Went in with questions that were completely answered. Loved that there was no pressure to buy right at that moment. Two weeks later I called and asked a few more questions and made my purchase over the phone. Simple as that. TV was delivered the next day and set up for me with zero issues. Totally different experience than I had at the other well known store.I got the Q80. It isnt mounted yet but will look great when it is.
We had a wonderful experience at the Big Screen Store in Springfield. We came in with a few ideas and Matt, the sales manager, steered us in the right direction to right size the TV and the quality picture we wanted. Installation was quick and efficient. Couldnt ask for more!
Very knowledgeable and customer service is outstanding. When I bought my TV, I realized right away that I regretted not getting higher level. I Called the store, and they were willing to upgrade me to the higher level TV with no additional costs beyond the sticker price. I will definitely come back for any future TV purchases. Possibly a furniture purchase.
Great customer service. Yasir was very professional and not pushy at all. Helped us decide on the best type of television and sound bar for our needs. Deliveryman Romeo and Jeff were excellent! They arrived on time, did a very thorough set up, and even cleaned and swept the area when finished. Would highly recommend the store and delivery to anyone looking for a quality television.
These guys do it right. Theyre super geeks and that means they know their products inside and out as well as most of the competition. They can tell you why each price point makes sense as well as when you need to seriously consider stepping up to make sure youre happy about your new product. Theyve spent years and years in the industry and live in the technology. Theyre honest and transparent about everything. Do a little research before you come and bring thoughtful and researched questions. Its been 10 years since I bought a TV and its been because I have been so pleased and satisfied with their service and their products.
After going round and round with Best Buy on deliveries and backorders, working with The Big Screen Store was like a fairytale. I felt like a valued customer every step of the way. Matt, the store manager, took great care to understand what was important to me in a TV and took time to explain my options at different price points. I ended up with a better TV for less than what I had purchased at Best Buy. The install was a dream. The install team of Romeo and Roshun arrived ON-TIME (gasp!) and completed the installation in no-time. Once the TV was hung, they showed me how to work my remotes and use several key features of the TV. When I couldn’t make a video project from my phone to the TV, they figured it out and made me test it to make sure I knew what I was doing. I will never buy a TV anywhere else.... and neither should you.
The Big Screen Store made this whole process so simple and carefree! I knew I was getting the best quality of service, price, and extended care with them. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of investing in a new tv and made us feel comfortable, reassured, and not pressured at all.I did tons of research about which retailer we should go through (Best Buy, Costco, Amazon, etc.) but ultimately we are so satisfied that we chose the Big Screen Store. They listen, they take care of you, and they dont milk you for every penny. Their warranty price is better and they let me buy my own tv mount instead of forcing us to get it through them which saved us a ton of money.When the installation date came, we were extremely nervous about things going smoothly but it went as smooth as could be. Romeo and Rick installed it in no time at all but also with the most care and precision we could ask for. They listened to our concerns, showed us how to work the tv, and provided exceptional service.
Price was good, delivery was on time. I would order from again. Only thing I recommend is they remove the box. My delivery drivers said it was against policy.
The big Screen Store made it really easy to get a couple of new TV for my new house. The salesman was very knowledgeable and help me find the right TV, not the largest or most expensive TV. And when the TV I bought went on sale about a week later, they honored the lower price and refunded me the difference. The TVs were delivered and set up the next day. I would definitely recommend The Big Screen Store to anyone looking for a TV and plan to use them again myself for my next TV.
Service was great! My only complaint is that the remote never function properly. The up and down channel button doesnt function. It came out of the box not fully functional. All buttons function properly with the exception of the channel button.

The Big Screen Store has one major advantage over other stores--speed of delivery--but one crucial flaw--the return/exchange policy. I bought a 65-inch Q90t from BSS about a month ago after the tv I purchased on Amazon got damaged during shipment (to Amazons credit, they did give me a $100 credit for the inconvenience). After spending two weeks in lockdown with no tv, I was desperate. That is when I discovered the BSS. Unlike other stores, the BSS could have a tv in my room within 48 hours.I went to the BSS, and I was happy with the experience. There are plenty of tvs on display and the sales staff are not pushy. The sales staff, however, do not know their own stores policies (As I explain below, I have been given 3 different answers on the cost for doing an exchange). The main reason I recommend not shopping at the BSS is their return/exchange policy. When I was signing the contract, I noticed it stated that there were no returns, so I asked about exchanging my tv for a bigger one. The salesman told me I could upgrade within 30 days of purchasing. A week later, I wanted to upgrade. When I emailed Chris Watkins, I was told I only had 15 days and there would be a $150 fee for the exchange. Out of principal, I refused to upgrade. When buying a $4k tv, I shouldnt have to pay a $150 fee--it is not the industry standard.Both Costco and Walmart have a 90-day return/exchange policy (with no fee). Best Buy, I believe, lets you upgrade without paying a fee for 30 days. BSS return-exchange policy is unacceptable; it is the worst in the industry. Ultimately, I should have just waited an extra two days and gone with a company that is more concerned about making sure the consumer gets a product that he or she is happy with than one with quick delivery.There is one other thing I would like to point out. Another recent review (BRX Morrow) on here says that the individual was able to upgrade their tv by only paying the price difference between the two tvs (i.e., he or she did not have to pay a fee). This leads me to believe that if I would have pushed it, I could have gotten the $150 fee waived. But this is the sort of garbage I cannot stand in companies. A customer should not have to haggle to get the same benefit as another customer. After getting the runaround from big box stores, came to the Springfield location and Yasir and David were professional, knowledgeable, and happily answered by questions and made recommendations. I saved at least $600 going with them. Free delivery and installation - Romeo and Mike were fantastic in mounting the TV and setting it up.

My last TV was purchased at this store. The motherboard got fried during a thunder storm. They fixed the tv immediately and since that time I swore I would only purchase TVs from the Big Screen Store. Fast forward to recently when I purchased two new TVs. The TVs are amazing. We had a bit of a hiccup with the installation and Jason the general manager handled the situation expeditiously. He was incredibly kind and very helpful. We will be back when it’s time to purchase recliners etc in a few years.
Poor customer service with driver and delivery. Canceled order after driver gave me lass than 6 minutes to call him back and get to lobby of building. Ordered same TV from Amazon with a better price.

Do your own homework...its like buying a car. Know what your looking for and the big screen store will help you make the best decision for price and quality. I prefer quality and it can be expensive. I bought mid range 70Q and love it. Im a movie watcher and its great. My husband (like most) think big and cheap is great, but thats not usually the case...cheap is usually just that.... a cheap big fuzzy picture...lol.. Ashir was great he talked to me and showed me the difference in quality in the various TVs. Then I showed my husband...lol...Thanks

Great service and support from David, Raphael, Yasir, and delivery guys from Springfield store! Got a Samsung Q80 65, sound bar, blu ray dvd, wood cabinet, and recliner. All working well with Xfinity X1 and love it all. TV gorgeous and Definitive Technology sound bar and subwoofer sounds fabulous! DVD and recliner primo. They carried off old stuff. About $5K total, but no regrets at all! Very happy! 👍🏻
My wife and I recently purchased a 75 Samsung TV from The Big Screen Store on Frontier Drive, and we could not be more happy with our purchase. Both Yasir and David were so knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped me figure out how to use headphones and my stereo via the optical audio output. Both Yasir and David were both friendly, expert, and we never felt pressured.We also found a beautiful and sturdy cabinet stand for the TV at The Big Screen Store.
