Honest owner!I thought I broke my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. I dropped it and thought I would need a new case and more then likely a new tablet, if I ever wanted it to connect to its case again. The owner found no information available on the piece I broke but he took the time and examined my tablet and case and found that he was able to fix the tablet bracket and that I would just need a new case. He even looked up the case, found it on Amazon, and wrote down what I needed to order.He could have easily kept the tablet to work on and charged me for parts and labor and I never would have know.This is definitely the place I will bring all my business too! An honest repair man is priceless now a days.

Monte seems like a nice guy, but lacks experience and customer support. He originally was supposed to replace my battery. He replaced it, but broke the screen. He ordered another screen which ended up being defective after installation. During this he messed up my speaker and didnt secure my flash, which fell out, and messed up my camera. After two more screen replacements, which were defective, I now have to replace my phone because the screen is cracked and hanging off the phone, my front flash is gone, my speaker is messed up, and my camera is blurry. I tried working things out with him, but he wont accept any responsibility. I am very careful with my phone and had the phone for two years without any issues. The screen wont even come on currently.

My teenage daughter was in a state of crisis. We thought her newer iPhone, still being paid for, was useless. The owner, Monte, is our new best friend. LOL His store was recommended to us. There was no wait, he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and saved us a ton of money! I would highly recommend checking him out before sinking a bunch of money into a new phone. In and out, had what I thought was a done-for-good iPhone, but EDR fix it right up! Busted screen with no image, back to brand new.

Owner was very informative, polite and honest. Prices were very fair and my phone was fixed and back to me in an hour. Overall I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience dealing with this company.

Dropped my iPhone 6, needed a new screen, stopped by because it was near my house and they had it repaired in 45 minutes, they even repaired my ear speaker. Monte did a great job.

Broke a friends phone, never seems to have parts in stock after calling in. Nice enough guy, nice small local place, but doesnt seem to have a clue. try ubreak, they did faster and fixed other issue, i wouldnt trust my phone here.

I have 2 regrets - not coming here sooner, and trying to fix it myself.Ive been trying to fix my phone screen for several months, and this guy was the only one who was able and willing to help me. As a DIY kind of person, I asked around on multiple forums and how-to Youtube videos, and only ever got one reply, which was so vague (not to mention incomplete) as to be less than useless! I called various other repair places, and they either didnt work on my kind of phone, or were permanently out of stock of the correct screen.Elite Device Repair was not only able and willing to answer my questions, but let me keep a #000 phillips screwdriver I needed to take the phone apart!I will definitely be coming here first for any future phone repair needs!
