Jaime and his team were professional and upfront. I needed a brake inspection and he walked me out to my car while it was still on the lift and showed me what was going on. The pricing was fair for what I needed. While they didn’t have the pads/rotors on site he had one of his technicians drive to Woburn to pick them up and bring them back so they could get the job done. I highly recommend this location.

Jaime, and Larry stayed after hours to help me with some tires the night before Easter. I was in bind and they hooked me up by staying late. I had to drive to New Hampshire in the morning for Easter with my wifes family and would never have been able to make it with my old tires that were leaking and showing metal. I appreciate these guys and will be coming back for all my car needs.

Ok for basic stuff like oil change, tires, etc that fall in routine maintenance. They have a guy who is good with finding car problems. Location is convenient. Their prices for brake pad and rotor replacement are on the higher side as most chains that they attribute to providing warranty. Waiting area is nice with a TV, cold and hot beverages.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday scheduled for 12pm, went there to pick up my vehicle at 3pm and they were still not done had to come back another day wasted my time. i went back on Saturday, had an oil change and the associate told me that my brakes and rotors were terrible low and need to change it i know that is a lie cause i had my breaks change at around 50000 miles and i only driven around 10000 miles wound not trust them when they sell you service get another shop to check your car to see if you have the problem dont wasted your money.

Totally scam! I changed my oil here last time and this time I decide to diy. After I release the old oil I found there is only about 0.5 quart left while my care requires 3.5 qt. Do not come here, they will ruin your car!

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, the associate told me that my breaks and rotors were terrible and he’s surprised that I let it get this far this unnoticed, he gave me an estimate of $1100 and when I told him that I was going to bring it to my shop, he tried to convince me not to leave and get it today. I took it to my shop and even drove it around telling me there’s nothing wrong with my breaks nor rotor. I knew my car was driving this fine but Midas tried to convince me due to my rotor not looking brand new. I will never go back here.

I had my Son’s Truck serviced at this Midas, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. Larry is amazing!! Very professional and caring. When I explained that this was my sons first vehicle and I wanted it to be safe for him, Larry took charge and looked over the truck very Thoroughly. I ended up servicing the AC unit and a total exhaust replacement. I was very nervous about the cost, but Larry put me at ease. They did the job for well under the estimated price and Larry even threw in some extra TLC for no charge. If you want a trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommended Larry at the Stoneham Midas on Main Street. He truly cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make you happy. These guys were awesome today! They have a $17.76 promo going until The 4th of July - an oil change with a tire rotation AND a multi point inspection.I was waiting for a fine print your car doesnt apply comment, or a your car needs synthetic oil comment or even a your car needs all these items performed comment after the multi point inspection - but NO!I thought for sure there would be a $5 environmental fee like Meineke does. Nope. I called Meineke and the same oil/rotation/inspection was $40.Now Im bringing my other car and my Moms car there before July 4.Thanks guys!

I went in to Midas today thinking all I needed was to get an oil change. This was the first time I have had to get an oil change/tire rotation on my own after moving out of my parents home. Little did I know I had no brake pads left on all four tires, the rotors were rubbing and I was on the verge of causing serious damage on my tires. Jose took me into the shop and took the time to show/ teach me about each of parts and even got on the phone with my mother to walk her through what was going on as well. I am so beyond grateful for not only the quality of work/inspection but the care that both Jose and Sergio put in to making sure I was safe and could afford the work that needed to be done. I have nothing but admiration for the both of them. I highly recommend going to Jose and Sergio if you are looking for somewhere to go where you know you will be taken care of and can trust their professional opinions. Thank you both again so much for making this experience so smooth!

I used to service my car at the dealer only. I came to Midas a few years ago when my car flunked inspection due to a muffler issue. The repair was done that same day I walked in, for a reasonable price. I was shown what was done to my car, and charged a fair price. I went to the dealer one time after that-and they commented on what a good muffler job was done. Funny, since they wanted to charge me more than double, and scoffed when I said I would go to Midas. That was it! After that, it has been Midas in Stoneham for each and every service. Everyone is wonderful, ESPECIALLY Larry! He takes the time to show me what work is needed, and unlike the dealer, he does not push me to make unnecessary repairs. It is refreshing to be treated so fairly and kindly! I even bought my tires from this Midas. The price and service was better than Sullivan Tire, where I bought the prior set. My car has been running well since I began servicing it here, and I know that Larry will be there and help me if any issues arise! Totally recommend this Midas!!

I recently went to Midas Stoneham for my 4th time. I’m always impressed with how they have such friendly calm people which is refreshing these days. My most recent visit Larry helped me out he was informative and pleasant. They got me in and out. I’m a loyal customer.

My car was taken here today by my Father. I was sent a text with the inspection of what is wrong with my car. I texted them as well as called them on the phone speaking to Sal both times. I was paying for the repair. They never called me to day they couldnt fix my car, but only dealt with my father who is male. When you are female, they tell you whats wrong and thats it. When you are male, they tell you ehats wrong, will tell you car part to buy next store at automative store, so its cheaper. My father has had this happen 2 or 3 times when he took my car there. Sal is very forgetful & customer service very poor.

The worse customer service I have ever had.Went there 7/13/2020 at 1:30 pm to get an oil change done after scheduling an appointment. The csm noticed I was using Groupon he got mad and was extremely rude like if I was getting stuff done for free. I don’t recommend this place for Groupon users because they do not want anyone to save and get service.

The worst experience and customer service. I had a scheduled 3 appts. The first 2 never happened because they didnt have enough HELP and canceled on me last minute. Finally, went to to 3rd.I was told 2hrs. After 2 hrs I got a call asking where the key was? So, they hadnt even started on it. The key was in the console by the way. Then they told me that the longer I was on the phone with them ( because I was reminding them they told me 2 hrs and now I have to wait another 2) that the longer it would be to change my tires. No warranty on the tires to boot. I had them do 2 tires and then went to pep boys where the service was great, the tires were cheaper and, they offer a warranty on their tires. If I couldve pulled the plug on having midas do the work, I wouldve. DONT GO THERE. WASTE OF MONEY.

Went for a oil change and they tried to replace my radiator. They wouldnt do the tire rotation, because they said i needed two rear tires. It all was a lie to make me spend money. They truly lost this customer.

Went to stoneham Midas and only had a plastic sheild hanging down and the Larry and Jose took me right in and also showed me what was going on and also showed me I had a headlight out and they took care of it fast and their customer service was so helpful and kind Im going to continue going their for everything

Went here once before for an oil change that took three hours, they didn’t call when they needed to ask a question and instead waited for me to comeback and then pressured me into making more repairs that weren’t necessary at the time. Only tried coming back here after everyone else was booked for a week straight. They took 2 hours to NOT respond to my online appointment and then when I called to see what was up, they hung up on me. I’m a college student away from home so need somebody I can trust, and would never go back here.

Every time I go here, they tell me I need something I do not. Usually it is steering fluid. This time, it was steering fluid again, and the guy actually argued with me when I told him we just had it replaced.Then he told me that my a/c compressor had gone, again, even though I had it replaced two years ago. He asked if I had the receipt so I could find out if it was under warranty. I told him I thought it was done there. He told me it was not, but reviewed his records and discovered it was.Then he told me it was not under warranty, and I blew up. But when he managed to get a word in edge wise, he said it wasnt under warranty because we bought the part online and they just installed it. I said I understood, and apologized for overreacting. He went back to tell the guy to finish with the carWhen the car was pulled up front for me, I went back to the desk and apologized again for not waiting for a full explanation of the warranty. He said Thats okay, I am used to dealing with customers like you.He could have stopped with Thats okay and THOUGHT that, but to all but say F*** Y*** to a customer, who had called him out for lying in the first place (which he had, twice) is completely unacceptable. I am NEVER going here again.

I used to trust them and had service done there for many years. But things have changed. I went there a few months ago and I was quoted 1500. for a brake job! Crazy! They did negotiate down but I still know I paid too much. I just didnt have the time to go to my regular mechanic and leave my car for a day, so I had the service done. Now my emergency brake is non-existent. I believe it has something to do with the brake job and maybe they didnt reconnect it. Im going back and hoping it will be an easy fix, but I wont pay them any more. If they try to tell me its another expensive job, Im leaving. Such a shame because it was a convenient location for me.

These guys are literally life savers and went above and beyond to get us back on the road after our radiator hose gave us major trouble. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Showed up a good 45 minutes before close and was the only car there only to be told that an oil change would take 45 minutes so they couldnt do it. Pretty obvious the employees just didnt want to do it. Now I see why this place has such a low rating.

Went for a basic oil change. Tried to up sell on a bunch of questionably needed repairs totaling nearly $2k. After specifically requesting a tire rotation, they never rotated them (I was paying attention through the bay window and confirmed by looking at the tire wear pattern). When I asked to verify at the end whether the tires had been rotated, they lied and said they had been. Lost trust here and won’t be returning, definitely won’t be paying for the suggested repairs here.

Had some work done on my car recently was pleasantly surprise service was great everything was thoroughly explained and the prices were right Joshua was fast n friendly. Ill be back .

We were on our way to NH on a friday afternoon when our brakes started smoking. We called around and this was the only place in the area that was willing to help us out (we understood as it was 5pm on a friday). We showed up a half hour before closing and Larry spent some time checking it out and told us what he thought should be done today before we headed out. He let US pick what we wanted done and did not force us into doing things we didnt need. By this time they were about to close, but they stayed and fixed our truck, which took about an hour. Some of the best customer service I have gotten in a long time. Truck is running great and no more problems!From the moment we walked in the door Larry was very friendly, professional and accomodating and we felt very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Honesty is not something they know my daughter was young and went in for her first oil change they charged her 98 dollars said all kinds of likes to up the charge I just put a new air filter in that car they are dishonest dont go

They charged my Wife $48 to plug her tire on her civic....thanks for taking advantage of a woman and COMPLETELY Price gouging. The next day she called and spoke to the manager who told her a tire plug is $29.99. She ASKED them WHY she was charged $48 for a simply tire plug. The manager Got choked up and hung up on her after she told them she was going to file a complaint with the AGs office of Consumer Protection.

I used to go here for year under different management and completely trusted them. I went recently for a muffler problem and was told that not only did I need a brand new muffler for $900, I also needed an oil change and new windshield wipers, however, I had JUST gotten an oil change the day before at Valvoline and had changed the windshield wipers myself. I realize that I am a female, but I do know when I am being told something just to get money out of me. I will never go back to Midas in Stoneham, and have found another repair shop that only charged me $400 for my muffler. My entire family went here, and they have all switched places after my poor experience. Also, the gentleman at the front desk was gossiping the entire time that my husband and I were in there instead of trying to assist with all of the patrons in the store. I am in hospitality and this was not somewhere I would recommend to anyone due to the lack of it.

I WAS THERE ON 5/16/15 FOR ONE LAST GROUPON SERVICE. I DROVE IN A CAR IN PERFECT CONDITION. THEY CHANGED THE OIL & DID THE ROTATION. BRIAN AT THE DESK HANDED ME THE BILL & UNDERNEATH A DIAGNOSTICS PAGE WITHOUT SAYAING ONE DAMN WORD.HE LET ME WALK OUT WITH A PAPER THAT SAID THAT MY CAR HAD A BAD OIL LEAK WHICH THE CAR HAS NOW & NEVER HAD BEFORE. THE PAPER ALSO SAID THAT I HAD LOOSE REAR BREAKS...I AM FIXING MY CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE & I WILL FOLLOW UP ON HOW THE OWNER OF THIS JOKE OF A REPAIR SHOP WILL DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.they refuse to honor groupons & keep selling them. they keep declining tire rotation.brian would not give you an appointment. they will decline servicing your vehicle 45 before closing while the shop is empty. service is not good at all... been there twice & will use someone else.

Took my car in to have the front wheels alignment done today around lunch time. When the car was done in jumped on the highway and noticed the steering wheel wasnt straight. I decided to stop and get lunch 2 exits down and took my car back after. The guy I worked with said to me the steering wheel was right on the money when you left. I felt like I was being called a lier. He said they can look at it in a few hours. Nope I will never take my car to this location again. Looks like I have to take my car somewhere else to have the wheel corrected.

Cost me $1200 to get my brakes fixed on a Toyota Corolla And after all that they set every tire pressure to a different setting 20 pounds over and don’t put my wheel cover back on properly and it flys off while I’m driving.

They promised me to take care of the oil change for my car within today but when I arrived there they changed their mind and tried to give me an appointment for tomorrow.
