My rings needed attention. Since I lost a diamond on my anniversary eternity band and needed 7 stones tightened. My wedding ring stones needed attention. Robin is so amazing!!! My rings were restored and now all together. I did not realize that when your rings are loose it dies more damage to the stones. I am bubbled over with excitement!!! Highly recommend.

Such great people and such excellent service. Cannot recommend enough. On top of the fabulous care they take of customers, the amenities are super - wine, beer, soft drinks, chocolate... They make the entire experience so easy and perfect.

Great place for new and repaired jewelry. The staff are very helpful and no pressure to buy. Very knowledgeable about jewelry and just recently had wifes wedding ring resized and my wife was so happy with their customer service and craftsmanship. Do not go to this place. All I asked was for help with replacing my wifes diamond that fell out. And the 1st thing the lady could do was complain about the design of the ring. Then said she was gonna charge a $195 to put a quote together. And then when I asked her why there was a charge for a quote she complained that it was just a lot of work to put that together.

So easy to work with - knowledgable - love the results!
