The best, most efficient and courteous service Ive ever experienced from any cell phone business anywhere. After walking in and explaining my needs and type of plan I wanted, Verizon rep. Andrew was highly knowledgeable, and worked hard to find me the best deal for my specific needs. There were 2 other customers waiting and Andrew was able to simultaneously work on all 3 three accounts with no delay to any of us! There was no high pressure sales pitch, just quality customer service. I left with a better plan than I had previously, at a lower price! Highly recommend this store, if you are in Eugene/Springfield area, and dont want a long wait time.
This is not a Verizon store there are extra fees you can avoid by going to a Verizon store, they also can not get all the phones that Verizon has but they won’t tell you that, they will just tell you they are unavailable or out of stock. Just be ready for extra fees and limited selection of phones. I would not recommend this store, it’s policy’s or employees. It’s deceptive they don’t have to put go wireless on the marquee sign
Went in on the 8th of September with my sister to change to Verizon from cricket. Let me tell you that Chadrick is awesome!! He went above and beyond everything to help us out! We wanted an iPhone 11 which he only had 1 in the store. So he said he will order another and call us when it’s ready. We went about our day and ate lunch, and about an hour he called me and told me that he would go to another store to get one, so I told him yes that’s awesome and we came back in. He seriously went above all we could ask for because he gave us all these coupons and discounts and was just so nice through it all. He seriously needs a raise man! I give him all 10s!! Thank you for your help and for being so nice and helpful!

They dont accept cash payments for your cell phone bill because of a covid rule they made up. Other Verizon stores accept cash so Im guessing the soy boys is in charge here are scared of the coof

I went to this Verizon store because my lady was having an issue with her phone. When we arrived we were assisted by an associate name Mike. Mike was very understanding and informative about the issues that were going on with my ladys phone and gave us all the options and various routes we could take to fix the issue. The phone I had was a V20 and it was paid off, but I wasnt sure if I wanted to upgrade quite yet, but after Mike helped us through the process of helping with my ladys issue and she has always wanted my phone, he helped us make a quick and easy solution but having her use the V20 and I switched to the V40. Thank you Mike for your patience and help, I love my new phone and the switch was quick, easy, and simple.

I Just left Sprint for Verizon. Right out the gate it was a better experience than Ive had at the Sprint store. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and able to direct me to a device that fit my needs. The sales representative that assisted me Bryce was very helpful making sure I received the best possible deal available.I would recommend them to a friend or colleague.
Magic Mike is amazing, after going to your Verizon Store in the Gateway Mall three times to get them to help me back up my pictures and contacts to a different phone and then putting my husbands pictures on my phone by their mistake. Recently went in to take care of phone business, paying off and starting and new account that fit our budget. Of course no one wants to drop money like that for phones, but we were helped by an amazing employee Andrew. Andrew helped us come up with the best solution for our situation. I bought a phone here yesterday and have multiple other times and the lady helping me was nice but associates grab accessories for your phone without even asking and then say how great of a deal you’ll get on it . Got a clear case that’s already getting dirt in it that I didn’t pick out For $40 and that’s with a discount . I called to see if I could return it and she told me she knew exactly what I was talking about but the manager said I couldn’t return because THEY took the packaging . Scam .
Angela and the team were incredibly helpful and best of all HONEST with me when I went to set up a new phone line with Verizon. All of my options were laid out in front of me and explained and I was told what I would be paying before any contracts were signed. Mike and Van? Were also helpful and made the whole experience a positive one. Big shout out to this team for their help and knowledge.

Switching service providers I bought a new phone here. The guy working there was very nice but in a used car salesman kind of way. Unable to transfer my apps and information from one phone to the next (same brand phone). Also lied to me about activation fees. Didnt know that the auto pay discount doesnt work if using a credit card (have to use debit, I asked him this specifically and was charged). Also added things I didnt want and tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need or want without me asking, setting it on the counter and including it in the sale until I told him I didnt want it.
Andrew at the Springfield store provided excellent customer service when I needed to activate a new device . He took the time to troubleshoot problems and verify that the device was working correctly on the Verizon network. Best Verizon store I have been to.

Weve been with Verizon for over15 years, the experience weve had has been awesome. Justin has been great with us very patient, and explains everything clearly where we can understand. I bought a used phone from a friend, and brought it into GoWireless for help activating it. Brittany got it all set up licketty split, and even recommended some great apps that I actually love! I had a blast joking around and laughing with the girls in there! Who knew such a mundane chore could turn out to be the high point of my day...I will definitely be going in there from now on....those girls really know their stuff.

So, I went into the store a few weeks ago and didnt have a good experience. I gave it a single star and had wished I could give it a 0. Since then they have reached out to me to try to fix my problem. I just got done and worked with Mike. He was amazing and really turned my whole experience around. He looked at my plan and we fixed it to meet my current needs AND he helped me get the correct bluetooth device I need. He set it up, showed me how to work it and was very patient with me. Went into the store this morning at opening with a broken phone and a replacement. I was met by a young lady Sam (Samantha?). I explained my problem, and she took over and transferred everything from one phone to the other. She smiled the whole time, was very knowledgeable, and didnt for a moment ridicule me for being smart phone challenged. Sam was beyond helpful, and made something that baffled me into an enjoyable experience. If you ever need assistance, dont hesitate to visit GoWireless....they are awesome!!! I WILL be back.

This store has always been my preferred choice. Whenever I go I always request Mike, he has always been a huge help. This past week I went through hell and back trying to get my phone situated. Came in here to activate a new phone purchased off contract. The customer service by brittini was very rude and not helpful. She spoke as if I was clueless on the subject, and argued with me regarding the switch. She told me there was no way to activate this new phone. I sat in a chair, called Verizon customer service and activated within minutes.An elderly customer entered the store while I waited, he approached the counter and said he needed a simple phone, his was too complicated. The staff said Jeff would be in at noon, and he could give him a class on his phone. The poor guy walked out frustrated as they refused any other help.

We were told this is not our main store, not where we bought our phones, that we would have to go to Coburg Rd. But this is the store we come to, its closer, the service is much better, faster, nicer and I get to see my wonderful, beautiful niece Samantha Willis who is so knowledgeable and sweet!!!!

If I could rate lower I would. I went in to ask about upgrading my phone plan and to ask about a charging issue my phone is having. I have a Samsung S8+. I read up on the charging issue its been having on the Samsung website and its a fairly common issue. When its plugged in it says the phone isnt charging correctly. When I asked the store supervisor about the issue he snapped and said, Theres no such issue! I was surprised but continued by asking what it is I should do? He replied back by saying, Contact Samsung theyll replace your phone! He was again very condescending and disrespectful like I was a peon in his eyes. I repeated back for confirmation that I should contact Samsung. But as soon as I said that he snapped again and said, No! Contact Verizon! Theyre your provider!. It was at this point I almost laughed, hes a manager for a Verizon Wireless retailer and he said that I needed to contact another representative. Not only was he disrespectful to me but he was also disrespectful to his coworkers whom he talked over continually throughout the whole ordeal. He was also incompetent in the sense that he couldnt do anything himself. In all honesty I would highly recommend not coming to the Verizon Wireless store on Olympic Street in Springfield. They are disrespectful, highly incompetent and very unprofessional.

The guy who helped us was extremely rude to my family and his coworker. Even though I only live a couple of minutes from this store I will NEVER go back in there. It was completely unacceptable and part of his training should be how to talk respectfully to customers. People go to any other Verizon store. You will be glad that you avoided this awful location!
