Jackson’s is the only jewler I would recommend, period. The selection is phenomenal, and the employees are even better. My personal experience purchasing my (now) wife’s engagement ring and wedding band highlighted the staff’s enthusiasm and passion to serve me. Additionally, Brad was there every step of the way to ensure the end product was exactly what my wife and I wanted. Brad helped me design a custom engagement ring for the unforgettable experience that the engagement was, and the expertise and effort that he poured into the engagement ring was better than either of us could have hoped for. My wife also loves that she can get her ring cleaned for free, as often as she wants.

I love Jackson Jewelers. They would never let you wear around something thats quality isnt 100% there. They are fantastic about repairs if youre rough with your jewelry like me. I think its very important that the selection isnt overwhelming or too sparse, and I feel Jacksons is just right. They also have a nice selection of on trend jewelry, which I think stands out from a lot of others. You can find beautiful, unique pieces. Their staff is also very informed (I especially enjoy Katy) and you could say they welcome you like family.

My husband bought my engagement here, and it is beautiful. I was very disappointed with the customer service here, however, when browsing for wedding band options. The salesman I spoke to was trying to encourage me to select diamonds on my wedding band. At one point I expressed that I think I would prefer a solid rose gold band to which he said, “but aren’t you worth it?” (referring to the diamond band). It is safe to say we took our business elsewhere following this.

I designed and ordered a new diamond ring to wear every day from an older ring. It took a little more time to be completed than what I was originally told and the price ended up being a little steeper than what it was originally quoted at, but overall I’m very pleased with the outcome. The ring is beautiful and is of good quality. The employees at Jackson Diamond Jewelers are quite friendly and very willing to assist you, and I have enjoyed every visit.

I’ll never go anywhere else again. When Zales sold me a shoddy chain, we bought a new one from Jackson Jewelers. It needed repair recently due to my own clumsiness, they had it done in 24 hours and didn’t charge me a dime. Fantastic and friendly service.

I had my ring and wedding band resized here. They were able to accommodate for my ring finger being between sizes. I’m right between a size 4 and 4.5. They got the ring perfect and now my band fits right along with it. Oh and they clean my ring every time I go in!

If you are looking for a custom ring this is the place to go. After speaking with businesses all over town Jacksons was the only location where I spoke with someone who knew everything there was to know and asked the right questions to get me on track for designing my custom engagement ring. Brad was patient whenever something was not quite right and generally great throughout the whole process. I wouldnt hesitate to choose Jacksons again.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable without being stalkers. My daughter found some nice clothing at reasonable prices. I had a jewelry repair that only cost a fraction of what I was expecting.

In my case I knew exactly what I wanted and had an idea from online vendors of what was out there (stones, settings, etc.). However, the reviews for the online vendors showed terrible customer service and long waits with associated customer anxiety. I much prefer to support local business when possible so I approached Brad Jackson. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with. His prices were very good and I would have a local business I could deal with instead of some mystery vendor. He had several certified stones and the one we picked is really impressive (4-Cs) for the price. The ring is spectacular and she is very pleased. We will do business with Jackson Diamonds again.

Had a custom wedding ring made from the diamonds that were in my mother’s ring a couple of years ago. This year I followed up with a matching custom engagement ring using my solitaire. Brad listened to what I wanted and helped guide me to a ring set that far exceeded my expectations.

Low quality and very dishonest. Not long after getting my ring I had an issue with the diamond chipping, I brought it in but they said that there was nothing they could do about it. A couple of years later I wanted to get my ring resized but they told me that there would be a charge for it even though when I got my ring they told me that I could bring it in to get it cleaned and re-sized anytime. At this time they also mentioned to me that my ring had I want year warranty that would have covered the chip when it happened. Now it was too late to get it fixed because their employees gave me bad information. Basically they told me I was out of luck because they hired an incompetent employee; they would not fix or resize my ring. Very disappointing

I have been in several times, mostly for my watch, which I rely on heavily. At other jewelry stores I have gotten a hard time for having a Skagen. Jackson Diamond Jewelers was very kind and helpful!

They were not very accommodating! The staff was ok but the gentleman they said was the owner was very rude and acted like he didnt have time for me. He finally looked at my RING very very quickly and then told me that my RING and diamond werent real. I had it looked at again by someone else a week later and it was appraised at $1500. I felt cheated by this so called owner

Jacksons has been the jeweler for 3 generations of my family, always providing personal service, vast knowledge, and good value. I got my wifes engagent ring here and it was absolutely perfect because they werent satisfied until the found the perfect stone to go in the setting.

Didnt have much of my taste in there. Looked at catalogs and found some i liked but i wasnt informed much about warranty so dont recommend buying from them
