Came here to get my inspection sticker. the staff at the front was just counting cash and did not acknowledge me at all. he looked at me, i told him i needed an oil change and he still did not say anything. he continued to count his cash as i stood there for 1 minute without him saying anything. i proceeded to walk out the door and he did not seem to care at all. overall very unprofessional service. i honestly dont ask for much. i drove my car literally next door to Stoneham Auto Works where i was greeted with great customer service. they also completed everything i asked in a timely manner

Great place to get your car fixed but they dont wear their masks when talking to you. They can be a bit rude. Overall a good place to get your car issues resolved though. Just stay safe when here.

2 years ago I brought my car here for an inspection and they said all 4 brakes were bad and they should be replaced ASAP. I had the brakes replaced the previous year and they were fine and I still have the same brakes today. Dishonest.

I been taking my car to main Stree Auto for about 4 years. The mecanich is young but very knowledgable is does a great job at explaning what the issue is with your car and provides alternatives to fix it. He is on time, responsive, reliable and I find the price to be very fair. I would fully recomend them.
