Run down and dirty. 2 different associates told me to buy different things and they didnt agree. Neither thing I bought solved the problem anyway but they tried I guess

I walked in and was greeted right away. I received help for everything I was looking for which was so great. I found all of the items I needed. They even brought everything out to my vehicle! You don’t get this level of service at the big box stores! Great experience!

Lakeside True Value sells my bird feed which I have purchasing at TV for years. They have never been out of my monthly needed feed, always kind and helpful. There is always someone who has helped me to my car! GOOD PEOPLE 🙂

Nice neighborhood hardware store. They also have lottery tickets which produce WINNERS.. lol

I totally LOVE this place. Theyve never had to tell me they dont have what I need. They never try to sell me more than I need. Theres always someone (or two or three) who will think through my problem with me. Real people, real service, real nice!

Cant go wrong when you visit a true value store. I needed answer to a few question and the store associate was able to help and shed some much need information on a certain product.

This place is a great local hardware store. Always great service and friendly staff. Great variety of products and willing to get it if they dont have it. They offer rentals also. They have propane refills / exchange. Overall great place and staff.

This store is definitely a dying breed: the last of the neighborhood hardware stores where they know you by sight when you walk in the door. You would never go into this store to buy high dollar appliances or materials to build an entire house, but if you are in the middle of a late Sunday afternoon plumbing emergency and walk in the door with a handfull of parts and say I need one of these or I need a thing to connect this thing to that thing there will be somebody right there to help you. A fair assortment of home and yard care goods as well as a decent rental equipment business.

A great family owned store that carries what you need when you need it. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and you dont have to walk forever to get from one department to another like other chain hardware stores.
