Terrible Experience With Big League Furniture.. And FAKE WARRANTY !! Purchased Furniture Plus Delivery on 3/19/21 and Noticed that the Furniture Was defective that Evening and I Be Trying to Get Big League ( Charles & Mgr ) to Do Something About this Defective Furniture Since Over 2 months, They Always have and Excuse and I Sent them quite a few Customers, Because They Said they Was Going to Take Care of My Defective/Damage Furniture and They NEVER DID !! And Do NOT Believe That BS, THAT THE FURNITURE IS SERTA BRAND ( Not at All you can tell the Quality is Terrible.. My Next Step is to Try to SUE Them.. Because for Me its Not about the money its about them lying and Miss Advertising what they Sell.. They Lied and Lied to Me Over and Over.. Do Yourself a Favor KEEP Away you might save a little Bit of Money with Them but you will pay for it at the end with NO WARRANTY and NO DIGNITY from this Company..

They sell you insurance and then they dont help when needed. A waste of money.... DO NOT GET THE ADDED INSURANCE.

Jean greeted my whole family when I walked in the door with a beautiful smile. I felt at ease, I looked at about 6 different sets of sofas and couches as she waited patiently. We decided on a leather set that came with recliners. Before I bought it she wanted to make sure I was satisfied. She reminded me to test it out and sit on it because I had forgotten to. Thanks Jean for going above and beyond. I explained my concerns to her and she answered every question. I really appreciated her patience and Excellent customer service she provided. However I didnt buy a sofa from her because my husband wanted something that they didnt carry . Even though we didnt buy furniture from Big League, I would still consider buying from them in the future. Jean was very understanding and I appreciate all that she did. Excellent Customer!!!

This is a small furniture store in Missouri City, a small suburb of Houston. There are advantages to this folks: service and price. I was looking for a particular piece of furniture and they the exact piece at a price $100 less than I’d seen it other places on sale. My piece had to be ordered but it was delivered, assembled and placed in my home by their delivery service in less than a week. While this may be a small store without much in store inventory but they can order what you want and provide good service in the process.Speaking of the delivery service, again, it pays to deal with small companies. Campos Delivery service called to set up delivery, and then called again when they were 10 minutes out. To me, this speaks of consideration for my time. They arrived, wiped their feet, threw down moving blankets to protect my floors, assembled my piece quickly and efficiently, cleaned up all the packing material and left me with a lovely piece of furniture.I can’t say enough positive things about this furniture store and their delivery service. It isn’t very often that I can say I got every thing I was promised but in this case, I received excellent, attentive service at the store and in the delivery process.

We are furnishing a new house. We stopped by Big League Furniture to see what we could find. The salesperson, Jean, was very helpful and spent time with us to pick out the right furniture for us. We ended up getting a bedroom set, two Ashley reclining sofas and a mattress. We got a good price and are very happy with the furniture. We love the reclining sofas!

Got a great deal for a sofa and love seat. Also, they managed to move my furniture timely even with the weather being bad! Leo’s moving company was awesome. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone who is looking for affordable furniture and reliant movers!

We went in looking for new sofas for our living room. They were pretty helpful, they showed us a picture of a sofa set on their website but it looked way different in real life. It was very poor quality and the color was way different than we saw on the website. After we addressed that we were not satisfied with the sofas, they told us to keep the sofas until they resell it and let us exchange for a different set which NEVER happened! They did not help us at all in this matter. It was a way for them to get rid of us. They have no exchange or refund policies. When I asked to speak to the owner they denied it and said it was not permissible. It’s understandable that we chose the sofa and it was on us for picking the wrong color, but they could have at least helped us out by letting us exchange it for another set. Their website showed a way darker grey color and in person it looked like a cheap gunmetal color. I would not recommend this place because they will not help you at all if you need to exchange anything (even if you buy online and don’t like it in person). Super disappointed in their customer service.Oh and also, their worker “jean” was rude in the whole process of trying to get them to exchange the sofas and made several rude comments. Again, I do NOT recommend this unprofessional place.

My spouse and I searched for affordable furniture, and BINGO, there it was Big League Furniture. We went there with expectations of seeing what they had, but after speaking with Daniel B. who worked there, he was able to find us some affordable furniture for our new home. He also went the extra mile in making sure we received the lowest price for what we wanted including discounts. It was an overall great experience working with Daniel.

Big league furniture has a huge variety of selection.We went to buy a new bed and a love seat and let the sales person know about our budget. She showed us several options to choose from within our budget. We selected it and ordered it for next day delivery and assembly with their Leo’s moving company. Leo’s Delivery was right on time. They called before 20-30 min to let us know they would be there.They assembled the furniture and cleaned all the messy boxes and stuff. Our love seat came out damaged but they immediately replaced it with a new one and delivered it the same day. Definitely coming back next time.

Great customer service, and best prices! I was looking for a bedroom set for my 9yr old daughter and found the exact same bedroom here for a very affordable price. Every where else it was over my budget. Boris is the sales person to go to. He made sure we were taken care of and gave us exact dates on when the bedroom would be available for pick up. Everything came in on time!

I had been looking for a bedroom set for about two weeks, with no luck; when I came across a craigslist ad for a bedroom set sale. I literally got in my car and drove to the location. Extremely disappointed with big league furniture, Lisa and Bill. I will never refer anyone to this furniture store again. The lack of communication is the worst I have ever received. On October I called the store and Lisa answered I told her I was having issues with the living room set that is not even 7 months old. Its falling apart, it’s crocked and not to mention dangerous. My husband sat in a recliner and fell and hit his head. She told me to send pictures to their email. So I did on Nov. 12. I was told the store was closed on Monday and that is why they could not return my phone calls. On their website it states they are open on Monday. I have tried calling and email since and no answer. I wish I never bought furniture from this cheap place with horrible customer service. My previous couch was from big lots and it lasted 3 years. The living room set does not even have 7 months and it’s a falling apart. I will never be buying furniture from this place ever again and I do not recommend ANYONE else to do so. You will end up with a broken couch in less than a year. The lack of care for the customers makes me speechless specially when I told them the furniture they sell is dangerous and should be recalled. My husband hit his head. Thankfully he did not crack his head open. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Has to be fake reviews. They never answer the phone. I recently picked up a piece from their strip center showroom in Stafford.. After attempting to reach them for several days I sat in the parking lot watching some older lady that sits on the right and guy that sits in the middle talking while the phone went to a voicemail that does not even allow messages. I did this for over 30 minutes until I just went in. Message says high volume of customers, yeah ok, there wasnt one customer in the store the entire time. To make matters even worse the piece I picked up has already failed and is unusable. I cant even get ahold of anyone to see if they will even assist. Cheap service and even cheaper quality furniture. Use at own risk************************To the response below - I have already done so 3 times with no communication. Just like the other “real” reviews below, you are quick to sell but take your time addressing quality control issues. I guess this is how you control your overhead. I am about to throw the cardboard bedroom set in the dumpster, call it a loss and go elsewhere.*************************

Unfortunately, we purchased a daybed on December 21st, we have called over a dozen times and left messages with no response. We went up to location several times and it’s always closed. If they aren’t good with voicemails, perhaps they need to communicate via email. Very disappointed, this was suppose to be a Christmas gift for our 12 yr old daughter. We knew it wouldnt be in the store until after Christmas, but Lisa promised it would be in on the Wednesday the 26th. Now, two weeks later our daughter is still without a daybed luckily she has a mattress to sleep on the floor!

Went to look at a dining table I saw on FB on a Sunday afternoon because the website says they are open from 12-6pm. Wasted our time after driving across town trying to call the entire way because they were closed when we got there at 12:20pm. I tried to call several times for a while and no one will answer. Good luck to these people. Businesses do not last very long when people cant trust you.
