She showed me several different options and let me try them out, answered all my questions, and was extremely kind and helpful. There are several things (purchases) in life that I very much dislike shopping for ... buying a new or used car and purchasing a new mattress. Both, in general, require that you visit multiple locations, and listen to sales pitch after sales pitch in order to get you to BUY SOMETHING, ANYTHING and TODAY!Well, to my surprise this past weekend, my wife and I walked into the Mattress Warehouse Store in West Springfield to look for a new mattress, and the experience was the exception from the several other mattress stores we visited in the area. Our first impressions were very positive ... the store was clean, well-arranged, good lighting, and a wide selection of brands and inventory to aid in our decision process. We were promptly greeted by a pleasant and knowledgeable sales associate (Feven ) who took a sincere interest to learn of our likes and dislikes, and the computerized diagnostic system was helpful to quickly assess which products would likely meet our needs. We very much appreciated the disposable sheets that Feven provided to us which spoke volumes as to the store’s commitment to cleanliness and good hygiene. We cannot say enough about the way Feven served us as we asked questions and tried out many mattresses, and most importantly we never felt any pressure to buy. We were kindly invited back and to call her should we have any questions.. We were introduced to the store manager as well (Barbara ) who was equally delightful and caring that our needs were being met. This is important too, should we need to follow up and Feven not be available.So in closing, this was an exceptional experience for my wife and me. We returned the following day to Mattress Warehouse (West Springfield) and purchased just what we needed and wanted in a new mattress. If you are in the market to purchase a new mattress, and you don’t want to go into an overcrowded store with mattresses you really don’t want to lay down on, OR listen to some “used car pitch”... do yourself a big favor. Stop in and see Feven or Barbara. It will be a positive experience, and it will save you from wasting your time making a circuit run to all of the other area mattress stores. Oh! ... Mattress Warehouse, I forgot to mention, has a lowest price guarantee offering.

I bought an adjustable base and Sterns and Foster mattress. I received them on the delivery day requested but I got no notice what the 3 hour delivery time was . Apparently they called the wrong number. The delivery men where very nice and professional. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

I was in search of a specific Nectar mattress within my price range on an extremely short timeline and Kelly was an incredible asset in helping me find the right product at a nearby location. Great experience purchasing a mattress here. We came in with no idea of what kind of mattress we wanted. Marshall had us complete a computer quiz and lie down on a mattress for some sort of scan and it told us what type of mattress would be a good match. Gulia was great! I agree she was very attentive. She actually made us laugh because she called us out. She told us to lay down on many different mattresses and we would do it for 30 seconds and she said we needed to take this seriously. She said we were acting like we didn’t want to me there, haha, which it was true because we found it awkward laying down on mattresses. However, during Memorial Day weekend, my husband & I went to this Mattress Warehouse and was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Roy. Not only he was helpful and knowledgeable about his products but we were really impressed with his honesty. He gave us options and offered us the best discount he could do. The whole thing went smoothly.After 3 months of trying on our new mattress, I thought it was too hot to sleep on, so I went back for an exchange. Roy was extremely helpful this time as well. He offered me options to whether just getting a cooling mattress pad or to pay for the price difference of another mattress plus the delivery fee(He was trying to save me some money and all the hassles of exchange). I’ve decided to exchange it anyways. Roy let me pay the difference of the new sale price instead of the full price I supposed to pay mentioned on the Exchange Policy. During our visit, he even offered us water to drink, which was a nice touch.We are very happy with Roy and strongly recommend him to anyone who shops for a new mattress. Someone from this store used my husband’s name to make a fraudulent review. The one time we tried to get a mattress from here there was a note on the door saying “be back in 15 minutes,” and it was up for more than that; it was up till the store closed. There was a pic posted to the reviews on this store, and someone took it down. And then they created a fake account in my husband’s name to leave a 5-star review. Don’t trust these reviews.

My experience at the Old Keene Mill Mattress Warehouse was miraculous. I had been diligent to stay in a meagre budget having just graduated. I met Gulia (the manager) an astounding Lady. Uncomfortable and unprofessional. I came in the other day and was helped by Ed. He did not seem interested in helping me and gave a vibe that felt more obligatory than willing. I kept asking for prices on a lot of mattresses, purely to compare the types of mattress and the price range they fell in for my own knowledge, but he made a comment to me regarding if I could afford it or not, which was very unprofessional. He also made a comment on who I would be sleeping on it with, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I just walked out and feel that there needs to be something done with ED.

When the mattress was delivered, a part of the base was broken and needed to be replaced and she called to check and see if the replacement had been scheduled and even helped to get it for the right date. While I was waiting for my prescriptions from the Walgreens on Monday the 2d- 8pm, me and my son decided to check out some up and down movable beds. I walked in to this store with my 12 years old son and we start trying the movable things. The older MAN who works there was extremely rude to me and to my son! He said hey this is not a TOY, DO NOT PLAY, get out! He repeated several times! When I asked him sir why you are taking with me in a such manor we are just trying out your adjustable bed bases. He grabbed and took away the remote from my hands! I was shocked, walked out with my son!

When I entered the store I was greeted by Roy. I came with my wife and two kids looking for a budget bed. Being in the military i have to stay within my budget. I explained what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. But Roy kept pushing me to a $1200 Serta bed for a 4 year old child. My wife and I found a bed in our budget. I think it was a Royal in the back of the store. So I told Roy this is the bed I wanted based on price. He commented to us that it was to cheap. When he made that comment I felt insulted, So we walked out.

The saleswoman was nice but I felt super rushed and pressured. The mattress came and it looked fine in the plastic but once out it had threads hanging off everywhere. The box spring/foundation was still in the plastic and turns out we didn’t need JT for our daughters bed but their policy is no returns. For the price etc it isn’t worth going with them. Much better to go with sears or a department store and be able to return unused and unopened parts and receive quality mattresses
