Tremendous customer service!! We had a TV that wouldnt power on and Steve was willing to diagnose the problem over text and told us the TV wasnt worth repairing for no charge. They could have easily came to our house and charged us a service call and determined the same thing so my wife and I really appreciate your honesty and advice. Next time something electronic breaks youll our first call. THANK YOU!!
