Horrible experience. I ordered a $600 steering rebuild kit 3-4 weeks ago; the original shipment came in 3 separate boxes. I received two of the 3 which had 2 of the 10 parts and the other was lost by UPS (granted this isnt there fault) then I had to fight them to send me new parts while I wait because my steering system is too dangerous to drive so I am stuck without them. Fast forward, I get them to send me new parts got those today( 3-4 weeks later, lost track) only received 4 of the remaining 8. JOY. Not to mention one of the parts is out of stock now and they dont have a timeline of when it will return. I am not one to ask for much but you think someone would try to remedy the situation but nothing so far. I guessI will just hope I dont have anywhere to go for the next 3-4 weeks and hope I get my $600 rebuild in... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I will say the lady I talked to about my issues has attempted to be as helpful as possible but she can only do so much. She is the only reason I would even given them one star...

While welding in a new floor on my 1969 Nova, the drivers side rear body mount bushing caught fire. I had previously replaced all of the body mount bushings with a kit from Energy Suspensions.I was happy to learn that I could replace the single damaged bushing rather than an entire set.I was further pleased with the speedy and professional service I was given by Diverse Suspension Technologies.

Ordered front lower control arms for my car in August. Was contacted almost immediately to be told that they were on back order and was given the choice to wait for them or be issued a refund. I chose to wait, but asked for an ETA on when the parts would be available. There wasnt one. Contacted them a second time and was told there was still no ETA. It has been over a month and they still cant even tell me when the parts will be available. Going for a refund now. Communication and the customer care part were fine - no complaints there. But I cant understand selling something you dont have and then not being able to tell someone when they can have it. The best part is that I can still go on their website and order them. They havent marked them as out of stock. Thats ridiculous.

The fokes at DST are great! I had ordered the wrong sized sway bar bushings, totally my mistake, so I emailed them, they sent me a return number, I sent the parts back, they refunded my money with no questions asked! They even sent a follow up email to see if they could help me with anything else! Very great customer service!! Will buy from again! Thank you DST!!

Thanks, Ed, to to you and the entire team at Diverse Suspension Technology for the great customer service but, also, great polyurethane sway bar bushing products from Prothane and SuperPro.I just had the bushings I had purchased from you installed over this weekend passed---went down on California HWY #1 down the our coast. ---Man, my 2005 Pacifica handles like a sports car! As I mentioned, due to the better rigidity of the bushings, Big O Tires recommended a wheel alignment to match the toe-in, camber, etc. settings.WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Fast shipping on their part had a error with usps 2nd day delivery but the company contacted usps and got it to me the next day and a refund for the shipping excellent customer service will order through them again!

I have to say Brit in customer service turned my experience with this company from horrible to great. I didnt read the terms of my purchase and ended up in a tight spot owing almost half of what I paid for the part in shipping trying to return them. When I explained my situation to an agent to my dismay I still had to pay for return shipping and expedited shipping. As soon as Brit caught wind of my situation he was more than helpful. He took care of me as a person not just a sales order number, even though they where loosing the sale. I will not only always buy my parts from these guy but I will be telling all my mechanic friends about them as well. Great job guys, way to put your customers above your profit line. Very well done.
