I visited the store on Kuykendahl and Loretta Road this morning. I met a very helpful young man, Ali, he was courteous and professional. He knew that I come into the store often because I am a notary. He anticipated my needs and offered me a couple of packets to use for my next visit. Love that kind of attention. Always says morning with a smile. plus I ship overnight to my clients and these guys are on the dot perfect and prices are reasonable. have been using them since many years and have no complains.

Amazing Service. I had so many small packages to ship at different places and they gave me their maximum time with so much patience. They had a huge smile all the time welcoming people even for drop-offs and taking care of the packages and taping them for free. I wish i knew this place earlier. Lovely Owners!!

Came here to ship couple of gifts and they took care of my packaging and and were timely delivered with reasonable pricing as compared to other stores. Totally trustworthy people with great service which convinced me to open a Mailbox here.

One of the best customer service stores Ive used.. from NJ he made my shipment easy and fast. Ali and his mother are great !! I got slightly lost on the way there and showed up at 6:39 after they’d closed. However Ali saw me outside and let me drop off my packages anyway. Nisreen, Alis mother was super nice as was the other gentleman working (I think its his dad). Thanks for saving my day! I had to fly out and it would have been a huge hassle checking those packages back to my destination before shipping them out. Highly recommend this store!

We attempted to sent FEDX WEEKLY! Brought items to PACK & SHIP- Local plaza (cashiers normally take all your information other shippers) Not HERE!. Owner of business wants to Brown BAG OUR FEDX BUBBLE ENVELOPE? WHY? Expressed this was OVERCHARGE AND (FEDX DOESNT CHARGE FOR THEIR ENVELOPES) IF THEY DID WE WOULD HAVE STILL BOUGHT THE BUBBLE PACKAGE. This was time sensitive and WANTED THE FEDX Bubble envelope. Owner grabbed one from wall & weighed, took the FEDX Bubble and placed in inside of gold paper envelope anyways??.1. We requested we wanted it to be SECURE 2. And requested again to not cover the FED X- 3.They promised following day delivery and mailed it Ground charging us $27.98 for 1.5 lbs. 4. Its actual weight was under 1 pound. 5. Tracked our package for over 10 days just gone, just lost! ****FED X LOST YOUR PKG THEY ALWAYS DO AND BLAME THE SHIPPER!****6. We requested a form now being since the 14th the 28th nothing- Disappeared? Only person knew was shipper contents! Shipper said no forms! Gave a piece of paper, put your name on it and address...they had copied our receipt but then took it away. We need a copy for our records and they kept our information and receipts? Shipper immediately called another individual- took the paper out of our hands and and scratched off the dollar of value lost! We requested as we had send items needed to show they were lost to the store purchased from. They started yelling, called other store owner to hear our personal biz? We just requested a copy of the claim as mentioned! s showing it was lost. No- owner wouldnt help us? it was only insured for $100.- We were losing over $200 plus and trusting these people was just a huge mistake.Before you use private companies make sure they are placing your information in the system and youre placing the final piece of tape on the package! Now, all esculated over poor customer service.((WE ASKED ONLY FOR OUR COPY AND WAS REFUSED? WHO DOES THIS? PLEASE COPY THE CLAIM YOUR TURNING IN SO WE HAVE FOR OUR RECORDS- ! NO THEY REFUSED AGAIN!)) This company over charges more than once 3x the shipping than competitors, and as Covid and many places you may be forced to pay HIGHER Prices. *We have used there services before and yes (paid 3x the money and it was late but its a family business and was unhappy- but you must give people more than one chance things do happen.) We understand and support everyone in this shopping plaza including the ones that put their nose in our personal business, and the shipper was sharing our contents out loud to the public! This is very unprofessional! We do have an account with FEDX for our business, and we went online and completed by ((adding the missing information, and noted the shippers rudeness and taking our contents, making a fool out of us to the others? Who covers the LABEL WITH ANOTHER ENVELOPE, OVER CHARGING, embarrassment AND THEN TELLING US TO CALL FEDX THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHIPMENT IN QUESTION? WHO DOES THIS?))**This company runs several different businesses out of their establishment and although they do ship they always have piles of mail on the floor, and if you dont have a bar or scan code you may lose valuable items in the mail from any establishment. We think that all clients should be treated with respect to others. We will never use this business again! The other business owner a few stores down opened the door to put her three cents in, and this was a private personal transaction, and humiliated us for asking for a copy of the claim?If companies want their businesses to remain in operation they need to protect their customers private information! Unless they want to Contribute to the ERRORS THAT HAD BEEN MADE IN THE SHIPPING with POOR JUDGEMENT OF CHARACTER in our eyes. WE Help all of the businesses in the plaza weekly for the community. Dont open doors because now your door will be closed by other customers.There are laws to protect the clients personal information! TY

Will never return. I was mailing a box to my Grandkids in Georgetown, Texas and he quoted me $87.00. After he saw the shock on my face he asked me how much was I expecting to pay. I said not that much. It would of been cheaper to drive to Georgetown and back. He said Ill give you a discount and only charge $53.00. I reluctantly paid it since I was sending warm clothes and Valentines gifts to my Grandchildren. I was told it would arrive in one day and it took two days.

The owners of this store gave me such good good service (because it rarely exists anymore!) I am usually out of the county due to work but my friend keep my card to pay for my stuff. I urgently needed something and they helped him mail it to me and it was packed so perfectly. Their prices are very competitive and my friend just lives right on the corner so its very easy for him. They are also open very late so I am very glad that they took care of my package. Family Owned and love the service.

Horrendous experience dealing with this business. A package sent with them via UPS needed to be returned to sender after being lost for two weeks and this store refused to take it back and went ahead and cancelled the order entirely. After going back to the store multiple times, we finally tracked it down ourselves to a UPS distribution center. Then he would not release the package back to us even after we put him on the phone with the UPS manager because he had not put the correct sender information on file. Stay away.

I come here all the time. The father son run business is just perfect. Love their mother, she is always so kind. Love supporting local especially family owned...the place is very clean and always has everything I need. Now they do printing and signs so will go here more often.

This place is the biggest rip off. DO NOT GO THERE. I went in today to ship a rug. Quoted me over two hundred dollars. Went down the road to a Fed Ex store (same service he was offering) and shipped it for 41.93. Buyer BEWARE!!

I set in the parking lot waiting for it to open at 9... well 9:04 still not open. Waited a little longer and still not open.

I am truly blessed that I came across this place. I have been using them for over a year to stuff and mail invoices and checks to my customers and vendors. It would take me all weekend to fold, stuff, seal, and apply postage to 500 – 600 envelopes every month. Now, I simply drop my items off at their location and they handle the rest! My mailings always go out on time and their fees are more than reasonable. They do not hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure you receive exceptional and friendly service.

I have never come across a family owned store that is so well organized and friendly. I ship a lot of international shipping with my personal account but they beat the price on that too and I was very happy I came to here.They have the knowledge and experience of the business and I love their service. I had an item shipped to me from the local consignment shop in Texas to NYC and am very happy with the service. It was packed safely and arrived quickly.

I have been using Pack & Ship for over 5 years for all mailing. I use them for one reason, trust. I walk in, leave hundreds of dollars of items, some boxes, and labels. They always box everything for me, label and tape. I have NEVER had anything stolen from an employee of Pack & Ship or not returned to amazon complete and promptly. Everything has been done the correct and responsible way. I trust the employees and the owner. This is a WONDERFUL AND TRUSTWORTHY small business.

Dont come here unless you want to get ripped off. Went there with a small box and they wanted $27 to ship it 4-5 day service. I went around the corner to UPS and paid $15.99 for the exact same service.Response to the owner: Believe me, UPS gave me the same delivery date and a tracking number. When I told you that $27 was too much, you offered me the same service for 19.99. How can you slash the price by 25% without changing the service? Because you were cutting your outrageous fee. I knew the real price for sending that package before I walked in your store and I knew you were scamming me. How can you say bad things about UPS when they are your primary carrier? Totally unprofessional.

I went in to shop USPS a SMALL poly bag and was told that it would be 6.90 because of the flooding and he 100% promised me that if I drove to the post office I would be paying the same amount..... not true! I paid 3.32 at the post office! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are 100% trying to take advantage of their customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I believe this is a family owned pack and ship, great customer service! Their prices are reasonable and staff is very informative and nice :) I dont go anywhere else for my shipping needs.
