to call so far. Way to go FedEx!!
