We found Allure while searching for a place to fix a family Heirloom . We met with Reggie the owner, he was very kind and knowledgeable. We ended up upgrading my wife’s wedding ring: what a absolute Phenomenal job Reggie did . We get complements almost on weekly basis about how beautiful the ring is. I went to Allure in order to get my Skagen watch battery replaced which the owner took care of on site. (Another jeweler down the road wasnt able to open my Skagen on site). It was enjoyable to browse their jewelry in front while waiting for them to change the battery. Owner was friendly and professional.

Allure went above and beyond helping me through every step of the process to find my perfect girl her perfect ring. Allure was not my first stop when searching, but I am so glad it was my last! Reggie provided lots of options, and was very relaxed and non pressuring. After picking out the ring, which included several customizations, he kept me informed on delivery date and when I could pick it up. I had my heart set on proposing on Christmas and knew that was a really tight deadline to meet considering when I picked out the ring. Reggie was a huge advocate for me and spoke with the designer directly to make it happen! In the end my fiance loves her ring, and has received many compliments on it. I will be returning to Allure in the future and would encourage others looking for a similar experience to as well.
