Still scratching my head over this one. They usually do not have what I need but I thought Id give them another chance anyway, went in, two guys at the counter, one split for the back and the other one never looked up from his cell phone. I stammered around looking for some brake fluid and a socket. Without help, I tried to find the socket, they didnt have it, still no one even acknowledged that I was even in the store, I put the brake fluid back and left. I have much better luck at Car Quest. No mo NAPA for me.

They most generally have The know how!!! And generally have what you need. And have good sales most of the time,especially on tools. Got what I was looking for. All in all, a pleasurable experience.

They had my battery cable, positive one, for my 05 crown Victoria police interceptor street editionEven the Ford dealer, nor oriellys nor AutoZone had it. Been looking on and off for two years from stephenville to satx for a new one. Only drawback is no mororcraft oil filters or they would be my go to place for parts.

The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been going there for years for truck and boat parts. If they dont have what we need they try to find someone that does or order it for me.
