Employee saw me coming 5 minutes before closing time and locked the door. I had 2 prepaid packages that would have been very simple to take care of. When another customer left the store the employee said all the computers were already off. Hard to believe since you were just helping another customer who also left obviously dissatisfied. Awful service.

This is the best UPS Store!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are amazingly kind and patient with all their customers. I had a mailbox there for a little over a year and in a short amount of time the staff took the time to get to know a little about me. They went above and beyond my expectations. This store is no longer the closest store to me, but I drive out of my way to use this particular location due to how wonderfully I have been treated.

If I could rate zero stars I would. As soon as I walked in the store the guy working did not seem very happy about me visiting. This is the first time I ever went to this UPS store location. The guy that was working today was very rude. I asked on how to turn on the computer since I needed to make a copy & the guy didn’t help me. When paying for my copies, he banged my changed in the counter and walked away. He didn’t even approach me when giving me my change back. I told him “I appreciate you giving me my change in my hand” and he laughed. What a way to be humiliated. Poor customer service. I have never had this issue at a different UPS store.

I just went to this location to mail a box. The guy informed me that I would have to pay to have my box taped. I tried to tell the gentleman that the UPS store that I usually go to does not charge to tape a box, and the return postage was already paid. He was so rude, that another customer spoke to me as I was leaving and said, “He was so rude, you should report him.” I went across the street to the post office and they taped my box and submitted it to be mailed with no problem.

The Pakistani guy/manager is just plan rude and not service or customer oriented. Avoid this UPS store. Also, the service is extremely slow.

This is by far my favorite UPS store. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I am greeted with a smile every time I come in. They have all of the services I need from printing, shipping and renting mailboxes. My company rents a mailbox at this location and it is very convenient. If I have a big package, the store will notify me about the package delivery. What great customer service! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

When I first came to this store I was upset with the post office because they lost a package so I was in a bad mood. Thami was very professional and calmed me down. Since then I have received nothing but courteous and professional service from the entire staff including Doug and of course Abbas.Their shipping has never disappointed as I ship out of state frequently.I also do amazon returns and even during peak times they are always patient and efficient.They always ask me how I am. They have become a second family to me because I always feel welcome.I have gone to numerous ups stores and have encountered rude service and a non caring attitude. Although it is only packages and mail I nonetheless feel that my items are always in good hands. And this gives me peace of mind.

I’ve been to this ups location quite a few times and always had great service there until recently. The last few times there it’s just been the same lady there that’s never friendly. The last time I dropped a package there she just told me to put my packages on the table which is what I did. I wish I had gotten a receipt this time because she didn’t even scan my packages in so I never got my confirmation number. I’m still trying to figure out how to get my refunds

I have been using this UPS store for about 4 years, and their service is absolutely exceptional. The Store Manager and his team are very courteous and go out of their way to accomodate your requests. I have received and shipped all manner of items, and unlike other stores, they go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience. Their automated system which alerts you for delivered packages to your personal mail box works like a charm and the staff are highly responsive to any inquiries or requests you have.I have used several UPS and FEDEX stores prior to moving to this part of town and they all pale in comparism to the quality of services offered at this location. I would highly recommend this store for any shipping or personal mail box services, based on my personal experiences and interactions with the Manager and his team of friendly staff!

I am the manager at Salon Demi, next door to this location. We get all our business cards, signage, and brochures made through this UPS. They are attentive with orders and have creative ideas for what we need. We do all our faxing and shipping through them as well. The staff has been nothing but kind, personable, and helpful.

I use this place a lot. The staff is friendly and efficient. I generally drop off packages, they take it, scan it, and print a receipt, without me having to say a word. Other places youd have to ask for the receipt. Its also clean and professional. I was just at a general shipping place across the street from Klein High, which was a total dump.

This is the best UPS store in Spring! The staff are always on top of things and very helpful with emergency packages. I always go to them for 1-day shipping on Christmas gifts, and I even shipped props for a cosplay outfit to California when I was to attend a Star Wars convention. Ive had a box at this UPS Store for more than a year. Im in there often.Everyone there is professional and helpful. That has not been true for every UPS Store location that Ive ever used. Id highly recommend this locally owned business. They do a great job and will take care of you whether you need daily services like I do, or just ship packages occasionally.

I googled “fax services” near me and UPS store came up. They were significantly cheaper than fedex and closer to me. The manager was super friendly in taking care of my task. This is not the first time I come into this UPS store. The staff is always friendly, quick and eager to help, and I appreciate that.

I frequent this UPS Store because of their willingness to help and their reasonable prices. This store offers many services one of which is the ability to utilize their computer to print off documents from my business email. I have visited many other print stores and I find the prices charged here to be the most reasonable....10 cents a page/copy and $1.00 for 5 minutes computer time. In addition, the owner is very hospitable and welcoming. He goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and well taken care of.

The shipping and other services at this UPS location are by far the most efficient in the Spring/Klein area. I have been shipping at UPS for over 25 years and receive the most superior, quality assistance from all employees at this store. The Manager and his staff are very personable and friendly. Terrible value of cost of services. Example: emailed a PDF that I needed printed in black and white. Assumed that the associate and the store itself was only going to charge me the cost of the material to print exactly (2) pieces or paper. Example: FedEx charges approximately $0.50-$0.75 for a black and white copy.. This store charged for the paper PLUS computer USAGE for something that took less than ONE minute to print. Not complaining about the money, complaining more on the service and the fact they charged for something that literally took less than one minute to print. Wont ever visit this store again...

A big shout out to Abbas, the store manager for helping me with a complex shipment.About 3 weeks ago I was helping a friend in Europe get a new piece of equipment from the US to his small village. Because it supposedly weighed 158 lbs (as per the AWB when it was shipped to me), and it was being shipped from a residence to a residence, and not from a business or to a business, FedEx said they wouldnt touch it at all. So after several days and phone calls to FedEx, UPS and DHL and being quoted a wide range of prices for shipping, AND being told some conflicting information, I decided to call the local UPS store here to see if they could quote a definite price. Mainly I needed help with the seemingly complicated logistics of the shipment. This was a very large box on a pallet, and not something I could take in to them or weigh myself. From the moment I contacted the store and I was able to speak with Abbas, he reassured me that he could handle that. I was a little doubtful at first, but he proceeded to take charge, he came by my house to verify the dimensions including the pallet, tested the weight by picking up the box, and said he would make a few phone calls to check with other freight companies he contracts with. Within a day he was able to get a lower quote than what I had previously been given, and worked with DHL to arrange the shipping. I didnt have to fill out any customs paperwork as he took care of all of that, and he got a contact at DHL to come out ON A SUNDAY to get the box! They handled it carefully, as it was fragile and a high-dollar item, and by the next afternoon, my friend was able to verify that it had arrived at the customs port in Basel, Switzerland. Several hours later he had his box, well marked fragile all over the box, shrink-wrapped very nicely, and in perfect condition. We were both delighted at the quality of service and how fast it was shipped! My friend said it was the best money he had ever spent for service. So, if you are shipping important things for business or for the holidays, dont hesitate to trust Abbas at the Klein UPS, 7312 Louetta Rd, Ste B118, in the HEB shopping center. Abbas, if you see this, thank you SOOOO much. UPS is lucky to have you as their manager. Signed a very happy customer. DHL ROCKS as well!

Normally, this place is great, but I just have to comment about my experience this morning. I came in just after it was open and whoever was working the desk came shuffling in very slowly from the back holding and continuing to eat a breakfast sandwich in its wrapper and kept holding it and eating it while weighing my package and printing my receipt. Mostly I thought it was funny, but ultimately, not professional :(

Went to return an Amazon package. Amazon is now using the QR scan codes for their labels. I walked in the store and not one person was in sight. I waited about another couple of minutes and an associate walks out apparently eating and said he would be with me in a couple of minutes. I started to walk out and he came running to the front. I told him that I was going to return the package back through Amazon and I have the scan code for him to print the label. He proceeded to tell me that there would be a charge to print the label. I said I wasnt going to pay the fee and he said well we just cant print labels for free. I said I would call Amazon. He then said he would print the label for free. After I left, I called Amazon and they said the labels should be printed for free. Amazon said that they would report this location for trying to make money off a free service that is authorized by Amazon. Be careful when you go here!

Ive been going to this particular UPS Store for about the last year when I need things mailed off. I always feel like Im getting personalized service and that my business is appreciated. Sometimes I think I might save a buck or two by going to the post office. But going to the post office means standing in long lines and dealing with angry people who really dont want to deal with me. Why would I want to save the buck when I can instead go to this UPS Store and be treated like Im the most important customer they have? People who complain about the cost of using UPS service are probably the same people who think that theyre going to get better service at the lowest cost. When it comes to shipping you get what you pay for and Im willing to pay an extra dollar to know that my packages are going to get there, Im going to be able to track it via email instantaneously and Im going to get good customer service.There are two other ups stores in the area that Ive done business with but this one is far above the best in the one I constantly go back to.

I live almost exactly in the middle of 2 ups locations, one on Louetta x 249 and this one if not closer to this one. I usually go to the other location, but I went to this location for the first time today to try it out. Should’ve googled it first. Yes, they charge ($1 for me) for taping up the package which the other location doesn’t. They lost a customer with lots of shipments with $1. Going back to Louetta x 249.

Do not go to this location to return Amazon orders. I was charge $4.33 for tape to close a box. Amazon told me that an item like that was covered and refunded me the amount. Kind of rude too. I do not recommend this business.

This is a very very bad and ripped off ups store I ever seen. Customers service is also very very terrible. I wanted to fax 1 paper and they charge me $3.25 but the fax dont event go thru. If you dont have a printed slip, save you time and money, drive to the UPS at 249 & Louetta. Theyll print it and tape it for only $1.This guy pointed me to an old computer where Id have to pay per minute and to print it.

The manager here is extremely rude and will nickel and dime you. He wouldnt print my UPS shipping label and said that I could use his computer to print the label. I couldnt get the label to print so I told the gentleman that I would have to come back later after printing it at home. I was then charged for using the computer. WHY WOULDNT YOU TELL SOMEONE THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR THE INTERNET BEFORE INSTRUCTING THEM TO USE IT!!!! After complaining about this the manager then said nothing is free these days. Really....how does Starbucks (4 doors down from this UPS store) stay in business allowing free internet use then? Yes...I understand that they are counting on most of the people using the internet to buy their products while there. I was planning on using the UPS services for the internet usage but not now....or ever again at this location.

Customer service here is meager at its best. I went in for just a few prints, and they charged me $2 for a few minutes of using the computer despite the fact that I had emailed the store everything I needed printed. They claimed that their computer in the store only printed to the black and white printer (which doesnt make sense at all, now that I think about it) and I would have to pull it up on a different computer inside the store, without letting me know of the charges associated with it. While I was there, waiting for the print to finish, (which took almost forever) I witnessed the people there relentlessly trying to upsell without giving proper reasoning. (Needing an extra envelope for a mail thats already in an envelope, etc.) Whether or not its their policy the customer should be aware of the miscellaneous fees BEFORE they use it. At least the customer service representative was very friendly when I was lodging my complaint. Regardless, if you want to make a purchase here, be sure to stand your ground and deny them the ability to overcharge you for the simple things.

This is the second time Ive come here at 8am (when the store supposedly opens) and there was NO ONE there!!! Its always 20mins later, someone shows up. Just change the schedule to open at 9am then...Im now late for work because they dont open when they claim they do.Efit: CAME BACK (this is the closest one to my job) and STILL didnt open at 8... Its 8:15, I had a simple drop off by Amazon return and he just now open the doors at 8:15. Thats not a long time to wait, but I couldve been in/out with my drop off by 8am and still made it to work on time.DO NOT go here

The manager is rude. Not only did I have to wait for them to open 20 minutes late but he refused to mail a box back to att when att told me they would charge me $150 if I didnt send it back and to take it to a ups store to ship it back. He argued with me saying they didnt care about that box. I told him they requested so I want to mail it and he wouldnt do it. Now I have to wait another 40 minutes for att to open so I can take it into them and also be late for work. I refuse to do service with him anymore. I knew there was a reason I quick going there 3 years ago.

Charged me $75 to pack two boxes, used one sheet of bubble wrap in each box and of course cost me $675 in damage, filed claim with UPS, was denied for insufficient packing then when I filed a claim with UPS stores division he completely lied to them after dodging them for a month. Use at your own risk.

The person we spoke to there is very rude and angry i will never refer anyone to this location. In fact all we were asking were questions about a mail box but before even finishig he just started saying no. I said to him your not even letting me finish the question and your already saying no. I have a mail box with ups in austin tx and was trying to get my buddy to get a box for his business at this location since he lives in champion forest.
