You guys are very friendly, very nice and respectful. You have taken care of me for years and I trust the results I get from the work your technician has done on my computer. My computer was not coming on properly due to a bad virus on it, and the browser was taken over by a bad company. The virus was removed and my computer is functioning normally again.

I would recommend Beyond computers to anyone who has serious computer problems like I did. They did excellent service. Got me back up and running and cured it from a virus. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience with Beyond Computers! They fixed our sound problem quickly on the Asus we took in. They are honest and quick in their diagnostic of what needs to be done. Great place to take your computer to get fixed!

Our Mac laptop recently got a web browser virus we couldnt remove with paid malware removers. We called Beyond Computers and knew we would be choosing them to help us out. They had very fast service; we got the computer back within a couple days. They charged us very reasonably considering how hard to remove the virus was, and they did so without having to reboot our computer. Our computer also came back cleaned up physically. We will be using them again in the future. We also recieved great customer service via phone and in person.

I will never go back. The gentleman was nice but never go before 9:30am. Twice I went at 9am and no one was there until at least 9:20am. They are over priced. They charged me $85 to transfer files from an old laptop and upload a free antivirus. They sent me home with the wrong power cord and tried saying I never brought. I went back a 3rd time and found my power cord still laying on the counter at the front. The entire place including the counter is a disaster. There is barely a place to stand walking in the door.

Highly Recommended! The customer service was great and the rush put on my computer was excellent. My computer decided to short out and stop working the week I had a massive deadline. They were able to give me the files I needed within 24 hours and back up over 500gb of data the following day. Although I decided to not fix my computer, I appreciated the time spent trying to diagnose the problem quickly. The pricing was more than reasonable for the rush. I will gladly take any other computer problems back to them.

They offer the best service I have had in a long time. When they fix my computer, they do what they say they are going to do. They understand and help senior citizens like me and dont get upset about all of my questions.

They brought my old desktop back to life. Much mad props.

To be fair, if I could give this place a 3.5 or 3.75 I would but thats not an option... I felt like a 3-star was too harsh but I also think a 4-star is likely too generous. There is at least one gentleman that works here that actually likes his job --- If you work directly with this person then youll likely have a 4-star or 5-star experience. My wife went into their shop to pick-up a computer we had dropped off because they said it had been repaired. I asked her to get some details on what was wrong with it and what they did specifically to fix it and the gentleman she encountered (well call him the not-helpful-guy or NHG) working the front desk was, well, not helpful. She asked NHG for details and he simply told her he didnt know what was wrong with it and didnt offer to find out. She asked the NHG for someone to call her back with some details and we were never called back --- my guess is that the NHG didnt pass along the message. My wife called back today and someone much more helpful explained what they did. It would be great if whomever repairs the computer also stapled brief summary to your receipt on what steps they took to make a diagnosis and how they repaired the issue so that we dont have to play detective. I just referred one of my co-workers to this company but suggested if they encounter the NHG to ask for the person that actually seems to enjoy their job :)
