Kathy was extremely helpful in providing information about the various solutions available. We made multiple trips to the store and she was always very accommodating. The shades were delivered in an acceptable time frame and installation arranged for in a timely fashion. The window coverings really compliment the look of our home. We could not be any happier

They are rude, sarcastic, and just downright mean. After they sell you their product they go from nice to an “I don’t care attitude”. Not helpful at all even when it was their mistake. Please don’t go though the nightmare I went though, no service after the sale, no costumer service.
