This has been the worst experience buying a mattress we bought a mattress, frame, and pillow. We were told it would be delivered a certain date which it was not, the next available date was a month away. A refund was 7-14 days out and now we have had to deal with the issue several times and we’re left with installing the bed ourselves. They don’t even know why this happened. Then it would be 14-21 days for the refunded portion of the installation. Thanks mattress firm. It’s not hard to figure out what happened and fix the issue so this doesn’t happen.

Every nice sales person. His name is Andy. He answered all our questions, showed all the mattresses within our budget. He was personable, and gave us time to think about our different choices. He was the only sales person and he did a great job at attending to other customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were looking for a low profile box spring and they went through details on all different ones they carry for us to make our decision. I would highly recommend.

The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. However, when we were told the mattress would cost $450 before tax but when we paid it came to $535.99 before tax. When I mentioned this to him he acted like he didn’t know what I was taking about. We only looked at 2 mattresses so It’s not like I got it confused with another one. Odd yet effective sales tactic, because we still paid the higher price without much fuss.

I moved into my new place 2 months ago, I had literally a 3in thick mattress and I went in the store here on Springfield and the senior manager Andy Anderson was the most respectful and caring and best sales guy Ive met in my entire life he definitely deserves a raise well I was in the store I heard him take a phone call from another customer who bought a mattress from their store but it came through a different company and the lady lost her legs the remote and part of her frame and was blaming the store for doing it but he cant help her because he couldnt Supply but she needed the other company had to he was so respectful and nice to her even though she was being the biggest b**** alive he literally took that phone calls like a champ he I couldnt ever buy another mattress from anyone else but him so he better stay in the Mattress Firm Springfield Supercenter family

Loved the store, was told you could negotiate on the prices here. We asked for their lowest price for a retired navy vet. And they took 25% off. The salesmen were great and very informative, because we were looking for a specific hotel mattress. They looked it up and found one with the same features, and the same 45.3# weight fiber filling, so yes very happy Saved $300. Jordan was great.

We had an awesome experience buying our mattress. We came to this store after we returned two different matresses we bought from different websites. Mike helped us to choose the right matress for us. He listened and explained very well the differences between brands. Delivery guys did an awesome job too: they confirmed delivery and did it on time. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Jackson was very helpful and courteous. We felt bad for him as he was the only employee in the store so he had to be the seller and the loader. We recommend getting stronger string to hold down items as we had to drive to Branson to pick up the mattress and then back up to our Lakehouse in Pittsburgh Missouri and were very nervous about it flying out with just the skinny string that he put on

They got us a great deal for first time mattress buyers. They got us in the next day for delivery. Took the time to meet the concerns and desires that was had for a new mattress.

I have never written a bad review before but felt I needed to in this case. I found a mattress that was a floor model I liked so I offered $1700 for the set and they accepted. The mattress was delivered but only had the top mattress and no base so I thought they had made a mistake so I called. Andy the store manager told me that it would be another $150 for the base or $100 if I come get it even after I tried to explain that the price I agreed on was for the set. They even had a special going that you got a free adjustable base with any mattress over $600 but I didn’t even ask for that, I just wanted the base to the mattress I bought. I have spent over $6000 at that store and was surprised that he was arguing with me over this and was willing to have a upset customer over a $100 base. He was rude and arrogant. When I told him my husband was upset his reply was “well, he was about to be more upset.” I finally contacted their corporate office and the next morning received a email that the base was being delivered to me. The mattress itself was great but I will never buy anything from the Springfield Missouri store again as long as Andy is the manager there. What could have been good experience with a happy customer but turned into a big hassle because he was determined not to take care of what once was a loyal customer.

Our sales person Jordan was AMAZING! Not only did we get a new bed, but we also gained faith in umanity. Jordan contacted me because I had over paid in cash. Due to how far away I live Jordan took my money to my daughters house (shes without a vehicle)..... on his own time.

The people there were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. We ended up getting a purple, and even upgraded our size of bed. The sales man, Nesby, was not pushy or overbearing. Will be back when we need a new bed in about 10 years.

I called the store to see if they had an extra large twin in stock and they did. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly and immediately helped. Andy waited on us. He was professional, prompt and courteous. We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. He answered all my questions and made sure I wasn’t put on the email list to get promotional material.

Great service. The whole team went out of their way to help us find the perfect mattress for my daughter. They also went above and beyond after we left and realized that my daughter had lost an earring while we were there checking out the mattresses. They even went out into the parking lot where we were parked to check for it (and found it for us)!

The staff was what made the “chore” of shopping for a mattress into a pleasant experience and a great representation of co-workers being true team players.Jordan and Andy were phenomenal to work with. Andy really helped us pick out new mattresses and set up delivery to our new apartment, even though we were not sure if we actually got the apartment. If we didnt, we would have to wait for three months to give a delivery address.The two guys who did the delivery were very diligent in not damaging the mattresses while climbing winding stairs to the third floor. They were very polite and professional in their time management.

Great buying experience at this store from Nesby Moore. I had previously purchased Purple Hybrid 2 mattress. Since I’m a side sleeper, this mattress wasn’t quite what I needed, so I went in to check out the Purple Hybrid 3 and 4. Nesby was quite knowledgeable about both and I decided on the 3, partly because of the cost, and he assured me that the 3 was the most popular with most people. If it doesn’t work out, I may bite the bullet and buy a TempurPedic. Best of all was that they are able to make the exchange the next day. Mattress Firm makes buying a mattress an easy experience. Their 120 day sleep test makes it a no brainer!

Nesby was very professional. I looked for a twin and full size mattress on the internet and when I went into the store I told him what I wanted and he got it for me. They didnt have the full size mattress in the store but he told me when and around what time the mattress would be delivered. He didnt try to sound like a car salesman and try to upsell me a full size mattress when they were out of the ones I specifically asked for. He was very fast with the paperwork and didnt stall at all. Anyone needing a bed I suggest you go through him. Nesby was very polite and a good customer service representative

On Presidents Day Weekend, we went shopping for a new King Size bed in Springfield, MO. The second place we visited was Mattress Firm where we met a salesman named Andy. We were interested in a Hybrid mattress but later settled on a Purple mattress with a motorized frame. The reason we did not move on to yet another mattress store or two in our search for a new bed, was due to the incredible customer service we received from Andy. He made the experience enjoyable and certainly educated us on mattresses and sleep technology. I would highly recommend you shop at Mattress Firm, but be sure to ask for Andy.
