I stopped into Triple Crown on Labor Day. They were fully staffed and very helpful. After a test drive with a very nice young lady by the name of Jessica, I ended up purchasing the truck from Blake. He was super easy to work with, and very straight forward. I left the dealership for a few hours while they washed the truck up and got all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. When I returned to pick up the truck, Nicole in finance had everything ready to go. It was quick and easy and I was very happy with everyone and their professionalism. Overall I was very impressed with my entire dealership experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!

Took my truck in for a squealing noise coming from drivers side on cold start or accelerating. Service department tried to tell me it was my front brakes (I had new rotors and brakes installed a year ago with them). Quick lane tech called me and said there was nothing wrong with my brakes or rotors and they had plenty of life left. I went to pickup my truck and take it elsewhere and the service guy tried to tell me again it was my brakes. Obviously not the case. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Brett is the reason I keep coming back to Quick Lane for all my service and minor repairs. Brett’s team is always helpful and Brett himself is always amazing and friendly. He goes above and beyond with everyone as his minimum bar of service. I always leave feeling I got a great value for the services performed. I recommend everyone go to the, now Triple Crown, Quick Lane in Stephenville and see Brett. My entire family does and so does my friends. As long as Brett is there and remains in charge of service, I’ll keep coming back. I don’t know of anyone that’s gone here and is disappointed in the service they received. Thank you so much Brett!!

I had taken my 2020 Lincoln Aviator Black Label, with 6000 miles on it into 2 other Lincoln dealers that could not repair it, but would not give me an appointment for 8-15 days. One had kept my car 8 days, called and said car would be ready the next morning at 11. I drove 167 miles to be there at 11, but 3 hours later, they assured me car was fixed, and safe to drive.Two days later, I was stranded on the side of a major highway 300 miles from home at 7 pm. Received help, got home, and called Texstar Lincoln, Stephenville, Texas, this morning. When I asked for the service department, aVery personable young man listened to my story, and said to come by the dealership and he would look at it. I was 76 miles away, but as I drove in the service area, he opened the door for me, and in less than 2 minutes, had analyzed the problem, fixed it, added coolant to my car, and sent me home. BUT, that is not ALL Of THE STORY. Dilan, not certain of the spelling, calledTo see how the car was running, and if I had gotten home safely! This is the type of service I love, and WILL drive these short 76 miles for ALL service needed on this car.THANK YOU DILAN!

And if there is an issue or a mistake I appreciate the honesty that I have always experienced here. My first choice!

Good parts department. Prices are way cheaper than San Antonio and new Braunfels Ford dealers. Found the cap I needed right off the bat I needed for my 05 cvpi street versionService got set up right off the bat for recall. But. The quick trip didnt know if the could do the flush on my transmission and they never called me back to inform. Too bad I have to change the rear diff fuiild too a shop out in town got them two jobs

I contacted this dealership online requesting information on a 2021 Ranger Tremor on their lot. (I found this vehicle via the Ford website) I was NOT contacted back sales agent, but I was sent an email with a survey asking if I was contacted by a representative of the dealership.I called the dealership requesting information on the vehicle to find out that it was the owner’s personal vehicle. This dealership lost a customer because not only was the product I wanted not available, but nobody contacted me for the sale or even attempted to find me a similar vehicle.I’ve filed a complaint with Ford directly as this is unacceptable customer service.

Smart buyers beware. After expressing interest and stating purchase intent on a Sunday, I did not hear back from a sales associate until the following Tuesday. As of Wednesday (forth day after contacting dealership) a price for the vehicle of interest has not been quoted. Despite emailing back and forth with a sales associate and sharing my information, no information has been provided about the vehicle of interest. 24 hours since the last “Thanks… I will be in touch email.” Very poor customer service from my limited experience…

This review is written on behalf of Tamera Llewellyn:I would like to thank John Montgomery and the team at Texstar in Stephenville for their prompt attention and honest dealings with me in my time of need. I was on my way to Lubbock to see my son when I began to lose power in my Ford diesel and was down to only going about 15 mph. I crawled into Texstar at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. John and his team squeezed me in and diagnosed that the only issue was a loose fuel filter which caused air in the lines and loss of power. Many other dealerships would have charged outrageous amounts for lengthy diagnostic tests and even more for unnecessary repairs, but John didnt charge me a penny. I was back on the road within 30 minutes and completed my trip without further issue.I live near Houston, but the next time we are looking for a new truck, we will most definitely give Texstar the strongest consideration of our business because of how they treated an out of town stranger with honesty, respect and displaying a high level of integrity. Had a drivetrain error last week. Was scheduled to bring it in at 8AM Sat but both their certified guys were off. An employee looked at the truck & thought it might be a miss-fire. Wasted morning. Plz bring it back on Monday for the expert. So I did. Well Saturdays guy managed to purge the code but had made no notes. No doc was left on Days visit. Another wasted day. Have to wait for it to re-occur. Hopefully not while on the highway towing a trailer.Im not happy with this dealership.

Went in for an oil change and service on my Lincoln Navigator. the service was excellent they explained everything they did and did not do or it didnt need very happy with what they did. because its a Lincoln they wash it and they did an excellent job even cleaning the interior and with a scent smell couldnt be happier.

Been using Sam and the service dept 2/3 years . Found the best work ever done on our trucks. Speed to get work done fantastic. Called one day from interstate broke. Sent us a wrecker. Had truck fixed next day. Always have my parts there. (5 stars for the parts dept. also. !!! Thanks. Much!!

Routine maintenance, such as oil changes, and annual inspection for license renewals are completed efficiently and with great care. So you can’t give 0 stars or minus so one is what I gave. Bought a 2019 f-150 in Dallas becouse they beat texstars price by several thousand dollars but I had some issues with it and texstar is our local dealership and I have my wife’s 2018 edge serviced there. Brought my truck into them becouse I spoke to ford customer service about my issues and they said take the truck to any dealership and they will be able to start the process of getting your truck fixed. Brought my truck into texstar service department and spoke with the guy there he started telling me we don’t have a body department and just acted like they did not want to mess with it well I just wanted to get the claim filled with ford after ford decides to fix it I could have had texstar fix the dash and mike brown do the paint flaw but what I was told is take it back where you got it, well that’s not an option as I said I just wanted to get the process started.I took my truck to Stanley ford in Eastland after I left texstar and first they did not ask if I bought my truck from them becouse I have not even made my first payment yet they wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase then the service manager came out and put me in front Stanley took my truck right back took pictures of my concerns and filled with ford for me then when they brought my truck back to me the service manager came out and gave me a free oil change voucher his words were even though we didn’t seek you the truck I hope we can earn your service.So texstar has lost my business for good I will drive out of my way to Stanley ford becouse weather they care about my business or not they made me feel like they do. Today we had an awful experience with the service department. Last night after 11 our 2017 F250 with 36,600 miles left us stranded on the side of the road. AAA towed our vehicle to Texstar to be serviced. This morning we called to have what would assume to be warranty work done. They were friendly enough and were to get back with us with their finding. This afternoon, their newest team member (of 5 days I believe) was directed to called us with the diagnosis.Now, I’m not sure of the onboarding process at Ford, or Texstar, but as a business owner myself, I wouldn’t call a customer without first having all the information and I sure wouldn’t have my newest team member call to represent my company. We were informed it was a pretty simple fix but that our warranty ran out at 36,000 miles. When asked why it wasn’t warranty and was their not a 100,000 power train warranty we were told, no, that was a scheduled maintenance plan for 100k miles. At this point we were transferred to another representative. This representative was most unprofessional. We were informed that we didn’t buy the pickup from them and each service department wasn’t the same. (It was my understanding that power train warranty covered the vehicle, not only at the dealership it was purchased from). After the lecture entailing we should’ve taken our vehicle where we bought it... (that wasn’t a possibility with the tow truck at 11pm but instead to the dealership.)(We purchased it from Southwest Ford in Weatherford)that didn’t their power stroke engines come with a 100,000 warranty he agreed and finally told us that it was covered and there would be no charge. We asked him if because we didn’t buy the vehicle there we should expect to receive sub standard service and be treated badly? He became defensive and said he didn’t understand why we were mad.We are new to the area, and were planning to use this dealership for our future purchases and service. However, after this experience I may reconsider where I take my business and money elsewhere.

I brought in my vehicle with a very minor problem. My truck had some broken clips underneath that needed to be replaced ASAP. A very nice young man in the service department quickly crawled under my truck, assessed the problem and fixed it with new clips. I wish I could remember his name, but he was so polite and helpful. I would recommend Texstar to all if customer service was important to you. All the staff have been nice everytime I have been there.

Their staff is both professional and courteous. If you look them up, they actually have the highest customer service rating in the country among Ford dealerships. I was just beginning to search for my next car and was just checking out what was available on the market. After going to a few dealerships, which did not impress me, I began searching online for cars available in my area. Called up TexStar where the young lady who answered the phone was very nice and professional. She attempted to find me a salesperson, but after a few minutes she came back on the phone to let me know that everyone was busy, but she assured me she would get someone to call me back. Not expecting to get that call anytime soon (not even the same day), I went back to my daily chores. In less than 10 minutes Scott called me! He is a very personable and friendly salesperson. I was especially impressed by his wealth of knowledge of the Ford/Lincoln products. Before I knew it, my husband and I were headed to Stephenville. Fast forward...we decided to go ahead and purchase our vehicle that same day! The service manager Sam Byrd and his staff went above and beyond when my truck broke down over the Christmas holiday on 12/23/17 on I20. Had to take my car in because I miss aliened the wiper blades on my 13 escape while changing the battery (yea, instructions told me to do that). Service guys got my car fixed by lunch. not only did they fix the wipers, but also found 2 recalls, one fixed same day and the other ordered the part for. Guys were a real big help.
