Typically, anytime I bring my car anywhere for any reason, I usually get the run around. Everyone here was extremely helpful and honest, from what I could gather. Nick and Tommy specifically helped me and I had an excellent experience. Will definitely recommend and be back for additional service on my car!

I cannot, I repeat CANNOT speak highly enough about this Goodyear. I went the first time to this location because it was the only one open when the locations closer to me were closed.I went, paid for them to fix my tires, and they were curtious, efficient and professional. I had other issues with my tires and car after my first visit, and each time they have done all they can to save me money and only charge me for whats necessary. It has been so refreshing to have a garage that I can trust and go to any time there is something wrong with my car that I cant fix myself. Love these guys, and am recommending them to anyone I can whos in the area.

Stopped at the Goodyear Auto location in Stoneham and had some work done. They’re great, knowledgeable and fast and had me in and out. Highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure.

I got an alignment done and though it was done right, it took 2 hours even with an appointment. The car was pulled into the garage an hour past the appointment time and was returned an hour past that. It should take 30 minutes to align the car give or take a few

I bought a set of 4 tires and got them replaced about 15 days ago. Right after I got them replaced I started to hear a lot more noise and much bumpier when Im driving on the highway now (seem like a tires balancing issue when they put it on). It almost sound like Im driving on a diesel truck with a loud exhaust (it not as loud as the example but the noise is similar to that). So I called the shop back and got the appointment on 1/2/2020 for them to check to see what could be the issue. But all I got back is everything looks good and nothing wrong, it could be that the car is old. if this is because my car has 45k on it, I would have hear this noise with my old set of tires already, but this was never the case.Now every time I drive on the highway, I start to hate the decision to get my tires replaces here. If I can get my old tires put back on, I will sure would instead of spent close to $1000 to keep hearing these noises for another 65,000-70,000 more miles. Im expecting a much better ride compared to my old set of tire, but its a total disappointment.If this is the kind of quality that Good Year tires and services are, I would highly recommend you to buy your tires else where. Run away from this!!!

Brought my vehicle in for a slow puncture, they discovered it was not a puncture but an issue with the valve. He took the time to explain the issue to me, clean the vale etc ...I will be certainly going back there for any future needs

Dropped my truck yesterday to get the front end aligned, wasnt touched till I stopped by at 12 an apparent mix up as to what needed to be done. It was on the alignment rack all night???Told the counter person the tires had to be balanced, left and went home. They called to say it was done when I arrived asked if the tires had been balance he replied, no, he was trying to save me time as I was supposed to go to NH. I told him the balancing was the initial problem it caused a wobble in to reset speed. Now that Im here they have to pull the truck back in and do the work that should have been done.

Imagine my surprise when I discovered a gigantic nail in my tire Sunday AM. Mike was on duty before 9am opening time and found a slot for necessary repair. Vehicle was ready earlier than the actual appointment. I planned to ask for my senior discount only to discover Goodyear fixes nail holes in the tread for FREE! Nice way to finish the day! Thank you Mike.

People make a huge difference in every industry and the auto one is no different. I have been going to Goodyear now for about 8 years for everything I can because of one manager. Back when I lived in North Chelmsford my wife and I ran into tire issues on a regular biases in a string of bad luck. It would take two hands and maybe a couple toes to count the amount of times the shop was able to get me back on the road. What really got me was the Lowell manager at the time was all booked for the day but had me come by and personally took the tire off and patched it for me. Since then I have been going to him for everything from when he worked in Somerville and now Stoneham. Goodyear prices certainly brought me to the store, but the personnel’s compassion for success are what bring me back. A big thank you from my family to Mr. Kugler and the Goodyear one!

Was treated like a fool and lied to not once but twice.That being said the actual work was done promptly and effectively. Just be extremely cautious when getting your quote that they arent adding things in there to inflate the price without telling you (such as, say, a warranty on a tire)

I have gone here for a couple years as my backup oil change option. I think their work is professional and well done but I am giving 3 stars because like many mechanics they sell unnecessary service. I was told recently that I needed an alignment but they didnt show me the score sheet. I took my car to my trusted mechanic local to my house and after doing a check every wheel was in the green and I did not actually need to service. Overall they are not a bad group of guys but I would watch your invoice and be a little skeptical.

Initial Review: 08/12/2018Whats the point of the appointment system if they dont honor it?My car needs an alignment, and it just happened on a Saturday afternoon it also got a nice nail in one of the rear tires. I used the Goodyear online appointment system to schedule an alignment and tire hole repair for Sunday at 10AM, it showed it as first available slot. As a courtesy I called Sunday at 9AM. Mike, the guy that answered was frank, and said they are too busy, and cant get to my car at all today. They are too busy selling tires for tax free weekend.Edit1: 8/16/2018I called the number from the response, pressed 0 to speak to customer service. The lady answered, I responded, but apparently not fast enough because she hung up and I was pushed into a voice prompt survey. I decided to take my business somewhere else anyways. I was hoping to get my mind changed by customer service, but Goodyear needs to get their ducks in a row as a corporate.

Guys are con artists, the quoted price for brakes was $150 less than what they charged us. Absolutely ridiculous will never go here again Im going to complain to corporate is these guys are crooks.

I was talking to front desk guy very polite asking abt tires he was telling me dont talk to me on Thursdays. Friday is fine I am looking at computer to find out instead he can just say pls wait Ill get back to you. Not happy at all.

I brought them my truck in for an oil change on Feb. 7th 2018. It was snowing hard that day when I dropped it off. I picked it up and hour later and off I went. A few days later I was sitting in another car and noticed the rear lower quarter panel between the rear tire and truck cab looked awkward and proceeded to take a closer look. I laid on the ground and saw that the panel was folded up under the truck about 6. I went to the other side and saw the exact same damage in the exact same location and both sides had marks like someone had lifted it up on a lift and the damage didnt have any rust yet and it hadnt been on a lift for a long time except at Cambridge tire in Stoneham Ma. I immediately called and drove over to talk with the manager. They denied it over the phone and in person saying there guys would never do such a thing. The manager Mike told me to bring it back and they would put it up on a lift and take pictures. The manager Mike said it looks like recent damage and he confronted the tech saying it looks like a vehicle lift did do the damage but the tech denied it still. They did submit a claim with their insurance (self insured) and I received a call from the insurance devision and they apologized and excepted ownership of the damage. I took it to their preferred body shop who fixes all the damage they do to customers vehicles. I keep calling, looking to settle with zero cooperation. Its been two months with no resolve and they are just plain rude on the phone at this place. Mike, Al and Paul you communication skills and integrity need some improvements. I have let many of my fellow Church members right across the street form your store know all about your practices. See you in small claims court.
