Very caring staff.

They are amazing at this office! The audiologist Stacy Blackington was so patient with our son with Down syndrome. Dr. Jacob Smith was also very kind and knowledgeable and even had some extra testing done to see if there was anything additional they could do for our son. He said he didnt know why the testing wasnt done earlier (at the other hospital we had been to that is). Their office has been great to work with, definitely better than the experience at the other office. The other office also messed up insurance billing after they said our sons hearing aide was pre-authorized, but we still got a bill for over double what we were supposed to pay. Cox has been leaps and bounds ahead of the other ENT office. I know people have to go where insurance covers, but if you have a choice between the two, pick Cox.

The ent doctor said my 3 month old had a ear pit and he wouldnt do anything until she 2 now she 1 and she has to go into surgery BC it got worse and has a cyst in it she may lose her earlobe BC they didnt want to do there job Im one mad mommy right now

Staff was kind and the Doctor was very nice and took time to answer my questions

Too be honest I think their quacks! Doctors dont know what their doing. Im totaly deaf in my left ear and they told me Im somewhat loesing hearing in my left ear. I can go on. They are nice. Just need more tranning.

Dr. Jeff Fenwick is the finest ENT physician in Springfield.

Was not happy with the Dr. Didnt want to look with a scope down my friends throat. He has something not right.
