Our sales associate was Rodney. Super nice & very professional. He was not consistently in my face either. He allowed us to look at our own leisure and talk things through. Our entire experience was a pleasant one. And when we needed help, he was there to talk us though any questions and concerns we had. I would gladly look for him to be my sales associate again. And I plan to do business with him again soon.

Worst customer service. They are dishonest with their buyers and the salesman do not know what they are doing. We purchase a furniture for the intent of having my brother be added into the application so he could start his credit. We explained this to the salesman and he told me that was fine. We get to the end of the purchase where we had to sign. I was the only one who signed and my brother was not given paperwork to sign. We found this weird and asked him again if my brother would receive his credit. He explained that we would have to call the bank who financed us to ask them to add him as an authorized user. We closed the purchase and went home to call the bank. Synchrony Bank told us that authorized users are not allowed to be added because Rooms To Go does not allow that. We came to the store and asked a nice lady to help us with the situation. She told us that the bank is supposed to allow the authorized to be added. She called the bank with us about three times and they repeated the same thing. By the end, the manager was brought and he tried to explain to me how to build credit as if I had not done so for the last 6 years. He said the salesman was supposed to add my brother in the application and told us that he should have asked managers or other salesman about adding a beneficiary before finishing the application. I told him he needed to better train his salesman and to tell them stop telling people one thing just to close a sale. He told me next time I purchase I could add my brother. I straight up told him I am not purchasing through his store again. They are incapable of helping their buyers or they go through other deceitful means in order to close purchases. Truly the worst.

Mariya Hasan was our sales associate. She was amazingly fantastic! We needed to furnish a small second home, she reviewed the floorplan and understood what was needed. She was incredibly efficient and even understood the need to coordinate all items as well as ensure functionality of items selected. She was not pushy or irritating but instead very helpful! Great work Mariya!!Next step delivery hopefully they equally great at Mariya.

First time purchasing and will likely be my last. Purchased a mattress set and sleeper couch 9/2021. Both have defects. Had to wait 2 weeks for a Technician to come out. Another week and a half to get the decision. They only agreed to remedy 1 defect and have to wait until January 2022 to get the replacement. This is an inconvenience and there doesnt seem to be any sense of urgency. Extremely disappointed. Not what I expected from RTG. I advise others to check out other companies before making a final decision. Also, I wasnt too impressed with the delivery. Seemed rushed

Rodney was very patient with us as I know I can be annoying with my million of questions. I first met him two months ago and he keep in contact with me ever since and was never pushy! Two months later I came back and bought a sectional after the long time! I pass by two rooms to go on the way to this specific location because of Rodney! Side note: I live 10min away from a different rooms to go and this location is almost an hour away from my home. Great customer service!

Mrs Haynes was very helpful. We had to settle due to the furniture not being in stock. She made the experience better by being very informative and helpful with information and suggestions that met the need we had coming in.

HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!!We ordered a full size bed/mattress/2 chairs from them! we put in a note that we have a baby at home so please call/text when they are 30min away. We never received any phone calls or even text that they were on their way. They ring the doorbell and knock the door while the baby was sleeping. I asked if they could keep it down (yet, they still being loud)once they finished a guy name (Kenny) screamed and yelled at me from upstairs Hey, Hey, I told him to be quiet since my baby is napping, and that I could hear him. He can just come down and get me or call my phone number. Then he yelled at me and said well you didnt tell me you got a baby...I said well you never ask me it should be in the note that I have a baby at homeI thought Room Togo was a great place with better customer services and delivery. I was wrong! and we spend more than $3000 with them.NEVER AGAIN!!!P/S: we wanted the bed frame to face the wall. then Kenny said NO it have to face the window....he do what he want to do regardless what the customer want. CRAZY !! Definitely I wont come back to ROOM TO GO, and wont recommended this place to any of our family or friends. I would rather spend my money somewhere else that they would value their customers!!! I will also contact their Corporate to file a complaint and hopefully they will do a better job to train their workers! to Stop being so RUDE to their customers !!!!

Extremely bad service ! Pushy sales people and all they care about meeting their numbers rather than customer satisfaction. I had purchased living room furniture some two years ago with a three years furniture protection plan, because the sales person was explaining several benefits to buy such plan, a year later I called coupe office times just to clean my sofa. It was not too much of a work ! They have never send anybody, although they had assured me that someone will contact me, in 2021 I gave them another chance and booked a bed room furniture to surprise my daughter in her birthday. This time they’d again convinced me to buy extended warranty, only on a given condition that they will take care of my previous request. Guess what ? Same thing - they promised me but sent nobody.Eventually I have cancelled my new order and reverse the charges, because they left me with no choice. It was indeed a terrible experience. Do not fall for their warranties. It means nothing to them. I am sharing my Experience only for the Stafford location. May be other locations are still honoring their commitment with best practices.

We came in today to purchase a new bed and we were instantly greeted with a smile by Malik. What a professional wonderful helpful salesman he was, he helped us with so much knowledge and really catered to our needs. I was extremely happy.

I wish I had the same great experience that everyone else had. I went out of my way to go to this location because the other salesman I encountered was too worried about flirting instead of sale. When I walked into this location (Stafford) the salesman that walked me around the showroom really just went through motions.. He never asked me my name or told me his until I looked at his name tag. When it was time to go over numbers he just assumed that I didn’t need a breakdown, which I also didn’t like. Lastly, the woman in finance had no customer service whatsoever. AGAIN she did not introduce herself to me at all. I had to ASK for her name. Needless to say I did not spend my money at this location. Buying new furniture isn’t cheap and I expected a better level of customer service to be provided by your employees.

Bought a desk recently from the local store, and the desk came in with a defect on one piece of the desk legs. Because of the defect, I was not able to assemble the desk. I first called the store, they referred me to customer service, because they couldnt do anything. Then I called the customer service and requested a replacement of the part with defect, the agent said they have to send in a technician to take a look before ordering any part and the first available appointment is a month away!I am very disappointed with Rooms to Go.. First, the product I bought has defect (this is the first time I shopped at Rooms to Go, not sure what are the overall chances of getting product with defect from Rooms to Go). Second, it seems to me they don t have any trust on their customer. They would rather send in a technician which would most likely cost way more than simply replacing the part. Last but not least, I have to wait for another month before using the desk! Would Rooms To Go compensate me in some way?!PS: I have bought furniture from many places and assembled them myself without problems. In case of furniture defect, the stores would either refund me or send in replacement immediately unlike Rooms To Go.

If there was an option to give them 0 stars. I would, do not let them full you with their furniture protection. In 2019 I purchased my Livingroom set from this place, the person name was Sabina, she was basically making me to purchase the protection because she was saying that it will cover this and that, and now that I called the protection plan people they told me nothing really covers, just basic things. And the guy from the protection plan was telling me that you know they are the salesman they want to sale what they can so they can get the benefits from it. It will be my last time purchasing anything from this company and i will make sure to let all my family friends, coworkers and everyone who I know not to purchase anything since they are scamming people with offering their protection plan. I am so unhappy with this Sabina or whatever her name is. I wish you to experience the same thing what you made us to experience.

I have bought a few pieces of furniture. I had several back orders and two time my furniture was delivered damaged or missing some part. Rooms to go needs that great customer service from start to finish in which you just don’t get.

Best mattress/ furniture shopping experience ever! I was assisted by Christina who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable (funny as hell too) while I shopped for a new mattress and bedroom set for my daughter. She took the time to show me different selections, colors, fabrics, explained prices, and gave thorough explanations on the differences in mattresses. Christina even gave me some great ideas on how to combine and customize different pieces from the showroom floor to build a unique space for my daughter. I never felt pressured and the store itself has a great selection of pieces of which to choose from. I would recommend Christina as well as the Stafford location to all my friends and family for their furniture needs.

Really bad customer service:1. The sales lady kept pointing to us that it was past store closing (by showing us her watch), even though we were on our way out. When we spoke with the store manager about this rude incident, he didnt seem to be bothered by it. He was acting as if we were planning to stay there overnight. They just lost a long time customer with their Rude and Arrogant behavior.2. Their warranty sucks. We were told that all the stains are covered. However, when we called the warranty company they didnt fix any of the issues with our purchase.Sorry RTG, you are not getting one more chance to give me a hard time.

Good variety of furniture, sometimes you have to go to multiple stores to find what you need.

My wife and I just bought a bedroom set and mattress for our master bedroom. We did some research online and found a beautiful set we wanted at rooms to go. We chose the Stanford TX location to visit. When we arrived we were introduced to Salim L. He was very pleasant and attentive but didn’t push us to buy. He kept his distance even more than 6 ft (lol) and let us find the set we wanted. Once we found the set Salim was quick to help us get pricing and showed us different options in the set to accommodate a better delivery date. His efforts helped us save $300 and reduced shipping cost dramatically. We had our newborn baby twins with us and time is important with us as they don’t last long without fussing. Salim was quick resourceful and extremely helpful. Without his help we would not have been able to save and get all this delivered in the quickest time frame! Rooms to Go used to be our go to furniture place, but now...and for several items we have shopped for with anticipation to buy, because my wife already has an account with them, so we were ready...but, they have little to nothing in stock anymore...our latest quest was for a dining room set-which we found the one we wanted- prominently displayed on the showroom floor and in their store circular16 week delivery wait times for a dining room set?!?!?...we didnt make up this delivery time the salesperson gave us via his IPAD....maybe things have gotten better since about a month ago, but remember this is our third time during different totally different months for totally different items...as we remodel our home.

The delivery process was awful. I would not probably shop here due to that. It took them 4 trips to assemble a small cocktail table. Bad communication.Customer service also was awful I wanted to cancel due to the repetitive problematic delivery. They were no help they tried to charge me for stocking the table back. Which I paid for delivery already.it took them a whole month from my promised delivery. The only guy I was pleased was with Theodore who set up my delivery date for the last one who promised to send instructions on how to set up so they would know what to bring.No one was leaving a clear note.This experience really did not get me to appreciate the furnitures.

Went into Rooms to Go to look for a new sectional. Andy was the first to ask if we needed any assistance. He was informative, positive, and processed our information quickly. I like the selection and the furniture selected. However, I feel deceived. I did not realize until I got home that I had purchased an extended warranty, something I normally avoid. Perhaps it was the salesperson’s way of simply presenting the total price. Perhaps it was my fault for not digging through several pages of disclosures. Perhaps the only thing to do now is warn others.Follow up: I was provided a refund on the extended warranty. Please be careful with the sales people who are looking to maximum commissions, and may not tell you the complete story.

I just received my sofa and carpet today, 07/03/2021 and it was delivered at the scheduled date. I was up to date with tracking my delivery on the roomstogo website and it’s very accurate. The delivery gentleman Rafael and C were very friendly and worked in a timely manner.

Got a bed delivered a few weeks ago. The Slats broke, which I believe was an installation issue. I went back to the store and was greeted by an excellent salesperson (Brad). He seemed to genuinely want to help. However, the manager was extremely rude and condescending and seemed to insinuate that it was our fault and didn’t seem to want to have anything to do with our situation. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because Brad was truly friendly and helpful. The manager and the installation crew need to be retrained.

We went to the Katy location to buy a chair that we already picked out online just wanted to see it. Salesman didn’t have to do anything but write it up after we looked at it but he added up selling without even asking and argued with us about it and so we left. Went to the Stafford location was greeted by Andy he explained all the different options and showed me samples of the mattresses and answered questions about the pillows. Did not try to add anything without asking. He was great and made the sale experience nice and easy the way it should’ve been the first time.

We are so happy with our visit today. We were assisted by Malik and he was a pleasure. A sales associate doing an amazing job. We had an idea of what we were looking for and he guided us till we found it exactly. Very courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, but never pushy. Will definitely come looking for him in the future. The many times I’ve shopped at Rooms to go they never cease to amaze me. They’re always up to date with the products are amazing! I think the products are worth the cost of the items I purchase also the sales representatives Marjiya Hassan and at kids section Mr Darren was with full product knowledge and guide us about early availability products make it easy overall good experience.

The sale person named Malik in this store is a absolutely liar!!!! He tried to add unnecessary things to our Order list without telling us! When we found and asked him to take them out, we took 1 hour to keep explaining why we don’t want them! And he kept adding things again and again! It made me crazy!! It wasted our a lot of time!! He even told he could give us discounts and then when we check out, there is nothing with discounts!!! This is really really a bad sales person we have ever met!!! We couldn’t trust anyone else at room to go even later we went to other locations!!! Please tell him to stop lying to your customers! He is definitely a person who can destroy a lot of businesses at RTG!!!

I had purchased a bed and mattress for my daughter which was delivered yesterday. The order were clearly stated with the instructions that she wanted a low profile setup. However, the delivery guy was very unprofessional, seems to be in a hurry to get to the next delivery and was not really concerned about customers satisfaction. He just said once i setup the bed that was final. I guess he never bothered ready through the details of the setup. Right now the setup is high profile and not suitable for my daughter. One thing I am so sure of is that you just lost a customer in me. Very impossible to get through the customer service to make a complaint.

They help us really quick when we were looking at the bed sets for my son. They even got us someone that speaks Spanish for my mom to understand. Love their modern selection. My son loves his new bed and they delivered it fast and efficiently.

Our experience at Rooms To Go Stafford went pretty well. Me and my husband were looking to purchase a complete bedroom set w/o mattress. Malik serviced us and was very welcoming and upbeat. He answered all of our questions. We ended up making a purchase after deciding between a couple options. The reason for my rating is because our option is on back order possibly until October : / However, we would consider shopping Rooms To Go again as well as consulting with Malik. : )

DO NOT purchase the insurance that the salesman offers. It’s a SCAM! I was sold insurance for up to 3 years. Both my claims have been denied from beverage spills.On one of the claims We spilled wine on our sectional accidentally. Because the couch is older and there is the tiniest body stain they denied it. They Basically do not want to process any claims and they have it written in their contract that all accidentally damages will be denied if there is any wear on the coach. Offer an insurance for up to 3 years and they expect it to be brand new before submitting any accidental spills.Rooms to go has lost me as a customer simply because they took $200 for an insurance policy that is impossible to submit any claims And get approved. Have integrity before you decide to rip your customers off.

Not satisfied with the overall experience of buying and receiving furniture delivery. My salesperson was very helpful but the inventory and wait time for deliveries is unacceptable. One of the reasons why I chose a particular furniture set is because it was available for delivery unlike most of the furniture sets at this location and probably all locations.Of course all these companies get to blame C-19 on the out of stock and late wait for deliveries but I dont have the luxury of using that excuse when it comes to paying my bills. On delivery day, my Chester drawer was damaged by either the delivery people or by the people loading the truck. When I called to see when it would be re-delivered I was told July 20th. I will never shop here again, I should have went to Gallery Furniture and I would have had all of my furniture by now.

Great furniture. I have been a customer for over a decade. Execellent customer service skills. Pls ask for Darren Hall if you happen to need anything from the kids furniture department. He was very down to earth. Explained every detail, and even got me a credit approval. I was going to pay cash for everything. I was very happy he was my sales rep.

I had been to Rooms To Go yesterday at Stafford location, to look for a coffee table and a sofa console table . I received the best service from Marjiya . She is very knowledgeable about the furniture and gave us the right suggestion for the type of coffee table that would fit in our living room . She listened to our needs patiently and knew the item that would best fit our needs. Also she recommended bedroom furniture (as per our request) and we are sure to be back soon . She seems to be very passionate about her job and did it so nicely and easily. I recommend her to anyone who needs great service and get the right furniture for your home .

Marjiya was great. I had trouble with the couch I originally ordered it wouldn’t fit through the doorway (believe me they tried). So I went back to order something different and she ( Marjiya)was awesome and really put me at ease. Only complaint I have is the warehouse does not have many items in stock so be prepared to wait for your order any where from 1-6 months.

MARJIYA helped and guided us in detail. She understood our taste and requirement and worked accordingly. Definately going to refer her to my friends and family.

They were out of stock of all the sofas we liked until October. Maybe dont have so many commercials if you are low on stock, no one wants to wait 2 or 3 months.
