My fist time buying a car as a single woman and it was great. None of that misogynist/chauvinist junk Ive gotten from other dealerships while I was married. I was so pleasantly surprised. They treated me well and worked with me to get both the car I needed and payments that were realistic for my budget. Bonus surprise, the car came with a trial of SiriusXM!
Luis was kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept us informed of the status of the delivery of our vehicle and made the process relatively painless. We didnt feel pressured, only informed of our choices regarding a new RAV4 Prime. I would definitely recommend going to see Luis at Lithia if you would like to have a great experience buying a new vehicle.
Stephanie took care of me for my service visit and was very polite professional and efficient. They could not figure out the problem with my vehicle so they are reordering a brand new unit under warranty. She called me the next day to keep me up-to-date on the progress of the new unit and informed me they should have it in two weeks and she will contact me to reschedule. All of this is very appreciated. She follows through and works hard to get everything done. I will continue to use Stephanie as my service advisor she is wonderful at her job.
Service manager personally took care of my request for new wiper bladeswhile I was waiting in a long service line. He recognized that my needscould be taken care of without the long wait to get into a service bay.At the same time, his intervention reduced the wait time for other customers. Kudos to your service manager.
The cash transaction still took forever. Per the sales person they no longer take offers and negotiate the price. I found other dealers are doing the same thing. Kind of takes the fun out of it! Anyway, Keith was very accommodating and nice. Shopping online so I knew which vehicle I was interested in and he didnt pressure me to look at anything else. The finance guy wasnt as nice. But overall I bought the car and am happy!
Went to buy a battery for my 2007 Camry Hybrid. They had it in stock. The parts fellow was nice and courteous. Brought out the battery and I handed him my 15% Costco coupon. BOOM! Saved $47.00We have bought 3 Toyotas from Lithia and each purchase was - well what can you say about a car buying experience? It was a lot better than other vehicles that weve purchased. Plus they all know us on a first name basis now.
Very enjoyable experience...Bought my very first brand new truck today...No pressure from any sales associates...I looked around at what trucks were available. Found one I really liked...& went for it. Was treated with respect which I appreciate...would & will most definitely recommend.Another great experience at Lithia Toyota of Springfield...Visited the Service Center this time around. My truck is nearing 5,000 miles so an oil change was due. Came after work on Friday...is first come first serve, but got in no problem...there was only a couple cars ahead of me. Rodney and Presley were great! My car was recently totaled and the thought of looking for a new vehicle was not something I was looking forward to. Great experience buying a used car here a few months ago. We worked with Keith Moreck who was very friendly, helpful and easy going. They were pretty stiff on negotiating but I suppose that is their job. We were able to take the car for a test drive for the day and take it to a local mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. The car checked out just fine. We also worked with Rex (don’t know last name) in financing and he was also very helpful and friendly. Two months later we are very satisfied with our purchase and the RAV4 has been great. I highly recommend using this dealership if you are looking for a Toyota or if they have a used car you are looking for!

Lithia Toyota of Springfield provided a calm and no pressure atmosphere to purchase a vehicle in. When we arrived Keith W. already had the vehicles we wanted pulled out and ready for us to look at. He even walked me over to a vehicle in the service lot that we were interested in while my husband was out on a test drive.Keith W. truly made this vehicle buying experience the best both my husband and I have ever had. The entire time we were there I felt at ease and not like I was being followed by a sales rep to make a purchase. We never once heard the “If you don’t buy it now it could be gone tomorrow” speech. Keith allowed us to do our own thing while still being readily available if we had any questions. His communication with me prior to our arrival was wonderful as well! He let me know the status of the vehicles (parts that needed to be replaced/work that needed to be done) and also got back to me quickly. Other dealerships were more interested in scheduling an appointment than actually answering any questions or providing more detailed photos. He was very understanding that we have a newborn so we were going to be late to our appointment and even offered an office for me to feed my baby in private. That itself is suburb customer service and would make me a repeat customer. Keith never pressured us to put money down but was also helpful with showing us how/if a certain amount down with effect our monthly payment. The vehicle purchasing experience with Keith was wonderful and quick!The Finance Manager, Steve, was wonderful as well! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and never pressured us to add any additional warranties, gap insurance, etc to our loan. He didn’t moan and groan after printing out paperwork then having to redo paperwork when my husband decided he wanted a different license plate. He got us a wonderful loan and we couldn’t be more thankful! We were not able to purchase the vehicle we came to see but we were shown another vehicle with more features that was in better condition. Overall a wonderful experience.
I’ve nothing but good things to say. However, I took off two stars because I was unable to get out of the lecture on an extended warranty. Not listening to your customer is worth a 2+ deduction.It’s unlikely I will need another car anytime soon, but next time I will walk out on the deal if my request is not granted. I’ll make it very clear what I want before I start the purchase process.I’m sick and tired of going through the warranty pitch when I clearly asked to avoid it. He didn’t give up. He kept mentioning it as I signed documents.

I had a punctured tire on my Tacoma. I had purchased my Tacoma and new BFG KO2s from Lithia Toyota Sprigfield 6 years ago. The guys were awesome. The technician meet with me and after seeing the tire, he called out to the tire repair guy who came running to see the problem. His reply was, yes this tire can be fixed. The tire was fixed, returned back on the Tacoma and my spare mounted and return to its storage area. I was there less than 1/2 hour. I enjoy coming here to get my oil change and now, my tire repaired. These guys are very professional and I believe that they are the Best Techinician Team in the area.

I wish I could give 0 stars, this place is awful. Gotten TWO different cars from them that have lead to catastrophic transmission failure and cooling problems within the first couple months of having the vehicle. Then they refused to pay for the repairs. DO NOT buy any used vehicle from this dealership unless you want to be stranded on the side of the road. I highly recommend going to Kendall Toyota instead.

I highly recommend Lithia Toyota of Springfield! The experience I had here was like no other major car lot I have ever been to.My sales manager was Chris Vann, a very pleasant and personable guy to work with. There was zero pressure about anything. He was attentive to my needs and requests, knowledgable about all the vehicles I asked about, and patient with me as I took my time to look over vehicles, sit in them, test drive them, etc. Chris made me feel like I was an important client. At the end of my test drives, he made it clear that we could start paperwork to draw up some numbers if I was ready, but if I needed time to think about things or if I had plans to check out any other car lots, that was fine too. When I decided to begin the numbers paperwork, he allowed my partner and I privacy to discuss things and was attentive to when we had questions. I never felt rushed to make a decision, even though it was at the end of his day.The finance manager I worked with was Steve Bennett. He was friendly and had every answer to every question I had. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and showed me some options I could add at time of signing, which he explained clearly. He made pleasant conversation as we signed things and he made sure I knew what I was signing.In conclusion, if youre looking for a new vehicle, go here. Ask for these guys. Theyre going to treat you right.
Bought my (used) car there. They didnt tell me what was wrong with it. When I came in for services, they threw a bunch of numbers at me, but kept their quote paperwork, so I had no way of looking at what they said I needed, nor could I view pricing. Went back again to see about service, but Stephanie in the Service Center wasnt very friendly. Seemed bossy and like she didnt have time to talk to me, didnt seem interested in much of anything, really. Shady business practices. At least kendall was up front with me and provides paperwork for my quotes as a reference. Ill never do business here again. Im even sorry I talked my brother into purchasing his car here.

I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Lithia, and both times the experience was very positive. So much so, Id say be careful when you go in just to look because inevitably you will find that you really are going to get a very good deal, and you will drive off in a different car than you drove there in! I never know how to judge whether its a good deal to trade in my old car. This time I didnt, because I decided that 1) I could handle the payment without the trade-in being factored into the cost, and 2) the older car was more worth it to me to keep than it was to trade-in, and eventually have to (soon) get a vehicle available that my 17-yr old could start using. So, if it feels like a good deal to YOU, then its a good deal. The place has to make money somewhere, so they can keep a good staff, have a very nice facility, and bring all these cars right here to us without having to drive to Portland, or a different market to buy a car. KEEP IT LOCAL! Our salesperson Ron was very patient, very low-key, and we felt respected and treated transparently throughout the whole process.
There is never any pressure at all to purchase a vehicle there. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Luis was our salesman and was very helpful. The finance dept is always scary for me because I have felt really pressured before when buying a car. Chris L was our finance person and by the time we got in there we were all tired and it was late. He was amazing, fast, and very helpful. We laughed and visited. We felt like we had known him for a long time. Thank you all for another great experience.
Technician said they did not have our oil in stock and could not do the oil change. We came all the way from Roseburg. The manager was called over and he had a solution and we were able to get our oil changed.

I went in with freshly good standing credit looking for something that will be fuel efficient and safe for my growing family. I fell in love with a 2018 prius and when at first I was rejected for my credit score, they listened to me and worked with my suggestions to get me approved even after being rejected. My husband and I have the lifelong oil change benefit on our vehicles. Every three months we drive them to Lithia when the service bays open, and leave our rigs for their service while we walk to The Pump and have a nice breakfast. This has been our routine for a dozen years now, and the guys at Lithia recognize us. They are so friendly and helpful!
Ive consistently been impressed with service and cordiality. Especially a couple of months ago when the fuel gauge/tank issue on my hybrid RAV4 was finally resolved, at no cost to me. At my routine maintenance (20,000 miles) this week, I was surprised to learn it included a $75 bill for oil change. This was absolutely a correct charge, I have no qualms with it, I only wish Id been reminded when dropping off car, hey, this is not a free maintenance visit; per your Toyota plan, it will include a charge for oil change.

I purchased lifetime oil change service. I was directed thru express service which is fine but I heard workers complaining about the size of their paychecks and complaining about getting 2 lifetime service orders in a row. Since mine was lifetime and I was the second one this was not a comfortable feeling. I also know that everything marked on the inspection sheet was not done. Such as the air filter was not checked and a few other minor details. I know these are visual inspections but you cant visualize an air filter if you dont remove the cover. The service was fast and friendly and I was out and back on the road quickly.

This is just a Warning. Dont be in a rush to buy your first car. Pay a trusted, certified mechanic to fully check the car BEFORE you buy.DONT YOU JUST HATE BUYING A CAR AND DRIVING IT HOME and 30min later, you find engine making loud, strange, noises just being parked?So now my son bought the car, and just 1 hour later has to schedule appointment at dealership shop to get it checked out next week. Its the soonest they can look at it. I asked if there us engine problem, who pays for it? Apparently he just told me, I need to take car in...which means taking a day off work, have to go without a car for the day or if they need to work on it, he calls to tell US what is found wrong and what it will cost to fix it.Not happy at all. I told receptionist to patch me through to Sales person who sold my son the car.Receptionist asked what is this in regards to? And she will leave a message. When I told her that the car we just bought has engine issues. She said I would have to talk to repair center. WHAT but okay?I told repairs that car needs to be repaired, and wanted to know if they will fix it at no charge. He did not give me answer.He said for me to bring it in. They look for damage if any, then after they assess repairs needed, they will call me and let me know costsAnyway I will see if they make good on the 13th (at least its not Fri 13th💀).

I ordered some parts from this place and when I was on the phone with the sales clerk I told him I needed the complete assembly. After wait for it to arrive I drove all the way there from 45 minutesout of Springfield. I find out when I picked it up I didnt get the complete assembly like I asked for. Plus the guy was rude as hell. Ill never use them for my Toyota parts again.
