They where so helpful in showing us various styles and and the same time listening and pulling up our visions..5 stars all the way..why not get what you want for an affordable price? Loved them!

They lied about the delivery time. Please dont waste your time. These reviews are indeed real. They will give you discounts and promises but never deliver your furniture. They never answer your call. Its been one month and 1500 dollars. Ive had a employee that cant spell my name put me in hold randomly and then drop the call. They claim its not their fault but continuously tell customers 5-10 business days. Yes, I ordered way before busy season (tax returns). I will be demanding a refund as of tomorrow. It may be more $ to shop elsewhere but you will get it quicker than in a month.Spend your money somewhere else. Try not to get lured into the mom and pop screenplay when you walk in.

I Have tried to call the store numerous times it is always a recording I have personally went in the store and there is no customers in the store I called from my cell phone and it is going straight to a recording this is very unprofessional also I have bought furniture from the store and we had to wait almost a month to receive all items

Customer service was great and most important thing, it was very affordable compared to other places( yes we looked around before making the final choice). Revised post:The store is under new management that is awesome. I had a issue with furniture I brought in June. New management reached out to me listen to my issue and righted their wrong. I have never had a company go above and beyond like this. The furniture it great quality the customer service was my issue. New management had shown they are fixing the customer service part. So great prices great furniture, I have already started recommending everyone I know to get their furniture from here.

In the past I have bought furniture at Ashley Furniture. Looking on offer up I happened to come across the same exact table that I have seen the day before at Ashley Furniture. But at this place Furniture to Love for half the price! I decided to call and ask Jean the sales representative if the furniture they carried was actually the Ashley brand and she said yes so I decided to take the one hour drive to Stafford and I was so pleasantly surprised to see that it was the same Furniture. I actually saved 50% from what I would have spent at Ashley furniture. They delivered my furniture when they said they were they were very professional and courteous. I will continue to buy all my furniture from them and I recommend you check them out. I am extremely happy and satisfied with their services. And will send them referrals.

I originally went to purchase but the older lady in was sooo rude I was going to take my money elsewhere but I decided to go back and the gentleman was super helpful and nice. Furniture to Love is great affordable furniture and an great addition to the Greater Houston Area. Ms. Jean is a fabulous sales persona and I great help. Boris Movers are excellent and very fast on service. They need additional help with customer service and follow up and follow through with service orders but overall if they work out these problems they will have a great company.

I am extremely impressed with the new management of Furniture to love, went in to get a few items and they took their time to shows us everything that we were looking for not to mention that they gave us a great price for all items that we bought. I’ve had a not so great experience a few years ago but they absolutely went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GOING TO LIE TO YOU. I bought a full bedroom from these guys and they told me delivery would be in 10 business days. I knew that time frame didnt make since, but I was willing to wait because the price was low. A week after my purchase I called the store to order more furniture at their cheap prices, but no one answered. I called again and no answered... An entire week of trying to reach them and absolutely NO response! So now here we are, 10 business days later, NO FURNITURE DELIVERY. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. I then had to drive to the store to find the place near empty and the phones ringing non-stop. NO ONE was working at all. They just took my money and went to sleep! I knew they wouldnt give me my money back so I just had them apply my down payment to the price of a mattress they had in stock and paid the difference in cash, loaded it up and got the hell out of that place. Save yourself the headache and wasted time and DO NOT SHOP HERE. The big fat woman Lisa will LIE LIE LIE right to your face and try to scam you... Which is kind of pointless since youre already there to give them your money.

Saw a sofa set online that said they had it on display in the store. I traveled all the way from Baytown to see it & it was in fact not in the store. Bummer. I went ahead & purchased the couch without seeing it in person anyways, because once I have my heart set on something thats it.I was told I could pick it up that following Thursday, but that did not happen. They ended up changing this date 5 TIMES & I did not get my furniture until 2 weeks later! That was ridiculous. I FINALLY got my couch this past Saturday. I also got free delivery due to them changing the date so many times. Nice, but still not worth the headache to deal with a company that cannot keep its word to begin with.I will say that the prices are pretty good. I purchased my sofa set for $900 & I found the same exact set at a discount rustic store for $1500. I till dont think I would not purchase anything else from them, nor would I recommend them to any of my friends.With that being said if you are not in a hurry to get your furniture or want your furniture later this month then go ahead! Just beware.

Great prices and great furniture. But they dont deliver and its expensive to use their contractor who they use. And it takes forever to get your furniture. I was given a specific time frame for my furniture, and it wasnt ready for pickup. They need to fix that problem, and communicate better with their customers about that.

Reasonable prices. Never answer their phone. Takes months when you have a concern about your purchase but readily available to take your money. Issue with adjustable bed not raising up to capacity. Was told its under warranty, but after 4 months so far, they wont respond, wont answer phone. Have been given excuse after excuse why the technician hasnt come to repair by text ONLY. I had a situation where they told me they were the lowest price in Houston guaranteed and after placing my order I actually found the same bedroom set just a little bit cheaper and I called and they were able to verify that price and adjust the price for me! They will beat anyones price! It saved me a little chunk of change and I am very pleased with their customer service. Ive now waited over 2 weeks for a wrong piece they gave me for a table set. 1 month later, still no delivery. Have been waiting on couches and 1 accent chair for a month and all i have gotten is excuses, truck broke down, will deliver tomorrow morning, will deliver tomorrow. And they NEVER answer the phones.. prices may be appealing but it is a nightmare actually getting your furniture delivered. Not worth the hassle.

Pretty much what the guy said below had to come back three times I informed them I was not paying for another delivery when it was your fault. We spent right at 6000 dollars cash. Delivery should have been free. Ijs. I was given a 50$ credit. Price was good. I feel we were treated just like any regular customer. You give someone 6 thousand dollars I would expect to be treated with VIP status.

They never answer the phone. I recently picked up a piece from their strip center showroom in Stafford.. After attempting to reach them for several days I sat in the parking lot watching some older lady that sits on the right and guy that sits in the middle talking while the phone went to a voicemail that does not even allow messages. I did this for over 30 minutes until I just went in. Message says high volume of customers, yeah ok, there wasnt one customer in the store the entire time. To make matters even worse the piece I picked up has already failed and is unusable. Cheap service and even cheaper quality furniture. Avoid at all costs !

I ordered a sectional from there about 3 weeks ago, I initially told them to deliver 12/17, but I had to call and reschedule for 12/18, no one came or called, so I contacted the store in which I had to call many times because they would not answer most of the time. The lady there told me the deliver persons truck broke down. I told her well Monday 12/19, I needed it delivered by 10a. Still no show, no call. That is not good business, you dont tell someone youre going to deliver furniture they paid for and never deliver on the day promised. They have good prices, but delivery time sucks. Get it together Furniture to love !!!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I ordered a house full of furniture on 2/10/2018 paid in FULL to be delivered on 2/24/2018. I have yet to receive my complete order as of today. Lisa the owner of this place does all the ordering and she fails to accept the forgets to order. Reggie at this place is a complete ass hole who talks back. Saul my sales associate was very nice and attentive and once you have paid he seems to ignore us and is never in the store to call back. This has been the WORST experience in my life with a business. Car sales people probably do a better job than these guys.

Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. Of course with Sauls help. However, I was able to get an ashley sectional and king bdrm set for a really good price. I left happy because I know Ashley furniture is very pricy else where. And here is where you will find it the cheapest. I will be buying from them again.

I bought furniture here. 2 days later they tell me that they didnt have it in stock which is ok so I just ask for a refund. they supposedly sent my refund back but its about to be 4 weeks since I asked for my refund back. they said it would take 5 business days. it never came in. I go back and do another refund. and still nothing. at the end she tells me there is nothing more they can do, just to go make a claim with my bank. I asked to speak with the owner she said it was her but I remember being BIll. she kept cutting me off not letting me talk.

We ordered a living room set from a catalogue and was told we would receive it 10-12 business days later. Fast forward 3 weeks later (we gave them a few extra days) and we contacted them to see where our furniture was. They said our order was never processed, they gave us the run around, then finally said we’ll get it the next week, but only part of it. We waited patiently the following week and nothing. When we contacted them again they finally gave us a specific date for part of our furniture, and changed dates for the third piece from a specific date to being unsure when we’ll receive it. The old woman owner (I assume) is a liar and was willing to take our money (first payment) without us even having our furniture! We decided to cancel the order and were refunded immediately, which was the only positive thing about the whole experience. What an awful business.

Bought some sofas here and they were horrible with delivery. Saying in a few days and turned into like 2 weeks. But whatever the worst thing is the cheap quality. After a few months the sofa got a tear and then more tears. Just from sitting on it. Its now 2 years and the sofa is just horrible.

Bought a sofa and love seat, dinning room set and bedroom set on July 1st, delivery was 5-10 business days, the latest July 17th, on the 10th day I called after not hearing from the store and was promised all my stuff would be delivered on the 22nd the latest, no surprise, i did not hear from the store, called and was told they would deliver that Sunday since they had a delivery truck down for a couple of weeks and were behind on deliveries. i received nothing, I tried multiple times to talk to them but theyd never answer the phone or emails, on July 30th after not hearing from them I sent an email requesting a cancellation of the transaction, I did not get a reply, but I did get a bill from their credit company, on 8/11/17 I called from a different phone and was able to talk to Lisa, one of the owners, and told her to make sure it was cancelled, she cancelled after offering to send me the order incomplete, they still did not have the love seat. of course I declined. as of 9/15/17 they still have not issue a refund to the credit line they opened. I checked this store on BBB and wish I had done that before doing business here. Worst consumer experience ever. i would not recommend anyone doing business here. Delivery and customer service are the worst.
