Cant recommend this place unfortunately. Wont be returning. Ill try and keep it short -Installation - I paid them over $1,000 to install a stereo and rear camera, which they technically did. I had to bring the car in two separate times, which wasnt a huge deal. But it still wasnt done even though they called me and said it was. Installer and manager both told me they were too busy to complete the project. Final step should have been done quickly. They didnt have parts that were necessary for my installation either which made the process take longer.Customer service - Not good. Manager was on the phone or texting every time I came in. The installer seemed genuinely irritated at having to work on my car each day I was there.Transparency - Not good. Prices for items arent posted. Asked the manager what the cost was of what they were recommending, he didnt tell me. I had to look them up on Amazon while the manager assured me he would give me a package deal, but didnt actually tell me the price. After I found the Amazon prices, he got more concrete. Ridiculous.Overall, not worth the money I spent due to these reasons. Very disorganized. Very unprofessional. Wont be returning.

I just want to thank Adam and his team for doing a job on my car. The C-2 650 fit perfectly great with great sound . I’ll be back for more business.

I had a very pleasant experience I came with no appointment and they helped me there on the spot! Adam was very informative and gave me the best options for my vehicle I was impressed with the best selection of stereos and systems that they have along with other things that they provide. my car was worked on shortly after I arrived it was quick and done very well its been a week or two and Ive had no issues whatsoever their customer service was on point and i felt very satisfied spending my money with this business I highly recommend that you bring your car in and get it done with sound revolution and theyre wonderful team I promise you you wont be disappointed I will soon be back there to get my car lock System done that comes with a electric lock fob that I am very excited about they also have many other things to offer so just go on in and ask for the manager adam and tell him Alexis sent you

That place is really shady. I remember the first time I went there Adam the manager or owner was very persistent I write a “5 star review”. I’m sure he does that with all the customers to make them seem legit to the community. He says he will give you a “discount” if you do. I don’t operate like that. The work that they did was trash. 2 stars for the first experience. Adam is a mastermind sales person. He will sell you garbage for a premium price. I know nothing about speakers. When I took it to work to show my coworkers. They were shocked as to how much a paid.The second time going there. I went because the speaker system that they installed in my truck stopped working. The workers were rude knowing that they won’t be making any type of money during this transaction. Both of the speaker technicians looked really shady. They kept telling me to go to the front. They didn’t want me watching them. I have expensive work equipment in my car! I want to make sure nothing was going to be stolen. But they were persistent on that too. They sent a big white dude out there to tell me to go to the front. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible Service. Horrible Experience.

I can say to many great things about Sound Revolution and talking with the Manager Adam. He gave me a great deal on subs, amp and installation on my 2015 Ram 1500. He not only went up to bat for me, but he knocked it out the park when he wouldnt let me leave till he made a deal just for me. 3 Thumbs upto you Adam and your installation team.

They will be hearing from my lawyer. Poor customer service. They lied and cheated my mother for her money. She went for a battery for her alarm fob. . Which should have been 35$ when she got there they charged her 300$ and they broke her door latch shes been waiting almost two weeks for part to come in when I asked to speak to the owner they said they would have him call me excuses excuses

Bad experience. Went in for an alarm and quoted a high price for equipment and install. But due to the reviews I took a chance. Said my car was done and went to pick up up then told its only partial done as they needed to order a separate part for the alarm that is always included except at this place. So I agreed said they would call me in about 2 to 3 days when they get the part to install. No charge to me. Almost 2 weeks later still no part and they keep giving me the run around by saying they will check in on it and call me back I would not recommend. Save your money for somewhere else this place is. Ot worth it

I would have to say I went to call all places and they were not nice on the phone they were very rude but not here at sound revolution the staff is amazing I called today to get some quotes on bass packages and a alarm system on my 2004 chevy Silverado and all I can say is the man Adam that answered the phone was very patient he explained to me all what I needed to know on the alarm system and the bass packages they got that’s what got me to come here at this store because Adams customer service is amazing and he cares about his customers so I went down there and spoke to Adam and he was very nice and very patient he got talent I’ll tell you that and also gave me a excellent deal. Friendly atmosphere, definitely great fast installation (I was on time limit), they communicate with you very well, also if you have problems with what they installed they just tell u to bring the car back. Overall would recommend anyone to go here.

Went there based off all the great reviews that I saw. Wanted a new touch screen and speakers put in. Price was a little high but based on the reviews, it seemed like it was worth it. I get a call telling me that I have to upgrade and add a subwoofer and amp, another $400. Fell for it. Picked up the car and the next day, stereo didn’t work, I ended up having to take it back 6 times as they were only doing quick fixes and not solving the issue from the beginning. Instead of using new kits and parts, they repurposed existing parts to same money and had very poor installation. Due to this and mounting frustration, I requested a refund and to have all the equipment removed with no hard feelings. My request for a refund was denied being told that I own the equipment and “it is what it is”. Granted, I was offered the chance to bring it down for 7th time but declined as it still probably wouldn’t work. Don’t fall for the reviews and be very cautious. Will never step foot in that place again. Referral has also been made to the Better business bureau.

Went in for a touch screen radio and they did an excellent job in installing. The people their are very professional. Adam was able to give me an excellent deal on the whole kit with the radio. I highly recommend this place.

Well let’s start off if I was shopping to put a full system for my son on his 2016 GMC Sierra truck he wanted a stereo alarm speakers and the whole Shabang lol I don’t know about this stuff I’m a mother of 4 so I came in sound revolution and my god the staff are the best they hooked him up with a excellent deal could t say no and the customer service is top notch we waited there while they were working on his car but once the vehicle got done everything was nice and clean professionaly installed my son is happy will be back and definitely be putting something in my car Tudos !!!..

I had recently taken my truck in to install an alarm and remote start system. Adam was the gentleman that helped us, he was very polite and professional. He was able to schedule us in the same day we called and did a fantastic job. Absolutely Love this Place!!!If you need audio or other devices to buy and or install this is The Only Place to have it done...My experience was absolutely Great! My wife and family all went in to have a stereo with navigation and a backup camera purchased and installed! Needed a backup camera as I’m unable to turn my head much as my neck has had a couple fusions.Anyway we had all that installed as well as them hooking it up so all the steering wheel controls worked as well... I Loved it!!! After a little while I noticed the volume button on steering wheel wasn’t working properly and the ver Moment Adam heard this he insisted that I bring my vehicle in Immediately!!! Turns out that the electronic adapter failed and only worked intermittently. He made a complete upgrade on one that was much more money and insisted that I don’t pay any more than the original purchase price!!! I also had Adam put in an amp, sub and all 4 speakers!!! I was that impressed and it felt Great knowing that I was in good hands with this man who would bend over back for his customers!!!Adam took care of me as a customer so well that I also took my daughters Infinity to him and these cars must have the front electronic controls changed out to an aftermarket piece in order to have an aftermarket stereo installed!!! They knew Exactly what was needed to get a good stereo installed on not just that make but the specific model!!! Impressed again!!!Anyway he took care of her as if she was his own daughter and for that I am very grateful!!!Thank You Adam and Sound Revolution!!!I Strongly Recommend this place!!!
