I’ve used Quicklane in the past and got good service. However they have slowed to a speed that is unacceptable. If you have time to wait around for 2 or 3 hours this could be a place for you. I am going to some place that has some sense of urgency and staffs to meet demand.

I’ve been going there for many years. One might expect a dealership to charge more but they don’t. Recently had a tire mount problem so I drive to Quicklane with my tires in the back seat 877 miles! I already had a trip planned. They did the job quickly and competently, no problem. But years ago my husband had a heart attack and it was difficult to take him out. I called. They sent someone to pick up my car, change the oil, bring it back, pick up my daughter’s car at the high school where I told them it was parked. She left a key under the mat for the day. Changed her oil, parked it in the exact same place. Then brought me the Bill to sign. I didn’t have to move. My husband or confuse him. When he died they all signed a card with messages. I’ll always love that place!

I always go here to get my truck worked on for oil changes and tire rotations. Their new building is beautiful and spacious. Way better than the cramped office before. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Brett Russell is hands down the best Service Advisor they have on staff. He greets you by name and always with a smile. You cant find a friendlier and more professional guy than him. Thank for Brett for everything you do!
